BT should not be that high, Steel Ball Run should be at S, BT and Stone Ocean at C, Phantom Blood at D(I like Phantom Blood but compared to the other 7 it's very lackluster) SC and DiU should be at B. JJL and VA should be at A.

Don't trust the subs, Just don't. They're just names to avoid copyright issues, So if a character says that his Stand is <The Name of the Actual God damn Stand> but and the sub changes it to <Retarded localized name> use the ones the characters say.
