Ability:
Usagi can touch an object, animal, or a (willing) person and they are placed into a sort of stasis. Something under the effect of Nickel Bag is frozen as it was upon activation and will stay that way until dispelled; a sliced apple will not oxidize until it is removed from Nickel Bag.
When used on a person or an especially sentient animal:
A person in Nickel Bag will not experience any difference in time from when they entered (for convenience's sake, their circadian rhythm is automatically adjusted) but Usagi can choose to share selected memories that Usagi experienced during the person's time in Nickel Bag. for example if Usagi put Jodio into Nickel Bag and read a map, Usagi can choose to share the memory of reading the map With Jodio.
Limitations:
The downside of holding things within Nickel Bag is that something/someone's weight is divided by 3 and then added to Usagi's weight. If for whatever reason Usagi used Nickel Bag on a 30-pound weight, Usagi would weigh an extra 10 pounds until it is expelled. The only limit to the number of things he can store is only limited to what he can physically handle.
The way things are expelled is akin to Burning Down The House
