About TA4 vs. GER with or without users:

I've said it like, 5 times now, Johnny himself has the infinite rotation to, not just Tusk. So it doesn't matter with or without users, it's still a tie

Infinite rotation works in a strange way because of its dimensional hax. it's really well fit with part 7 because the entirety of part 7 is less about time rather than the OG jojo universe, but more about space
