"I've got one question you're gonna like, bitches: What's my name?" - Shaggy

"Shaggy" Nassaum (Шагги Нассаум; first name unknown); Age: 37, Height: 5'10½", Weight: Between 200-220 lbs, Blood: A-, Instinct: To Surpass is through Strength!, Overdrive: Here are my Orders...

Other Information: Arcana: None (scum like him don't deserve to be rewarded), Family: None, Talents: Manipulating and framing people, conquering the weak, mastering the art of evil, Habits: Cheating, impulses from his desires, saying phrases in different languages, Hobbies: Picking on and culling the weak, coming up with creative ways to cheat, studying others' weaknesses, Favorite Food: Large amounts of food including sandwiches with mustard. In the past, Shaggy would have a voracious appetite and consume anything without thought, even his own meals and lunches. He can be somewhat selfish with his meals, as he often refuses to share them with his subordinates whether they feel like eating or not.

Role/Goals: To get revenge on Marina Romanova and to prove that he is stronger than the immense power of Hand Polaris.

Appearance: A tall man sporting a muscular build, Shaggy's face however is kept a secret by his subordinates and victims alike due to it being covered by an black iron helmet. His helmet consists of an ultraviolet visor that conceals his eyes and a gold mouthpiece with vent-like openings similar to fangs and tusks on both ends, and partially reveals his mouth, albeit concealed in shadows. However, through the mouthpiece is his goatee, although slight illumination of it is rarely seen unless Shaggy unmasks himself. According to Marina through her analysis, he has sandy-blonde hair, blue eyes hidden under black contacts, and a disfigured face that he refuses to let anyone see besides someone personal.

In contrast to Marina's fashionable and elegant clothing, Shaggy outfit acts as a combination between casual style and those that are of a gang leader, wearing a green v-neck T-shirt stylized with a Big Dipper constellation with his icon printed on the pan, a black unzippered jacket with gray spiked shoulder pads, a set of violet, navy blue, and brown gloves fitted with gray plating with spikes comparable to gauntlets, maroon pants with a brown crotch guard and tightened by a steel belt holding a belt of shotgun shells and two sawn-off shotguns holstered on his sides, red metal knee and shin guards strapped on his legs, and black and brown boots modified with jumping mechanisms that can kick someone with frightening lethality.

Personality: Shaggy is a corrupt, selfish, vengeful, and threatening man who is always underestimated by his foes, yet has committed as much atrocities and misdeeds as he can to reach his goals. Coinciding with his evil is his own social Darwinistic views, believing the elders (or in his case, the stronger) has every right to control and command the weak (to which he refers to as "juniors") like an elder brother to his younger sister, as well as his unsurprising and cowardly ability to cheat in situations where luck falls out of his favor, (in his own words apparently) and would come up with such ways in doing so with a plan rather than using his fists, such as spitting out needles while he is attacking, killing powerful opponents with his shotguns, using gasoline, caltrops, and grenades to distract others and destroy things that would lead to their deaths, and at his worst, stoop so low to crush his victims to death with his boots. These habits happen to be a constant trait of him to the point it becomes both his strength and weakness, to which his rivals and enemies such as Marina, Rita, and Ben constantly point out to him despite his inability to do better.

Fitting with his malevolence are the flaws that he was born with through his corrupt mind. While he is not as incompetent or ignorant as others may think, he has little thought and focus over his actions and rarely bothers in learning and performing Hand Polaris compared to those who are quite experienced with it. His reason for them is his non-believing stance, seeing anything like the martial art as "delusional religious bullshit" and that true strength (such as Hand Polaris) lies within the person's will to win at all costs and whatever they have utilize to win, a foolish belief that would nearly cost him his life. He has neither has respect nor honor in his fights and his anger and desire for revenge clouds his wisdom, leading him to go all-out with his fists if he has to, and he has no qualms of attacking and killing his men (the ones that he forced into his bidding) if they happen to irritate him. Additionally, when he seemingly has the advantage over others, he often puts up an overconfident attitude that leads him to underestimate people. However, this happens to be a part of Murphy's Law: anything wrong with him would only go wrong for anyone that he destroys in his path, as shown that despite being surrounded and heavily restrained by police, he is able to escape by sneaking explosives inside police cars to weaken them immediately.

In cases when he has the advantage in situations where he acts haughty and superior, Shaggy would often ask his victim to say his name, also indicating a sign of egotism derived from his desire to be respected by his peers and rivals. He often the tendency to have "like" in his sentences besides it being a verbal tic, which mostly said when he is in a good mood, which is best shown through his enjoyment of something he likes. As he looks down on others, he would mockingly add "little" before their names if he knows down or their gender and type if he knows it.

