JoJo's Bizarre Wiki

History: Some time during the battle of Ad Astra and later the mastermind behind it all, some members of the team are revealed to have superpowers from technology of mental connection, freak accidents, or are simply born with them. Later, all of the team is revealed to have or gained superpowers after their various encounters with the killers and antagonists they've confronted before. Although Grace, Alex, and Jasper aren't members of the Grimsborough PD, they collaborated with the team as official members due to them being allies or previous members of the police. With their willingness to defeat ROZETTA, who had plans bigger than Daniels', the Conspiracy Crusaders (陰謀の十字軍(コンスピラシークルセイダーズ) Konsupirashī Kuruseidāzu) were formed, all thirteen with a purpose of helping and saving the entirety of New York with the superpowers they were given along with truly ending the 53 year long conspiracy that has plagued the rest of Grimsborough. After ROZETTA's defeat, old and new allies of the GPD who are initially powerless and follow their own rules to begin with start to join the team, sharing the same hearts and common goal the team has while facing new villains along the way.

Background: The Conspiracy Crusaders are a special team of superpowered police officers and civilians allied with them that are tasked of clearing and protecting Grimsborough of opposing unnatural threats further beyond the law’s control of stopping them. Once formed to stopped ROZETTA and her diabolical plans, the Crusaders use both of their experience and power in battle to utterly defeat enemies in battle while ensuring that the human welfare is secured from them. Due to unpredictable attacks and incidents happening around the city, it is up to the Crusaders to solve or put an end to the conflict as a way to prevent more victims and other disastrous events happening. Ironically, their actions only lead to public attention being divided over their presence in Grimsborough, who both argue on whether or not the superheroes deserve to exist for their exceptional purposes and methods. While some seem to admire them (especially their allies), some call out on causing more damage to the city rather than what they are actually doing, with Nebet Akechi labelling them as violent vigilantes who have no right of performing these seemingly unacceptable methods on their own. True to this, the Crusader struggle to blend into society’s norms and also find the answer to their unbending will and power while questioning the morality of their “justice”, leading to their seeming hesitation of progressing towards their goals and their ideas changing into what they want to see as their own.

As they are police officers, it is extremely hard for others to find evidence involving them before tracking them down as they can quickly cover it up before anyone can notice, which is mostly done by Blank due to her sheer luck or the faster members to the work. Even their enemies who know one of them personally would do no better as many of them either perished, became injured to the point they’ve retired, become mentally damaged or comatose from their defeats, have their mouths silenced by muzzles after being arrested, or sometimes try to rat them out only to fall on deaf ears. In rare cases, if someone like them were to call the Crusaders, a security bug invented by Alex would analyze the caller before electrocuting them, although its recharge and activation time is dependent on the anonymity of the caller and the amount of power the bug uses. While the Crusaders mainly work at the precinct located at the Grimsborough Airport as police officers, their base of operations is the former headquarters of Ad Astra located in Newmark, newly refurbished and redesigned to suit the Crusaders’ theme and also act as a hangout spot when they have nothing else to do. Chief Parker is responsible for giving out missions for the Crusaders in case there is a threat way bigger than the police can handle, but she has a hard time trusting them for various reasons, most specifically their newer members and their usual reckless actions. The Crusaders are also being investigated by the police, as they disagree with their actions and want to maintain their reputation after the neohuman outbreak, which is why the Crusaders work independently from them.

OH YEAH!!! I’m already feeling a lot more wonderful today! The sun’s still shining, and looks like Imma about to kick my body up to over a 100%!” - Gloria Hayes

Gloria Hayes/Phalanx; Age: 41, Height: 5'4", Weight: 200 lbs (222 lbs with shield armor), Blood: AB+, Instinct: WildFire, Overdrive: Charge Arrian: Phalanx Overlimit

-Title: The Wakandan Divorcee of the Year

-Other Information: Aracana: The Phalanx (VII The Chariot), Family: Carter Hayes (son), Jake Hayes (ex-husband, still mending their relationship), Talents: All kinds of boxing (heavily enhanced with her armor), dancing for an hour straight (ditto), throwing footballs at a speed above an average human (despite her appearance, Gloria is incredibly fast and strong whenever she is greatly provoked), Habits: Daydreaming about her hometown, binge watching TV, Hobbies: Caring for Carter or hanging out with friends, filming events or moments to post it on her wall, football, Favorite Food: The kind where you get from Chicago. She also has a taste for things that contain large amounts of meat or spices that bring in the heat and flavor. This is due to her constantly draining herself of energy by powering up and delivering her all at the peak of a adrenaline-inducing battle. The energy circulating through Gloria’s body can make it sustain itself at times, so Gloria doesn’t require some of the needs for herself besides sleeping.

-(Former) Occupation(s): Chicago Police Department Detective

-Appearance: Gloria’s choice of clothing remains the same, other than that she wields two black and silver metallic extendable diamond-shaped shields on her wrists and wears black boots that extend to near her kneecaps and a flexible neck brace that extends to her back of the same color, all which are parts of a primarily defensive gear called the “Hoplite Instinctive (ホプライト・インスティンクティブ Hopuraito Insutinkutibu)”. Upon using the Speed Gear or transforming at will, the shields transform into a slick, black and silver armor that covers Gloria.

After ROZETTA’s defeat, Gloria now has her arms and legs partially covered in the same material as her shields and her clothes can become Vibranium black when in combat, allowing her to use her shields more efficiently and can emit purple flames when using Wildfire. When she uses Charge Arrian: Phalanx Overlimit, Gloria takes on her full armor form, which now has additional layers of armor that serve as ports and jagged spinning energy generators on her back and limbs respectively, projecting energy to serve as spikes and protrusions. Despite this, they are not solid and seemingly harmless until Gloria prepares to attack.

