Jorge's tutor, Penelope de la Rosa
Jorge begins to think that Tsukumojuku might have been killed because he had gone missing. He goes to school and says that he hasn't spoken to anyone but his mother. He had begun to read books and said that he rarely goes outside. He begins to reflect on how smart Tsukumojuku was and all the cases he'd solved. He had read detective novels that his mother, Erina, had owned. She decides to hire a tutor for Jorge after seeing him read a science book. She hires a girl named Penelope de la Rosa to tutor Jorge, he later on visits her house. It is revealed that Penelope was the girl that Tsukumojuku and Jorge had met in their last case. Jorge states that she has a pathological fear of clowns because of Javier Cortez and convinced her to commit a locked room murder while dressing up as a clown. The trauma had caused her to quit school and never leave her house again. Once Jorge makes it to her house, she refuses to open the door because Jorge reminds her of the clown in her dream. Jorge apologizes and decides to return home, she then says that she was glad to see him.

Penelope sobs in Jorge's arms
The next day, Penelope yells out Jorge's name while he was in bed. She claims that Javier Cortez had come back and blames it on Jorge. Jorge couldn't understand because he recalled that the islanders had murdered him and had dumped his body into the sea. Jorge tries to calm her down and decides to come outside. She claims that he was at her house instead of in a dream. Jorge doubts her and thinks that she had gone crazy. She claims that he had ran ahead of her and "jumped out of her". She explains what had happened; she states that she went into the kitchen with her mother and had gotten locked from the inside. Her mother had yelled at Penelope thinking she would kill her because Javier had convinced Penelope to kill her mother. She says that she had broken the door down and had saw a clown in the corner of the room which had disappeared. Jorge talks about Penelope's past and explains that her parents had divorced 4 years ago. She had begun to date a man named Edvard Noriega who had been abusing her and selling her things. Her mother had convinced her to break up with Edvard. He then threatens to ruin Penelope if her mother had tried to do something. After her mother had given up on her, Penelope began to have dreams of a clown haunting her. After this trauma, Penelope only trusted her mother and no one else. Penelope then states that she had found a doll where the clown in her room had disappeared. She thinks that it is a warning and that she might be murdered. Jorge tries to calm her down and invites her into his house.
He tries to open the door but it was locked from the inside. Suddenly, Erina warns Jorge to run away and claims that there is a clown inside. Penelope backs away and apologizes thinking that she had brought the clown with her. Jorge busts the door down and sees the clown floating in the air. Penelope screams in fear, then Jorge warns her to stay outside. Jorge grabs a chair and tries to hit the clown. The chair had broken into pieces. Suddenly, Jorge realizes that the clown had shattered into pieces. Jorge warns his mother to leave, but Erina asks him to calm down. She claims that the clown doesn't seem to mean any harm. She thinks that Penelope might have created the clown to defend herself. Penelope walks into the room and asks if Jorge was okay. Suddenly, the door behind them slams shut and a clown had appeared behind it. Jorge realizes that they were both in a locked room. Jorge walks up to the clown carefully and studies it, realizing that it was made out of thread. Jorge orders Penelope to back away, He walks outside, Penelope then tells Jorge to get back inside to save his mother. Jorge suddenly wraps his arms around her, realizing that she was the one who needed saving and says that his mother is okay. Penelope gets confused and stands there; Jorge waits and watches as a thread from Penelope's dress had snapped. Suddenly, Erina walks outside holding a doll in her hands and shows it to Penelope, telling her that she was the one who made the clown. Penelope couldn't believe them.
Later on, Jorge visits Penelope's mother, Isabella, and explains Penelope's power. She doesn't believe him and claims that her daughter had been possessed by the devil. After speaking to his mother about it, they had decided to let Penelope live with them and hired her to work in the La Palma office and to be Jorge's tutor. It was February, 6 months had gone by since Penelope had moved in with them. On her way to work, Penelope and Jorge see Edvard, Penelope's ex-boyfriend. He claims that he is dying and asks Penelope for help. Penelope tries to brush him off, but he claims that he had seen a man with black wings and that he's after him. Penelope snaps at him by telling him to shut up and that he deserved everything that would happen to him. Edvard tries to explain the story but she continues to get even angrier. Jorge tries to calm her down and tells her to ignore him. Penelope was now in a pool of rage, with blood now trickling from her nose. She threatens Edvard, saying that she will kill him if he doesn't stop talking. Suddenly, the ground begins to move and creates four walls around Edvard, and a clown appears behind him. Jorge realizes that Edvard was now trapped in a locked room, and that Penelope had learned to make locked rooms without using threads from her clothes.

