I still find the world the strongest, because it has a further range than Star Platinum, and further developmental potential that we didn't see because DIO died. Heaven's door is an amazing stand, don't get me wrong, but Rohan can't write on himself. We know this because every time Rohan draws Heaven's door, he also sees the stand. And if he was practicing drawing Heaven's door, wouldn't he turn himself into a book on accident?

And as for Diavolo's that he is stronger, it depends on how Diavolo would see stopped time. If Diavolo sees that the person isn't moving, than he'd lose because he would gear up for an attack on a person that really isn't there. If he sees all of the actions at once, than he would know how to dodge the attack. but that assumes he even survives the first attack.

Eh, maybe? It's definitely the most powerful supportive stand since the user can't write on himself from what we have been shown. If it could, though, it would be the most powerful stand by a long shot.

I always considered Made in Heaven a quazi-requiem stand. As it evolved and had a final form in a sense. I would say The World, leaving out the requiems and Made in Heaven, is the most powerful stand.

I feel as if he sucked in Part 6 is not because of his mental health, but he had already been in so many fights that Araki just wanted something new, so he used Jotaro as more of a plot device rather than a character.

Yes but Iggy had an actual fight to be a crusader. Coco Jumbo, despite being in fights, never actually fought

Coco was still a valuable asset to the team, debatably more than Fugo was because Fugo refused to use his stand except for one time. Coco was able to save Trish from Diavolo, and now has Polnareff inside him. So maybe?