-Powers and Abilities: Gifted with special armor from Wakanda, Gloria can use her shields to block attacks and redirect them as short but powerful bursts of purple energy like shotguns and enhance her punches into becoming automatic pistons with sharp blades that have the sufficient force to cut through a Neohuman’s durable body nonstop along with quickly igniting gases, inflammable material, and acids due the speed and friction of her armor. Gloria also can jump further and run faster (along with dashing) with her armor, which can sometimes slide frictionlessly on any hard surface, and her neck brace that extends to her back protects her from any attacks that may fracture her neck and spine or wound her back. When fighting, Gloria’s movements and attacks are more or less derived from team sports, which consists of dash attacks, grabs, charges, tackles, throws, feints, and charged counter attacks that are mainly focused on offense. The purple energy, coined “Arrays (アッレイズ Arreizu)”, supports the armor to actively perform in both defense and offense, but acts very damage-dependent in order to increase its power to higher levels. With the Speed Gear, Gloria’s armor covers her fully, making her move faster, generate more Arrays in a faster rate, and protect herself from incoming attacks. Later on, Gloria can convert her shields into an armor at will, although it has a time limit depending on the amount of Arrays it currently holds before it powers down. However, when using Wildfire (ワイルドファイアー Wairudofaiyā), Gloria can power up her attacks with her Arrays, causing damage similar to fire while depleting her Arrays gauge. Like King Platinum, Gloria’s punching power is only limited by her range, which is of course two meters, and she will get weaker if she uses too much of Arrays without having them hit or damaged for longer periods of time, resulting in them falling out of Gloria’s hands by going into an inactive state, rendering her immobile. Gloria is also vulnerable to continuous harm and energy siphoning, as her shields only require to be directly hit for her to gain an advantage. However, thanks to the shield’s mechanism of constant regeneration, Gloria can use the separated pieces of her shield to transform them into temporary projectiles or traps alongside other constructs for greater attacks. The materials for the shields however can be exploited by rivals or competitors to create durable machines and gadgets that are built to constantly siphon energy from the shields.

When she is fueled above her limit or becomes intensively furious (converting her surroundings into Arrays to absorb), Gloria goes under an impulsive alteration to her armor referred to as Charge Arrian: Phalanx Overlimit (チャージ・アッリアン:ファランクス・オーバーリミット Chāji Arian: Farankusu Ōbārimitto), breaking her limiters for 10 minutes (thus serving as a last resort) and greatly increasing her speed and durability and also allowing her to generate large, violent projections of energy without draining it further, even transferring it by punching an object or enemy to make them explode and creating purple blasts, waves, or explosions that are powerful enough to demolish a factory and completely stop and destroy a railgun. Additionally, the armor’s properties can be used and modified by Gloria for various maneuvers and techniques in this form. When she uses them, Gloria can perform amazing feats such as launching her shields at further distances, extend her armor with Arrays, create continuous projections of energy through the ports of her armor, glide using her back brace, speed-slide at short distances, and perform special moves in conjunction with her fighting style. At the end of 10 minutes, the armor undergoes a cooldown by transforming into a pod that serves as a protective shield for Gloria while she is vulnerable, but will shortly revert back to its original form once all threats are gone.

Here’s my number: it’s from the @rtist. Just one call, and welcome to her world.” - Cathy Turner

Catherine "Cathy" King-Turner/@rtist; Age: 28, Height: 5'4" (5'7" with hair bun), Weight: 120 lbs, Blood: A+, Instinct: Dream On

-Title: The 24/7 Barely-Functional Virtual Night-Light

-Other Information: Arcana: The Artist (I The Magician), Family: Alex Turner (husband), Sammy Turner (son), Samuel and Donna King (deceased grandparents), Walter and Skylar King (parents), Krauser King (deceased uncle), unknown brother, Talents: Hacking, reaching the top 10 in a marathon, Habits: Bites her nails when stressed, Hobbies: Motorcycling, changing hairstyles, manipulating her dreams, Favorite Food: Doesn’t have one, prefers to drink various beverages, alcoholic or not, to focus and to take her mind away from reality. This also applies to her hacking skills, as she would quickly down the entire drink before she begins, as well as during drinking competitions with other people. While she can become intoxicated from binge drinking, she never suffers from alcohol poisoning as she injected the Neohuman serum inside of her body.

-(Former) Occupation(s): Grimsborough University Student, Hacker

-Appearance: Cathy wears a neon pink hooded jacket with black lines and a white digital “mask” with a vertical black slash over the right side and a pink star near it. Her silver belt is now patterned with several keyboard symbols. She also wears a gray armored forearm glove on her left hand that acts as a holographic computer and a black backpack that holds gadgets and weapons of Cathy’s interest. The holographic projections she creates are always pink, but can change into a few colors if she wants. Thanks to her powers, Cathy can change her hair, eyes, skin, and blood into any color or style if she likes. Whenever she powers up or has strong emotions, Cathy’s eyes and hair can turn into a glowing bright pink, which can last depending on her physical condition and psyche.

After being enhanced by neohuman blood, Cathy lets her hair loose and has it and her eyes glow a bright pink along with her skin. Her holographic projections can also change into a variety of colors, but with the pink-colored parts glowing brighter. This also applies to whenever she uses her Stand, Utopia, to fight or uses her powers.

I am what you call a Stand; Your strong will will be an aid for our battles together. Use what you need as your strength.” - Utopia

-Utopia's Appearance: At first, Utopia (ウトピア) takes on the form of a holographic and fully pink 23-year-old Cathy King, who wears the same clothes as Cathy in 2013, whose true appearance is a formless being with a blue core of some sorts.

After Cathy is revealed to be a Stand User, Utopia’s design completely changes. Her hair is slightly longer, and she now dons a pink sleek, skintight armor with white and black keyboard symbols floating over the chest area along with a pink helmet with a transparent visor, only exposing the back of her hair. Cathy can also channel Utopia into her body, making it look like she’s wearing a holographic armor.

