DIO is absurdly smart. He found a literal way to go to Heaven. No one's done it before, so off scratch, he thought of something so damn impossible. He also adapted to the world in around 50 days despite being in a 100 year slumber. So that leads me to my question? How high is his IQ?

Yes, he kinda is, but he stayed away from Jotaro and threw knives, and tested TW and SP's power to know how much of a threat Jotaro is. He also checked his heartbeat and caused him to get shot, AS WELL AS trying to behead him. This mf is not as cocky as you think. (I myself even admit DIO is cocky on many occasions tho)

But yea, I'd say with his plan to heaven and all those points I mentioned, his IQ is probably around very smart fictional characters. I'd say his IQ is 300+. What do y'all think?
