I'm not very fond to share to the outside world what I'm doing, but recently I have been exercising with this shaky machine. Apparently, its actual name is vibration platform machine. It's something you get on and makes everything from your legs to your spine to your brain to your gums tremble.
I heard they were originally created to help with rehab people who have suffered injuries. At first, I was pretty dubious on the idea that this was something that could be called as exercise, but when I started using it earnestly, I started putting on a decent amount of muscle. I'd get out of breath from using it too. It's a machine that gradually produces result without you being aware of it actually happening. That's why I think it is a pretty amazing invention. The gradually part is pretty nice. Gradjojolion