-Utopia's Personality: Utopia shares the same personality traits as Cathy, but has the wisdom, morality, carefulness to drop all of her negative traits. Her maturity depends on what age she converts to while her intelligence stays the same. Like Jones’ King Platinum, Utopia shouts, “ORA ORA ORA..!!!” in a continuous and angry matter. However, the battle cry may devolve to, “ORA ORA ORA ORARARARARARARARARA!!!”, referencing Cathy’s quick and short-tempered behavior back when she’s younger.

-Powers and Abilities: Due to her accidental neural connection with the entirety of virtual reality, Cathy’s brain functions as a organic machine for artificial light, meaning she can make holographic projections of what she imagines, fictional or not, to transfer them into reality, such as creating a Light Cycle or a pair of roller blades to move faster, making enhancements to her machine pistols in close encounters, forming large weapons to attack crowds of enemies, creating traps to distract, stun, or weaken her enemies, and disguising herself by turning into any person or object. However, as Cathy has very limited power over the virtual world, these projections can be easily destroyed and damaged and lack the properties their real world counterparts have, such as staying pink or being slightly weaker than the original (although their material as hard light makes it more lethal than shards of glass when they are destroyed). Using holograms of complex shape, enormous size, or in large quantities can cause a snapping pain on Cathy’s brain or burn out her “virtual energy” (the kind of energy she gets from the virtual world), making her unable to use her powers for periods of time. There is also a chance of Cathy’s intelligence to temporarily drop into 0, putting her in a despondent trance while her eyes and vision turn into SMPTE color bars similar to a TV set, either standing or lying down unresponsively. If Cathy’s lucky enough to keep a tiny bit of her intelligence, she might adopt a hyperactive and crazy personality that she is always oblivious and has no memory of even after fully recovering. She can also scan the area, looking back the previous actions of someone and pre-constructing events what she or someone might do. With the Intelligence Gear, Cathy’s IQ doubles to 600 and she can now control the landscape as if it is her own VR or a video game, even manipulating time for periods of time to gain several advantages. She also can create a pink holographic clone of herself, which is fully sentient and physically and mentally 5 years younger than her.

After injecting herself with neohuman blood, Cathy can instantly regenerate from any inflicted wounds and can manipulate parts of her body into transforming it into a flexible material, allowing her to counter and avoid ROZETTA’s gravitational attacks while continuously attacking her. Cathy can also glitch through time just like ROZETTA and is barely immune to her time stop, moving parts of her body to move from place to place. These powers were later nullified and permanently removed after ROZETTA’s death and Cristina’s birth, as most of the serum is transferred to her daughter.

Using Utopia, by activating her password Dream On (ドリーム・オン Dorīmu On), Cathy has further access to more of her abilities within the virtual world such as creating more complex projections, teleporting in distances depending on the time of activation, generating moving platforms, generating barriers or fields to endure fatal attacks, creating weightless weapons capable of delivering damage similar to modern weapons, scan someone or an object to carefully predict their actions, transfer her consciousness into the interface of a system or electronic, hack anything including living organisms with a touch of her hands, and provide backup when needed in case she is not in battle, though Cathy will still overheat and be forced to cool down if she stresses her mind and body out too much and is still not immune to many of her “stupidity impulses”. Utopia can also manipulate parts of Cathy’s body into separating and stretching without any injuries to the tissues and vitals, squeezing through tight spaces, moving around and blocking attacks in impossibly flexible movements, and partially phasing through surfaces by transferring her body to the virtual world. When Cathy switches to a support mode, Utopia can immediately switch its role to support during the Crusaders’ missions, with Cathy acting as a strong navigator for the team in cases when she becomes unavailable: being limited to scanning the enemy, giving teammates tools to their advantage, granting them beneficial items, hacking and scanning the enemy, giving the team a minimap and a series of objectives for them to follow, predicting events, manipulating time, etc.

Inside the mind are planets of wildlife we can or cannot explore, as we function as the mind.” - Gabriel Herrera

Gabriel "Mario" Herrera/Vita; Age: 36, Race: Psychic (Sub-Human), Height: 5'9", Weight: 160 lbs, Blood: AB-, Instinct: Daifray

-Title: The Multi-Minded Italian Pushover of a Million Cults

-Other Information: Arcana: Reincarnation (XIII Death), Family: Various cousins in different countries, Talents: Expert in psychology, biology, philosophy, and other sciences, Habits: Taps his pencil or pen at a constant rate, Hobbies: Painting, speaking foreign languages, reading others, Favorite Food: His own cooking naturally, due to his defined tastes for other countries and his own philosophy in improvising on what he likes. People, even his own friends (besides Rook), who taste it will be greatly amazed and will endlessly believe that there is a secret ingredient lying underneath the food, although it is up to them to decide. His cooking is inspired by the foreign cuisine he sees and tastes whenever he walks into a restaurant he likes.

-(Former) Occupation(s): Psychotherapist, Higher Truth Member

-Appearance: Gabriel wears slim green and yellow armor over his sweater with purple armrests on his arms, bark brown gloves, and grey leg armor over his plain pants. He holsters a short barrel revolving shotgun on his leg and a bow and a bag full of arrows on his back. Gabriel also wears a black visor along with a face mask of the same color and a green hood.

His familiar, or rather his life-force manifestation, Daifray (大フレイ Daifurei), appears as an intangible golden stag with white antlers, eyes, and markings, but if transferred to objects, it can transform into different kinds of animals. When fighting with his familiar, Gabriel switches his ranged weaponry to dual stun batons that release and leave behind streams of yellow energy.

