In canon/anime, it’s GER, But in the game EOH, GER gets destroyed, I tested it out, so TWOH is more poweful in game, and GER is more powerful in the anime since TWOH is not in the anime. So in canon it’s GER
But wouldn’t it be TWOH even if it’s not in anime/manga
I would say TWOH but it’s GER in canon.
