Speedwagon with his stand, virtue of liberty.

It has 2 main abilities.

1. The power to set freedom to another organic being, example; a human is bound by chains, now the chains have vanished. Or someone is bound to something by a contract or stress, it's gone when the power is used.

2. The power to control metal, but only to a certain extent. It can can copper and zinc very well though.

The stand range is 20 feet, and it is as tall as speedwagon.

Here's a crappy attempt at this, the stand is called light shine, localization name (moon shine) and I don't have a name for the user. Man I hope you find this good, if you want me to, I can do an even better version