-Powers and Abilities: Although Gabriel has limited use for his powers, he makes up for them with two ranged weapons: a revolving shotgun that redirects and homes the shotgun slugs towards intended targets, and a bow that shoots six types of arrows, including but not limited to electric, poison, sharp, blunt, ice, and fire, along with other equipment to aid him in his fights. This includes a semi-liquid multi-purpose tool that is made of adamantium, a face mask that emits a growling sound to measure heat signatures and sound waves, and a grappling hook which allows him to reach higher distances. Due to a special light plating underneath Gabriel’s armor, it can change into the color and texture of one or more surface or object he is touching, making himself almost invisible to the naked eye (being only seen as distortions of a human figure), requiring the use of radars, scanners, detectors, enhanced vision or rain (and other solids and liquids) to detect him. Using the various mechanisms inside his armor, Gabriel can jump higher and run faster than the average man, and has excellent grip, depth perception and strength.

As a psychic, a sub-species to humans, Gabriel has psychological powers which can fix and alter an individual’s mind and soul and control his life force. Using his familiar, Daifray, as a medium, he can give life to objects by transferring his life energy to them, transforming the objects into golden life energy before morphing into animals, insects, plants, fungi, bacteria, and other living beings. Harming created life form with malicious intent will result in the damage being reflected towards the attacker’s life force, weakening and incapacitating them, but this doesn’t apply to Daifray as normal attacks make it disappear. Because Daifray also acts as an extension to Gabriel’s powers, it can do things that Gabriel can’t do, such as healing wounds of others using its life force, leave behind vegetation or alterations to the environment, and granting an “extra life” to others through physical contact, bringing their consciousness out of their body and accelerating it into see things in slow motion, but with their body unable to follow what the consciousness is doing, giving Gabriel a chance in battle as attacking people affected by his powers might suffer from shock. When Gabriel uses his stun batons in battle, they are imbued with life energy, allowing him to perform distanced-based attacks combined with his agility to perform additional attacks. With the Emotion Gear, Gabriel can make himself calm to focus his aim, slowing his time perspective and generate a second consciousness to a person he attacks.

Et violà, how généreuse of me to view the performance of my dancing blade as parfaite!” - Martine Meunier

Martine Meunier/Rapide; Age: 29, Race: Human (with Xerdan genes), Height: 5'5", Weight: 125 lbs, Blood: B+ (Partially X+), Instinct: Point Zero, Overdrive: Determine II: LUST SIN

-Title: The Unreadable Stud-Breaking 1000-Cut Deliverance

-Other Information: Arcana: Fatalle (II The High Priestess), Family: Mother and father (both currently living in France), Talents: Fashion, sword-fighting, tips about romance, Habits: Smoking, lusting for/killing Rita (only when she becomes insane), Hobbies: Modeling, underwater diving (to study marine life), rejecting lovestruck people who want to date her, Favorite Food: The French cuisine, of course, including ratatouille, foie gras, lobster bisque, omelette du fromage, bouillabaisse, French onion soup, and most, if not, all of it added with a side of wine. However, she is very curious about the American menu as she had never experienced it before moving to Grimsborough and also likes trying other things coming from other countries like Jones, but doesn't act picky with her food and tries her best not to act like an "imbécile" when near other people.

-(Former) Occupation(s): Model, Marine Biology Student, “Xerda’s Descendant”

-Appearance: Martine keeps her usual wear along with her brown coat outside the precinct. She holds a silver and gold-decorated Xerdan sabre with a brown hilt and handle, which is called “Determine (決める Kimeru)”, along with several throwing knives and a extendable spear hidden inside her coat. Her pupils, moth tattoo and veins now glow a pure white when she becomes provoked or prepares for battle, but uses. Martine also has rope blades on her wrists, a club with retractable spikes on her hip, and black gloves with retractable claws along with two rapiers behind her back that manifest blades when unsheathed. Additionally, when attacking with her sword, she shouts, “AURE AURE AURE... AU REVOIR!”

Whenever Martine goes past her breaking point and activates her Instinct, her pupils dilate and widen as they become a deep red, her hairband falls off and is concealed under her jacket, and her nail polish, lipstick, blood vessels, beauty mark, and tattoo turn to the same color as her pupils. Whenever she uses her powers, the cold air and ice left behind appears as a bloody red color.

-Powers and Abilities: Thanks to the advanced Xerdan technology, Martine can use various weapons and gadgets that fits her type. Her Xerdan sword, Determine, acts as her primary weapon as it is very powerful enough to slice through stone and metal and is also a conductor and catalyst to her powers, her spear can be used as a pole and the throwing knives can used to incapacitate kill enemies far away. Much of her weaponry includes Martine’s rope blades that can be used to reach places and to drag enemies, her club as a powerful bat, her claws to scratch through anything and make Martine climb, and her rapiers for fast attacks, duels, and sneak attacks (supported by shooting the blades of her rapiers). Martine also has the ability to regenerate from the bits of her Xerdan blood that can last for 10 to 20 minutes or so (though her blood is still efficient enough to create a healing or antitoxin serum), compared to the mere seconds Xerdan have to heal, and other miscellaneous but useful gadgets which she can manifest for difficult situations she’s in and for other purposes. With the Agility Gear, Martine can use her weaponry effectively and do quick and agile movements that she can create afterimages. She can also create Xerdan symbols with a series of slashes and stabs through her sword to create a “finishing mark” on enemies, which fully destroys them, cuts them to thousands of pieces, bleeds them out, or freezes and shatters them to death depending on the severity of the attack, which is later kept after ROZETTA’s defeat.

