The characters within that tier aren't actually Boundless, a Tier 10 (normal person) can have Tier 0 hax the same way a Tier 9 from JoJo can have Tier Low 1-C hax

No, that's omnipotence, there are actislly a couple Tier 0 characters (twice as many as last year)

@LAZYCRAZYGAMER that's not what "Boundless" is, it's just a fancy name, characters in that Tier aren't actually Boundless, Tier 0 is for characters who transcend High 1-A's the same way those transcend 1-A's, which is to a point where adding more layers to an infinitely layered realm isn't nearly enough to reach, and it is completely unreachable and external to those layers

I don't want a story that started with vampires and Martial Arts to have 1-A characters, anything past Part 5 is just crazy enough as it is
