What exercises would be best to get a back like this? (Aside from torture or obtaining a saint’s corpse.)

The Reaper must touch them to take souls, and keep contact as long it takes to draw out the soul. This varies depending on the will power of the target. A normal human would lose their soul in about 2 seconds. Jotaro would take about 10-20 seconds. The farther The Reaper gets into the Soul Taking process, the harder it is to resist. Also, I didn't state this, (I forgot), but the soul cannot be consumed as long as its original host lives.
The Reaper
Name Origin: Blue Öyster Cult song: (Don't Fear) The Reaper
Type: Close Range Stand, Natural Humanoid Stand
Appearance: The Reaper wears a black hood that leads into a cape that is split verticallly. It has a white mask, with faint skull teeth design near the design. It has a skull emblem in the middle of it's chest. It has white stripes horizontally across its black body. It has a white and black belt fastened with a skull belt buckle. It has white gloves and shoes.
Localized Name: The Hunter
Ability: Soul Manipulation. The Reaper's Ability allows it to take souls, and manipulate them to some extent. Only the user can interact with taken Souls, but if the Soul's original owner gets close enough to it, it will return to them. The Reaper can heal people by charging their soul, as it is your life energy. It also allows functional immortality, as the user can consume other souls, to extend their life. The victim of having their soul taken will not die, unless The Reaper consumes or destroys their soul. However, they will feel very cold and empty, less happy, and will go into shock and be incapacitated for a little while after losing their soul.

I have 2 stands that I might have irl
All Star
Ability: Vibration Control
All Star can control Vibrations to do things such as:
-Phase objects for short amounts of time
-enhance blows with Vibrations
-create a Vibration sheild
-create small earthquakes
-destroy things with Vibrations
-create a radar of sorts using weak Vibrations, kind of like Echo-location
-silence noise completely by removing the sound Vibrations
All Star is a humanoid stand, with white, blue and yellow being its major colors. I can provide a picture of all star on request.
All Star's other abilities are its prowess in physical combat, its strength allowing it to chop through limbs, and kill opponents with one Punch, and deliver powerful barrage attacks.
Its stand cry is: Stara
It's stats are:
Power: A Speed: A Range: D
Permanence: D Presicion: C Potential: A
The other stand I would like to register is
Beastie Boy
Ability: Animal Control
Beastie Boy can completely control any animal within a 100 m radius. The power weakens depending on the intelligence of the animal, the resistance to control, the size of the animal, the distance the animal is from Beastie Boy, and the size of the animal.
Beastie Boy takes the form of a reptilian creature that walks on 2 legs. I haven't drawn it yet, but I will
Beastie Boy's other Abilities are it's strength and speed, allowing it to use its claws, fangs, and brute strength to dismember opponents with ease. It also has animal instincts, allowing it to sense danger and notify its user.