As a sword fighter, Martine mainly relies on sharp, bladed weapons like her sword, rapiers, and knives and displays excellent speed and precision when using them in battle. Having trained her mind and body for years reaching perfection, Martine displays significant feats of speed in conjunction with her precision such as striking vital points of a mutated enemy, slicing through pillars to predict their path, cutting given evidence and corpses with sufficient delicacy, “dance-fight” while dodging and attacking, skewer multiple enemies on the right time, and generate perfect Xerdan symbols without practice. While Martine’s speed is on par with her fast allies, it is shown to have a limit way higher than the likes of them. It is unknown what her limit is, but Martine can push herself to increase her speed, becoming very fast enough to generate various afterimages and disappear in someone’s point of view, that not even enemies with powerful abilities can see her or those physically powerful than her can hope to win a fight. Through Point Zero (点零 Ten Rei), Martine can manipulate her speed to create illusions, anomalies, alterations, and traps that affect and damage her surroundings by accelerating motion, physics, and time, albeit trading her speed through her blade. While this doesn’t have a toll on Martine’s stamina, the speed enhancement acts as a double-edged sword as it sacrifices her durability or at least makes her more susceptible to ailments and physical attacks due to the air constantly moving away from her for this power, creating a vacuum-like field around Martine while it allows her to regenerate as the same speed as the Xerdans.

In cases when she becomes unconfident and feels that she is losing a fight, has her pride hurt, becomes more resentful and hostile to an enemy, or sees her friends get injured, or worse, killed, Martine’s temper breaks to the point she activates her darker side referred to as “Determine II: LUST SIN (決める 第二: LUST SIN(ラスト・シン) Kimeru Daini: Rasuto Shin)”, pushing her near her limits of her speed and always relying on her sabre to inflict quick and fatal attacks while converting her speed into red freezing ice. Compared and in contrast to Rita’s pyrokinesis, Martine’s ice powers are very dangerous and powerful enough to leave behind red trails and marks of ice crystals and the cold air through her sword that can freeze and erode life and can make unaware enemies move slower with her speed, allowing her to predict what will happen and make her move before her enemies do. Due to the speed that she gathers up, Martine often appears as a blur that will freeze anyone that touches her and develops a strong resistance to ice along with speeding up the particles of objects to make them hotter, furthering the contrast between her and Rita. In fact, Martine’s powers act as a direct counter to Rita’s and Blaze of Glory as not only her ice can extinguish their fire, but waves and forces of her speed are shown to burn out all kinds of fires with little to no damage to any affected objects. However, while giving her incredible power, much of her temper and sanity has been pushed to the point that it is beyond repair, making Martine irrationally insane, murderous, and beyond reasoning towards both friend and enemy despite her precise movements and attacks and further revealing a darker side that is retained in the blood. This insanity is very extreme that not even Gabriel can repair her mind, and any mental illness describing her is completely useless, although it is theorized and implied that either the sword is controlling her or she is undergoing a placebo effect, believing that she is becoming insane from Determine’s power. Like always, Martine becomes more fragile as she is as more faster, allowing friend or foe to defeat her by throwing a singular attack that knocks her out.

I still have no idea what an Wikipedia, an android, or a multi-chip is, but I’m not that kind of man I was once before, although I do always bring my tea set with me.” - Rupert Winchester

Rupert Gilligan Winchester/Bridges; Age: 61, Height: 6'1", Weight: 159 lbs, Blood: O+, Instinct: Switch Resort

-Title: The Pond-Drowning Tea-Bagged Tempered Bridge

-Other Information: Arcana: The Walker (XII The Hanged Man), Family: Keeps contact with cousin and nephew overseas and would visit them often, Talents: Making a good breakfast, tea tasting (thanks to his status as a Lab Chief), Habits: Is very unaware of modern times and would attempt to fit in, Hobbies: Reading novels (including visual ones online or in video games), British and sophisticated sports like cricket, rugby, and badminton, discussing with Amir about various things, Favorite Food: Doesn’t seem to have one, but would enjoy it with a cup of tea or crumpets to snack on. Like Martine, he likes the food that comes from his homeland and is very curious about the other foods he is presented with or eats. To form conversations, he would bring up a desert or kinds of tea from the UK and other countries with Amir, resulting in them making long remarks about contrasting topics and other subjects for them to argue about.

-(Former) Occupations(s): Oxford University Student, Lab Assistant, Lab Chief DreamLife Meteor Expert (in disguise), Spy, Vigilante

-Appearance: Rupert has drastically changed since his resurrection, not wearing any of his funeral clothes anymore and instead a olive green shirt under a leather black jacket and black pants with a brown belt and black shoes that he stole from a biker. His skin is slightly pale and dirty, his hair is disheveled, he has various damaged bones from the near-deterioration of his body, and he wears a pair of sunglasses along with a spiked choker from the same biker he stole. He also has some bullets in the pockets of his jacket and has a lever action rifle on his back along with a Tommy Gun and various other offensive weapons.

After ROZETTA’s defeat, Rupert reverts back to his original appearance during his tenure with the police and his body becomes fully healthy, but now has a black “T” emblem with his name in dark orange font emblazoned on the back of his lab coat and his glasses can switch its lens into black ones.

-Powers and Abilities: After being ressurected from the dead, Rupert now has the ability to become immune to all types of poison and is significantly difficult to fight due to his high speed and agility from the Berzelium radiation he was exposed to. However, as Rupert doesn’t have any offensive powers, he heavily relies on his weapons to fight. Forced to adapt in the streets, Rupert uses the surrounding environment and his enemies’ movement and behavior to perform seemingly underhanded tactics that will catch anyone off-guard. He uses a lever action rifle to shoot his enemies far from him along with a Thompson SMG for assault and to cover fire. He also has two iron balls that can connect to a garrote wire he can use to strangle and as a steel bludgeon for sneak attacks. Rupert also has an extendable blade hidden on his shoe and grenades holstered on his pants that he uses for surprise attacks. He later uses friction-powered gloves and boots with extendable tonfas and a large bubble wand that can shoot bubbles for more damage and extra range. With the Speed Gear, Rupert can go into bullet time and can freely attack enemies and become aware of their attacks.

