First of all he was immune to kc. The scene is literally him reversing it halfway through meaning he can act in time skip. Secondly like I already stated the brain is active for 7 seconds after decapitation, you cant just say what I already disproved. Crushing his skull would still give him 7 seconds to act which is plenty of time. But again he's immune to time stop so that doesnt matter
