Appearance

November Rain appears as an Artificial Humanoid Stand that lacks legs. It has 4 large tendrils coming out from the bottom through its torso, similar to Fun Fun Fun, resembling the ribs of an umbrella. It has an underside similar to the nozzle of a tube of icing. Its face is similar to the Stand Catch the Rainbow. Its shoulders have leaves reminiscent of palm trees sticking out of them as well.

Abilities

Heavy Rain

November Rain possesses the ability to generate localized rain showers characterized by abnormally heavy raindrops. When these raindrops come into contact with a person, their sheer weight causes them to penetrate the victim's skin, potentially leading to the complete crushing of a human being. The duration of this effect remains uncertain, as victims have been observed to revert back to their normal state once the Stand is disengaged.[1]

Notably, November Rain exhibits the capacity to selectively target specific objects for crushing with its rain. Jodio demonstrates precise control by annihilating incriminating evidence held by a DEA agent without causing harm. This is achieved by destroying the plastic bag containing the evidence while sparing the agent. Simultaneously, the Stand can puncture holes in the shoes of surrounding Honolulu Police officers without inflicting any harm upon them.[2]

November Rain can also shoot rain directly in front of it toward a target making it not limited to raining vertically down.[3]

The raindrops are strong enough to break through a carpet and create a hole through a concrete floor.[4] The Stand has a short range that consists of 3 meters in diameter and 4 meters in height, and it cannot produce any rain beyond that range.[5]
