But being able to reverse time from 6 seconds could be used really well depending on the situation, like if you had a fatal gunshot wound. You could simply rewind time and the gunshot wound would be gone.

Although the keeping memory part is a little bit questionable, also adding the fact that he has to use his watch to activate the ability, it's just a small drawback to his insanely OP ability.

Jotaro pretty much appeared in every part after Stardust Crusaders, with that. He's shown to be important in the story, whether if it's small like his minor appearance in Golden Wind, or his major appearance in Diamond Is Unbreakable & Stone Ocean.

I think it's pretty clear which JoJo is better between Giorno, Josuke, and Joseph.

I like extremely underdeveloped characters, mainly being Tooru.

I agree, any stand with an ability that controls time would be perfect for any main antagonist.

The villain having the protagonist's stand is too plain, although I can't lie. The idea of seeing Tooru with Soft & Wet would be kinda whack but also kinda cool.

I'd definitely like to see villain using a stands like Mandom, Vitamin C, or Green Day.