In the past, Shaggy used to be a laidback, quiet, and intelligent yet lazy student who didn't have a lot of friends as he was raised in the college that he grew up in and focused most of his time on studying everything he wants to know. He and Marina also used to be best friends at the time, and they would often exchange anything they knew and their relationship can be best compared as siblings, which only lasted when Marina was allied with Rita so the latter can learn Hand Polaris, to which Shaggy is against as his mindset was in a different wavelength than theirs. Because his stubbornness and jealousy, this worsened into wanting to kill and surpass Marina as his bitterness grew, leading to him into being horribly disfigured by her and falling down a darker life where he can release his inner evil.

Regarding Marina, Shaggy holds an intense grudge against her and considers her actions a reason to have his vengeance for defying his "strengths" and breaking his beliefs, despite the fact that he clearly underestimated the power of Hand Polaris when he was defeated and nearly killed by her. His grudge with her is so great that he goes through intense moments of impulsive rage that results in him killing his men or causing another minor atrocity. During confrontations with each other, he never wastes the time to insult her abilities and intelligence by treating her like a child, pick up a sensitive topic to anger and spite her, and make bombshells that will happen to agitate her to the point of provoking her. Marina, despite her former friendship with him and unwillingness to kill others unless necessary, thinks, sees, and speaks poorly of Shaggy, calling him "wild scum" (Дикие подонки in Russian), and is highly bitter of him for his betrayal along with most of his atrocities directed at her, resulting in people betraying her and attempting to take her life and much bigger consequences that are enough to spite her. She even loses her composure when hearing about or confronting him, and sees him as no different from her mother, who both betrayed the Bureau, COSMORUS, and Russia in favor of achieving SOMBRA's goals. Being catalysts of their pasts, the two are dishonest with one another and are always willing to show no mercy the moment they see their faces once again.

Powers and Abilities: Most of Shaggy's prowess is derived from his notorious ways of unfairly cheating in battle, as while it is very dishonorable and cowardly, it happens to be quick and unpredictable when he does so, yet falters when people familiar with his cheating recognize his actions and planning and try to counter it. His preparedness of any situation revolves around him setting the entire environment up with his names written all over every trap, method, and any effort he uses when he lures his victims and enemies in. Even if he happens to meet them by coincidence or be caught off-guard, his cunningness still remains through the use of his weapons along with the environment around him. His equipment used for his cheating consists of his signature shotguns, needles, gasoline and matches, flare guns, spike traps, improvised explosives disguised as debris, remote mines that explode upon activation, sharpened grappling claws fitted with long chains, rusty knives and shivs with poisonous substances, caltrops, bladed and blunt weapons hidden anywhere for surprise attacks, and his signature boots with a launching mechanism lethal enough to crush an entire human ribcage in one strike, and so on.

Fitting for his deceptive nature is his poisonous tongue, which he always uses to manipulate his victims for bigger plans in hopes of affecting his enemies in every way he sees as possible, saying half-truths, information best kept secret, falsehoods, the big stuff, and anything that he adds with a venomous bite. For every atrocity that he would make, those that are disliked by him would respect and follow him out of fear or direct the blame to anyone that he hates by having him averting their eyes to them through trickery, mockery, and framing at all costs, allowing him to get away with anything that has his name written on it.

However, should anything against his enemies fail, Shaggy knows when to become act serious, and does so using his own strength combined with his equipment and methods previously or about to be used for cheating, which greatly compensates for his lack of Instinct in comparison to most characters. However, due to his fighting experience being lacking compared to others who know him, he mostly goes all-out with a few martial art moves consisting of haymakers, dropkicks, crane kicks, shoulder charges, head bashes, swings to the jaw, crotch, stomach, or chest, stomps, and claw scratches that would hit where it hurts. The predictability of his attacks makes it easier for his opponents to gain a few hits on him in combat, but it would often lower their defenses as Shaggy would deliver much more devastating blows through his cheating. Although not shown, there are hints of his own power being shown, albeit lacking a stable form and prematurely showing it to his foes. Various ways it is shown subtlety is through Shaggy's seemingly high capacity of his weapons and equipment behind his back, acting in the shadows with extreme unpredictability while being aware of his opponent's every move, and showing great amounts of strength whenever he is covered in a black aura. While it is theorized that his fierceness and malice in battle is the source of his power, this is however more than just the case.

In reality, these hints of power is a copied but incomplete form of a forbidden and ancient martial art referred to as Kumahoshi Kujakuseki Ken (熊星孔雀石拳, lit. Bear Star Malachite Fist), a evil and demonic form of Hand Polaris that is awakened by those who're born with darkness and corruption existent in their heart without any external forces disrupting the flow of evil. Evil comes in many forms, most notably the darkness, the moon, sorcery, negative emotions such as fear, the seven deadly sins, the afterlife and the void, and death itself, but it comes with a price: an eternal price that will change the wielder forever if they don't follow it throughly. However, through Shaggy, its near-complete form and his sole purpose makes it easier for him to be empowered by the darkness of the world along with the one deep inside his heart.
