The World Ultimate (ザ・ワールド・アルティメット,Za Wārudo Arutimetto) is a Stand that is an enhanced version of The World, featured in the light novel JORGE JOESTAR. It is used by Kars and Ultimate Dio during their battle.
The World Ultimate appears the same as The World with very little design changes. The head is much larger along with the diving tanks. Kars' version of the Stand has the letter "K" on its chin instead of a heart. Like Made In Heaven, It has a clock-like speedometer on its shoulders.

During their battle, Kars understands The World's abilities and creates his own Ultimate version. Dio uses his Beyond, believing that he is king of the world, awakening The World Ultimate.[1]

The World Ultimate's main ability is to stop time, like its original counterpart. It is stated that The World was able to stop time for about an hour when Dio became an ultimate being, presumably making The World Ultimate being able to do the same.
