The amount of seconds time stop lasts does not count for the real world. Time stop isn’t just everything is frozen for 9 seconds, it is literally time stopping. However, everything that dio does in that 9 seconds will all happen in a fraction of a mili second, meaning that diavolo can erase whatever happens to him in the time stop, basically skipping it. Basically, time erase skips time stop. It’s not “if dio stops during the time erase it gets paused.” No. If diavolo uses epitaph and sees that he gets donutted out of nowhere he will erase time, skipping the time stop.

@Atlanticore709 I actually like that idea. Maybe when you put a lock on something it’s main function is unusable until the lock is taken off. Like if a lock was on a phone the phone would be unusable. If you put a lock on a book you wouldn’t be able to even open it. Put a lock on a gun, you can’t shoot it. Maybe something more abstract, like if you put a lock on a knife you can’t cut anything with it.

It has a separate conscious from its user, more of a companion than a stand. Likes to say “O user mine.”

All null, it never really has a single form at one time. It could be weak and fast, strong and slow, etc.
