So, this birthmark only shows up in the Joestar family, thus Jonathan, Joseph, Holly, Jotaro, Josuke and Jolyne had one.

Since DIO stole Jonathan's body, all of his descendants has a Joestar birthmark as well, them being Giorno, Ungalo, Versus, and Rikiel.

But Enrico Pucci, and Weather Report weren't related to DIO, nor the Joestars, yet both of them posess one. It couldn't be because of DIO's effect on them (like the Green Baby, created from DIO's bone), because while that would explain why Pucci has one, it had nothing to do with Weather.

So, why did they had one?

1. Pucci could see Jotaro's attack during stopped time when he had C-Moon. How?

2. Pucci hired a lowly guy to make Weather and Perla break up, but the guys instead attempted to kill Weather, bc he possibly had a black father. Why did this racist scum even accept the job from Pucci, who was also black?

3. After Emporio defeated Pucci, everything got reversed, but then he met with alternate versions of the Dolphin Gang. Since the dead cannot be reversed, does this mean that Emporio ended up in a paralel universe?

4. Can Kars, the Ultimate Being defeat Pucci? I mean no matter what, Kars is indestructible.
