Summary[]
Before Clash teleports Giorno away, he advises Narancia not to pursue the Stand, but the user, and leaves him a ladybug brooch. Clash is now free to attack Bucciarati, Mista and Abbacchio, but Narancia follows Giorno's suggestion and leaves the restaurant to track the enemy.
Squalo realizes that he's tracking someone with an irregular breath, causing him great worry. However, Tiziano reassures Squalo that he only has to breathe regularly and Narancia will never find him. Hidden in the crowd, they hear Narancia exclaiming that he's found the enemy, but Tiziano assures that Talking Head is still on Narancia's tongue, meaning Narancia hasn't found them yet.
However, Tiziano sees that Narancia has cut off his own tongue and replaced it with a tongue Giorno transmuted from the brooch he gave Narancia. Tiziano's breath accelerates from the stress, and Narancia detects him; his plan to lure the enemy out has worked.
