Killer Queen Over Heaven Concept

Appearance:

Abilities:

General: Killer Queen gains much more physical strength, speed, and range. Essentially all around stat increase. He can have multiple (maybe even infinite) touch bombs at once, and can activate all his abilities at the same time.

Touch Bomb: Kira can turn anything he touches into a bomb. Has 2 modes.

Destruction Mode: Once something is detonated in normal mode, it is completely and utterly destroyed and obliterated. No traces are left. For instance, if Kira detonated Perfect Cell, he would be gone. Not a single cell left.

Erasure Mode: Kira can detonate a touch bomb and erase that item or person from existence entirely, He literally blows away their very existence and history in this timeline.

Sheer Heart Attack: Kira can now create multiple sheer heart attacks that each now discern specifically between targets. These SHAs are completely and utterly indestructable, and they will never stop until either Kira detonates them, calls them back, or they reach their target. They also have 2 modes: Touch bomb, and explosion.

Touch Bomb Mode: Once it reaches its target, it will touch them and turn them into a touch bomb. Kira can then detonate them wherever and whenever he wants using either erasure or destruction mode.

Normal Mode: It reaches its target and burrows into them, then detonates, obliterating the target completely. This has no counter and bypasses all durability.

Bites The Dust V2: It can now blow away specific portions of time itself to rewrite the present. It can get really specific. For instance, if you are fighting someone, you could delete the portion of time where the DNA instructions to form his hands were issued, instantly causing him to have no hands. You can choose whether or not it only creates the effect now, or if it rewrites all of history around it. You could have the effect localized or global. For example, if I erased the moment someone turned in an assignment on a global scale, it would affect their grade and make it a missing assignment, but if somewhere else in the world someone got shot, they also would no longer have been shot. If I did it locally, it would only affect the person's grade, but not the murder.