Additionally, the combination of the Berzelium and lightning responsible for his revival makes Rupert endure attacks and damage to transfer it as physical energy that he releases through his weapons and attacks, although heavy-hitting attacks can still injure Rupert to the point of bruising or internal bleeding. While fluctuating between his weaknesses and strengths, Rupert’ reliance on weapons has become related to his powers, allowing him to use Switch Resort (スイッチ・リゾート Suitchi Rizōto), which greatly enhances his holstered weapons that he uses next for more damaging attacks and high reflexive speeds when he desires to use the seemingly perfect tools for battle.

Ritz Estevez/JRO Manhattan (formerly Iron Woman); Date of Creation: May 20, 2019 (32 in physical age), Race: Human Clone, Height: 5'5" (6'7" in armor), Weight: 155 lbs (over 500 lbs in armor), Blood: B+, Instinct: Manhattan Transfer

-Title: Similar Body, Different Smartass

-Other Information: Arcana: The Genius (XVI The Tower), Family: Rita Estevez (Creator, of course), alongside the same relatives as Rita, Talents: Creating a new original armor, making various modifications to anything she sees, Habits: Would explain ideas continuously on a interesting topic until she becomes bored or stumped, Hobbies: Buying stuff from the internet to make better ones, creating nuclear power out of disused and outdated electronics or trash, recklessly killing herself multiple times, Favorite Foods: Contrary to her creator, Ritz prefers the delicacy of a healthy diet and the future, which includes lab-grown meat, GMOs, insects, and algae. She doesn’t have any other opinions about the food Rita likes as she doesn’t see anything helpful for her diet, and would always go after anything green, fruity, or plain instead. Naturally, she cooks well, the only con being the lack of flavor she puts on her food.

-(Former) Occupation(s): Engineer, Inventor, Laboratory Caretaker

-Appearance: Ritz wears her usual wear whenever she’s outside and now has a communicator on her ear to talk to TGI, an AI that handles her house and armor. She also (formerly) has approximately 50 armors she can use depending on what situation she’s in. After her original and genetic clone, Rita, was revealed to be alive, Ritz removes the tattoos and heals the scars on her arms, shoulders, and neck and occasionally wears a name tag on her vest with her name, “Ritz E.”, written on it to differentiate herself from the Stand User, despite the obvious differences between them.

-Powers and Abilities: Initially, Ritz has control over 50 different armors, making her able to switch between any armor she wants. With the armor, she can use different types of powers such as fire, growth, flight, ice, chemical, electricity, mach flight, etc. Ritz can call for her armor using her phone with an app that helps her select the armor or simply calling TGI for help on her comm. With the Power Gear, the armor she’s wearing is enhanced and all of her armors are available to fight. In case she dies, Ritz has a cloning machine which can summon a clone with the same personality and all of her memories including her death, although she doesn’t mind. No matter how Ritz dies, she will always be cloned and sent to the place she died until a sample of herself disappears. However, each death makes Ritz dumber, immature, and occasionally irrational in attacks and as a clone, she is already moronic due to the cloning taking five months, but can be very cunning and slowly regain her intelligence overtime.

After getting rid of her look-alike’s armors to cheapen the excessively expensive electricity bill Rita was given for the entire year alongside granting extra breathing room for new ideas, Ritz now has access to a new armor made from sacrificed armor parts and an unused indestructible but dangerous nuclear core containing various chips that acts as a power source for the armor called the “JRO Manhattan”, which stands for Jenerating Reactor Operation: Manhattan (J・R・O(原子炉操作の生成):マンハッタン Genshiro Sōsa no Seisei: Manhattan). Hence its name, Manhattan has the ability to charge up large amounts of nuclear energy for destructive attacks and combative enhancements, the only trade-off being the sacrifice of Ritz’s mobility in combat. Its high mobility from a light but durable alloy gives Ritz the agility and speed to dodge missiles and energy projectiles and to keep up with fast opponents. By using the nuclear energy as a weapon, Rita can release it through her weapons as any kind such as bombs, energy beams, bullets, fire, gas, rockets, ice, orbs, spirals, blades, waves, missiles, and etc. Her armor also has a form called “Manhattan Transfer (マンハッタン・トランスファー Manhattan Toransufā)”, allowing to fire homing projectiles of slow, but slightly increasing speed that explodes on contact, but due to its unpredictability when using it and the form being an artificial Instinct, Manhattan is prone to go haywire and cause collateral damage that sometimes requires the work of Ritz to handle. Apparently, how the projectiles home onto their targets are determined by the air and winds they sense for reasons unknown, moving at the fastest or most mobile target and detecting the alterations by moving at higher speeds. The nuclear energy itself doesn’t seem to have any lasting harmful effects to the environment as its atoms don’t attack living beings when airborne, but it can still weaken and then slowly kill others on contact (which becomes fatal during extreme and prolonged exposures). The core on Manhattan’s chest acts as the primary weakness for Ritz, but due to its complex circuitry and alien-like armor, it is nearly impossible to attack, salvage, remove, or overload it unless enemies have the strength to attack the armor or if the nuclear energy is directed against Ritz, deactivating it. In cases where Ritz is cornered in a threatening situation, she initiates a self-destruct mode on her armor, giving her time to retreat while her armor attacks the threat by storing up as much nuclear energy as it can before creating a powerful explosion through the core, destroying only the armor. Afterwards, the core reactivates and returns back to Rita to recover the armor through the data it copied in its chamber.

