This stand is kinda like F.F. It's sentient and controls itself.
Abilities:
Heaven is something none can touch: Nothing can effect this stand. Not even TWOH can overwrite truth to attack it, it can move it stopped time and can cancel out time erase.
Time of Judging: If someone's heart is weighed down by their sins, GTH can tell and goes on alert mode, attacking those who are weighed down by sins. If someone's sins weigh them down, but their good deeds are greater then their sins GTH will not go into alert mode.
Cleansing Sight: if someone sinful is grasped by GTH they are carried up to the eye in between the the 2 half's of the stand. The person is then cleansed of their sins and is let go.
