So I've just heard news that there will be another recap special on May 3rd for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind. And I've been curious why their have been so many (counting this upcoming one). I had heard the first one was for the animators to take a break after new years, that seemed to make sense to me. But then we had gotten the other one. And that had me thinking, is it for audience members who may have missed some stuff, or haven't had the chance to watch the past episodes? A friend mentioned maybe it was for animators to catch up a bit, that also makes sense to me. I do wonder what is the reason for them doing these? I know that they're trying to be more mainstream I think with part 5. With all their efforts of promotion both in Japan and elsewhere. But I have to wonder if this plays into it at all? What do you guys think? I'm genuinely confused a bit.