-Rita’s Former Armors: Big Man (Can turn bigger and has super strength), Friction (Creates fires with super speed), Aviator (Flies and uses machine guns, bombs, and smoke), Scouter (Makes a map out of the current location and pinpoints everyone in the location), Ride Along (A very durable vehicle that reflects damage when hit), -274DC (Freezes anything it touches, enough to put it below absolute zero), Minutemen (Creates drones with missiles, multiplying every 3 minutes), Chemeous (Shoots out different types of chemicals), Metal Head (Turns into a immobile turret that shreds through anything), High Diver (Intangible to any surface it enters), Ninja’s Artwork (Uses the blades on its armor to whip and slash effortlessly and also camouflages itself), Fight Art (Initiates powerful punches and kicks), Playboy (Blinds people with subliminal messages), Nitro Round (Uses fingers as powerful guns and transforms into a motorcycle), LITESHOW (Activates all pain receptors on victims if music is played), Rubbery Water (Stretches it body into any shape or size), 44 Mirrors (Creates realistic illusions of itself or anything), CODE RED (Launches a mini nuke after the siren beeps), Round and Round (Spins itself and bounces like a ball), Long Story (Temporarily drains life energy of others with speech, gaining some of their memories and actions), Smoke to Dust (Emits a cloud of fog that it can travel quickly in with a sword), XXX (Offers free alcohol of any type and disorients enemies with a punch), Instinct (Enhances all senses and agility and heals any wound in seconds), Acts of Sound (Records, rewinds, replays, muffles and emits any sound, fooling or powerful), The Anti-Way (Removes gravity and electronics at a certain area), Safe Ride (Flies while using its blades and flares), Watch Your Back (Generates a force field while using it as a offensive weapon), Altitude (Flexible and agile; can create wind-like currents if at high altitudes), Zipline (Instantly dashes to a selected surface or area leaving electricity behind), Iron Woman (Shoots out beams of energy and mini-missiles while flying), Carbonized (Blows out a freezing metal that explodes when ignited), Golden Shower (Makes a rain of golden hail that can crack people’s skulls, break stone, and dent metal), Beyond the Brick (Controls a countless number of blocks to create multiple things), Skyscaper (Hovers through walls and glides in the sky), Loop de Loop (Create fast teleporting vortexes by spinning in a circle), I Spy (Creates a photograph of a all around view with every detail described), Stringless (Launches strings that paralyze or mind control one or more person), Saftey Off (Drills and hammers through the ground), #13 (Stops and shorts out projectiles and fires several spikes), Mach 7 (Flies at very high speeds), Endless (Puts a time frame in a endless loop to gain power and damage), Taste the Rainbow (Creates rainbows that causes random effects on enemies), Quantum Shatter (Breaks reality using glass or other reflective surfaces), Bondis (Magnetizes objects and people, attracting them to each other and making a magnetic ball), Protobreaker (A unstoppable mech that smashes everything in its way), Cellular Level (Temporarily ages the cells of people by drilling into them, but old people are immune to it), Excalibur (Armed with both a powerful sword and blaster), Leap Frog (Jumps very high and far, enough to go over a city), Titan’s Enemy (A nanotech suit that can change into weapons, tools, and gadgets of any kind), The Believer (The armor used for the most toughest situations; it has cooldown alien technology that no one can handle or overpower)

Being the chief is tough for a youngster like me. I’ve been through a one-way ticket to hell to experience this pain, but now, I always know when Rupert smiles for me.” - Amir Devani

Amir Devani (अमीर देवानी)/Envision; Age: 25, Height: 5'8", Weight: 133 lbs, Blood: A-, Instinct: Out of Sync

-Title: The Pitiable Understudied Default Successor

-Other Information: Arcana: Key (VI The Lovers), Family: Mother, Jasper Everett (husband), Talents: Science experiments vía generator, knowledge of modern culture of the year, Habits: Scratches his head out of stress, Hobbies: Watching drama shows (like the Y-Files), going to the gym, drumming, Favorite Foods: Wheat-related foods, especially corn and rice, even when it’s cooked. He strives to maintain a healthy diet to ensure that he doesn’t get a disease or become obese, but he has a fixation on the latest food trend and never misses on it.

-(Former) Occupation(s): Lab Assistant (promoted)

-Appearance: Amir wears a green and yellow skintight shirt with a yellow diamond symbol and a red headband with the Solar gem on it. He also wears a red cape, green and purple skintight pants, and red gloves and yellow sneakers.

-Powers and Abilities: Amir himself is not as powerful like his comrades, but through the Solar Gem, the cousin of the Berzelium meteorite, Amir has the power to change and control his own density and the solar energy absorbed by the Gem. If his density were to be low, Amir would freely phase through objects, quicken his attacks, and levitate at will, and if he were to make his density high, he becomes invulnerable to various attacks, performs slow but heavy attacks, and increase his falling speed to crash down, creating powerful shockwaves. Using his powers, Amir often fights by increasing the density of his attacking limbs, constantly shift his density to both evade and attack, and phasing through a person or object before damaging them and ripping them open by increasing a part of his intangible body and aiming for the opponent’s head to send out solar transmissions that can lock them out of the full potential of their powers. He can also blast a beam of solar energy from the gem he’s wearing, which can reflect off of reflective objects (like blood or a photo) and burn fragile or light objects, though it can constantly drain the Solar Gem if used for too long. When exposed to the sun for long periods of time, Amir’s powers steadily increase, thus releasing more complex and powerful beams of energy and controlling his density simultaneously, thus becoming unpredictable in fights. The sun also can revitalize Amir’s health when he’s heavily injured or on the verge of death and keep himself from being tired when fighting enemies for hours, but it can weaken his powers greatly as while he believes he is not tired, it is only his mind that thinks of it, not his physical body. However, electronic sources like a generator can power up Amir, which can grant him temporary boosts that can make him very stronger against enemies, but with high risks of his powers going out of control. With the Intelligence Gear, Amir can control the density of other objects and people too, making them either float helplessly in the air or send them to the ground, temporarily incapacitating them.

