Stepmom is a humanoid Stand like its original counterpart, Sticky Fingers. It has been described to look like a woman, and has the same mohawk-like helmet design, and has a needle hanging off its neck instead of a zipper. It has a roll of string on its left hand which is used for sewing.

Stepmom's main ability is to rapidly sew things together at an incredible speed. It is first used when Bruno learns that Giorno was lying, and sews his mouth shut.
The way the stitching works is by putting the needle through the targets, pulling it, then begins sewing.[1]
