As for Who I think if you want to save the Og cast You can Use The Gwess Idea, where she joins the team and have her die instead of somebody else.

No thats alternat universes not Mirror univeres. In a mirror universe everything is supposed to be reversed, I think Star Treck is the main example of Mirror universe, While Spiderverse is better example of what I think they meant.