Edvard moments away from being completely trapped in the locked room
Jorge then immediately calls this ability a Wound because of her background. He stops thinking about the name and asks Penelope to spare him. With Penelope unable to stop it, Jorge calls Edvard and tells him to run. He decides to dig a hole through the dirt and grass to get inside the locked room. He sees Edvard floating in the air and realizes that he was being hung. Penelope warns Jorge to get out of the room, Jorge turns around and watches as the hole closes. Suddenly, a rope of grass comes down from the ceiling, strangling Jorge deep into his throat. He begins to panic because of how great the pain was. Jorge quickly thinks and decides to pull out his pocket knife, He stabs it into his stomach and writes a message for the clown: "MURDER". Right when Jorge writes the final letter, he loses consciousness and blacks out. Moments later, Jorge wakes up and begins to vomit. With Penelope clutching him and crying while apologizing. Jorge is relieved that Edvard had survived.
In the hospital, Jorge had hoped that the message on his stomach would have healed, but had stabbing himself a little deeper than he thought. Penelope begins to cry again, when suddenly Elizabeth enters the room and asks who had done that to him. She thinks that it had been the bullies again and that the message was a threat to Jorge. Jorge states that he had done it to himself, Lisa Lisa yells at him saying that he is lying and that he should explain why he did it. Jorge suddenly snaps at her, saying that he doesn't have to explain everything to her. She goes silent, and her eyes fill with tears. Penelope interrupts them and says that it was her fault. Lisa Lisa then asks Jorge if this is the Penelope that Erina had mentioned to her. She tries to introduce herself but is interrupted by Penelope who finishes the sentence for her. Lisa Lisa snaps and tells her to not call her by Lisa Lisa, but instead Elizabeth Joestar. Jorge intervenes and asks why Lisa Lisa had come here, she says that it had been by coincidence after seeing that he'd gotten hurt while trying to ask a question for the doctor. The doctor enters the room, Lisa Lisa asks him if the patients had seen a man with black wings. Jorge and Penelope are shocked, because they had heard the same exact words. The doctor claims that the patients did have a nervous breakdown, and proceeded to leave the room. She then warns the doctor to stay safe in his house and to not do what the man says.
The three return home to look for Straizo. Erina had been drinking tea in her parlor. Once they all had greeted them, Elizabeth tells Erina to tell the truth about Jorge's father. She begins to explain the background of Jonathan Joestar and Dio Brando. She explains that her father George Joestar, had tried to arrest Dio, but instead, Dio had burned the Joestar mansion to the ground. She reveals that Dio had not died and that he overpowered the police. Thinking to himself, Jorge says that his father had met a man named Will A. Zeppeli who had trained Jonathan to use the secret power of breathing based off of ripples, which was Hamon breathing. He explains how Jonathan once again battles Dio and emerges victorious. He then explains that Dio's body had been destroyed, but he had cut off his own head before the Hamon could reach it and survived. Two months later, Dio sneaks onto the ship where Jonathan and Erina have their honeymoon on their wedding. He explains the rest about how Erina saves baby Lisa Lisa and how she escaped the burning ship, and was found in the Canary Islands. Lisa Lisa asks what Erina had been holding after the fishermen found her. It was revealed that she had held baby Elizabeth and a head, shielding it from the sunlight. Lisa Lisa believes that it was the head of Dio Brando. Jorge doubts her and asks Erina if it were true, Erina had gone silent, gritting her teeth. Finally, her silence had been broken. She says that it was not the head of Dio. Jorge is relieved and is about to yell at Lisa Lisa for thinking about such a thing. Before he could, Erina interrupts him and reveals that it had been the head of Jonathan Joestar.
