There are lot of other sites where you can read the manga other than mangad^x. While I recommend reading the manga, it's your choice to wait for the anime if you want.

I forgot one thing. Since KC and Diavolo can't be affected in TE they can close into the Green Baby without shrinking. But the thing is, will Diavolo immediately shrink when TE ends ? This match will depend on that entirely.

The physically strongest Stand is GER. SP, TW, KC etc. are in the top 10.

I don't think Tooru chooses it. Anyone, no matter who, pursues the Stand will get affected by calamity. You can also check the ability in it's page here for a better understanding.
Do any actions that will make you a "pursuer" of it and you are attacked by "calamity" and even some random leaf falling down will come towards you and put a hole through your body. And that is just a example of what can happen to you.

Act 4 literally pursues it's target to reach them and hit with the Golden Spin. So I think it will be affected by calamity. But since the Golden Spin is infinite, calamity probably won't do much. I'll put it at the same spot as Act 4 since I'm not sure.
Oh sorry. Forgot on all the arguing. But which position do you think it will be on if part 8 were included ?
Wonder of U should be somewhere on the list. Above or below Act 4. Other than that, nothing. The list looks good.
