C-Moon Ultimate Requiem (C-Moon アルティメットレクイエム C - Moon arutimettorekuiemu) is the evolved Stand of Whitesnake Ultimate after being stabbed by the Arrow; which is featured in the light novel, JORGE JOESTAR. It is used by Kars and temporarily Dio, which later evolves into Made in Heaven Ultimate Requiem.

It is Kars' version of Enrico Pucci's, C-Moon. As it is stabbed, Kars is given a Wound, and which it evolves into C-Moon Ultimate Requiem.

Appearance

The Stand only made a temporary appearance in order for Dio to evolve it into Made in Heaven Ultimate Requiem during his battle with Kars.

C-Moon Ultimate Requiem resembles the original C-Moon which was used by Enrico Pucci. It has three heads, along with three pairs of arms similar to the demigod Asura. Like Whitesnake Ultimate, the middle face is the original. The left head has enlarged lips that stick out, and the right head has skeletal teeth which appear to be sharp. After being stabbed by the arrow, it fused within the Stand, and added on to its appearance. The arrows appear and stick out on the back of the Stands arms. Like C-Moon, the Stand has spikes sticking out near its collarbone, and wears a belt made out of a fur-like texture. It has patterns right beneath its chest, engraved with the word "K△RZ" all over it.

Gravitational Manipulation

Like C-Moon, this Stand can also manipulate gravity. This Stand shows no changes even after becoming an Ultimate Requiem Stand, during the battle, it was only used to evolve into Made in Heaven Ultimate Requiem. It is then stolen from Kars by Dio.
