In a flashback, Josefumi Kujo and Yoshikage Kira merge together using the New Locacaca as they fall into a chasm.
Back in the present, Josuke fires his bubble at Wonder of U, now realizing that they embody the power of the Spin and have the ability to transcend the opposing Stand's calamities. However, the stand blocks the bubble by releasing a rock insect named Obladi Oblada. The token-shaped bug burrows into the back of Josuke's hand and multiplies when he tries to dig it out. Obladi Oblada begins to cover more and more of Josuke's body, and the falling debris approaches Yasuho as Toru calmly walks away from her with the New Locacaca in hand.
Yasuho uses Paisley Park to slow Wonder of U's escape, allowing Josuke to take one final shot at the source of the calamity: the face. Just as the falling panelling is about to strike both Yasuho and Joshu, Josuke fires a point-blank bubble at Wonder of U. However, Obladi Oblada deflects the bubble and sends it flying into a nearby wall.
The bug now covers most of Josuke's body and he collapses from its effects. The panelling is very close to hitting Yasuho and Joshu, and a Spin-infused bubble travels through their phones thanks to Paisley Park's abilities and barrels towards Tooru.
