Hazamada's stand was shown to be broken by josuke but why wasnt the damage transferred to Hazamada and can he still use stands

When silver chariot requiem swapped everyone's souls, Polnareff swapped with coco jumbo. As shown by everyone else, even if their bodies change, their stands, dont change. But is it still counted for Baguette turtle? Will he have mr.president, or silver chariot, or chariot requiem?

Here are extra questions im also curious about:

Earlier when Polnareff was explaining how he found out the arrow's powers, when he took the arrow from chariot, everything went back to normal. So why doosent he return to his body?

When Giorno stabbed himself with the arrow, his stand became ger, but why did scr have to hold it and revert back to normal if the arrow was taken away?