As an extension to his density, Amir can use his Instinct, Out of Sync (アウト・オブ・シンク Auto Obu Shinku), to manipulate his own gravity, which allows him to ignore ROZETTA’s New Moon’s abilities, make objects become light or heavy (which requires physical contact on said object), and levitate continuously without even using his powers. Combining his density, Amir can combine it to lethal effect by directly hitting a surface, object, or person, which can result in a component or part of them being affected and crumbling into multiple pieces due to the destructive force of its power, resulting in a trap of spikes, a slowly destructive gravitational force crushing anyone near it, a ball of floating condensed energy, exploding shrapnel and debris, and physical-mental disruption (which even extends to complex beings including sentient machinery and aliens). However, due to the immense amount of energy the Instinct uses, it renders Amir unavailable to use his powers besides his Solar Gem for minutes.

Rule number one: never go anywhere without your trusted frying pan! And rule number two: your responsibility is your power!” - Eduardo Ramirez

Eduardo Ramirez/Spider-Fan; Age: 47, Race: Human Mutate, Height: 5'2", Weight: 135 lbs, Blood: AB+, Instinct: Amazingly Spectacular

-Title: The Citywide Cameo-Slinging Frying Pan

-Other Information: Arcana: The Spider (XIV Temperance), Family: Luna Ramirez (wife), Arturo Ramirez (son), Alfonso Ramirez (son), Pelo Ramirez (son), Havana Ramirez (sister), Percy Ramirez (nephew), Talents: Becoming the new Spider-Man, helping others with mysteries, Habits: Would comically bring out unnecessary and weird objects in situations, Hobbies: Preparing himself with a frying pan, being the comic relief, create various disguises, Favorite Food: CLASSIFIED. ACCESS DENIED TO THE PUBLIC INVOLVING HIGH-LEVEL THREAT. REPEATED INSISTENCE TO THIS SUBJECT WILL RESULT IN PUNISHMENT FOR THE NEXT FIVE SECONDS. (Ramirez: Oops, I guess “Extreme Protection Mode” has been activated. Sorry...)

-(Former) Occupation(s): Private Detective, Field Officer, Local Superhero (as Spider-Man)

-Appearance: Ramirez wears a red and blue Spider-Man suit (built by Alex and Rita) with black web-like patterns and a white Spider-Man symbol while keeping his trench coat and fedora alongside red and white soles. He also keeps a frying pan hidden inside his trench coat and sports web shooters on his wrists. He uses various modes and types for his web shooters and gadgets and his mask to analyze his current location and surroundings and the condition of his suit.

Later on, Ramirez’s suit takes on a much more defined armored-plated look with silver lenses and his Spider-Man symbol now has glowing interchangeable colors (white, blue, green, yellow, and red) depending on his condition and whichever gadgets and powers he uses in combat. When activating his instinct, the patterns of his suit change into a sleeker futuristic-like look, with the black web pattern and white soles disappearing, and the symbol and lenses turn into a bright glowing cyan.

-Powers and Abilities: Much like Spider-Man, Ramirez possesses the altered physiology and powers of a spider thanks to a genetically mutated spider he was bitten by, and also like Spider-Man, relies on man-made technology to help him in not only covering his identity and fighting crime, but to replicate the abilities of Spider-Man when he’s with the Crusaders or on sole missions.

In addition to gaining the ability to effortlessly cling to walls and a sixth sense (“spider-sense”) that alerts him to immediate danger, Ramirez acquired considerable superhuman strength, thereby enabling him to accomplish spectacular feats using his raw strength, such as lifting a portion of concrete roof to save civilians trapped underneath, holding back the leg of a giant robot, throwing various cargo at flying enemies, and single-handedly punching a mutated being several yards away. Ramirez’s anatomy is significantly more resilient and durable compared to a normal human, allowing him to withstand vigorous amounts of impact and endure collisions that would otherwise pulverize an average human. His speed, agility, balance, and bodily coordination are all enhanced to high levels beyond the peak of human potential, with his connective tissues twice as elastic than the average human, which, combined with his great strength, allows him to jump great distances and heights and perform graceful acrobatic maneuvers with no difficulty whatsoever. However, his greatest weaknesses are his lack of experience as a superhero and his clumsiness in serious and pressurizing situations, despite the fact that his ineptitude has very little to do with the team’s failures. His status as comic relief often results in him being the victim of comical accidents and minor disasters usually when he is exploring the city or just showing off.

Using his web shooters, Ramirez can swing through buildings, capture enemies by tying them up or webbing them, seal wounds, and create protective layers to lessen physical stress and to absorb damage. He also uses a multitude of web gadgets in his display thanks to Alex’s technological genius, which includes Electric Webs, Impact Webs, Web Bombs, Trip Mines, Spider-Drones for reconnaissance and minor aerial combat, Concussive Blasts, and the Suspension Matrix. He also has a frying pan to use as a last resort as it is powerful enough to send enemies flying or to knock them out in an instant. With the Agility Gear, Ramirez has manipulate over his webs by thought and movements and uses his flexible body to create connected attacks against his enemies.

Unlike most of his allies, Ramirez utilizes an Artificial Instinct from his suit that activates when he says the trigger words, “Amazingly Spectacular (すごいがSpectacular(スペクタキュラー)だよ! Sugoi ga Supekutakyurā dayo!)”, which enhances his speed and agility and allows him to perform faster sprints and quickly knock down enemies and perform forceful blows by using his momentum as a weapon.

I guess you’ve realized too late... I, Jasper Everett, hereby declare you as the evil one! The one who loses is evil, and the evil who loses will never gain revenge, and ever deserve to rise again!” - Jasper Everett

Jasper Everett/Noble Hierophant; Age: 26, Height: 6'0", Weight: 150 lbs, Blood: A+, Instinct: Fearless Endeavor

-Title: Grimsborough's Scarlet Wizard of Odd

-Other Information: Arcana: The Wizard (V The Hierophant), Family: Parents, Amir Devani (husband), Talents: Predicting movements of everyday meteors and asteroids, helping out the Grimsborough Police Department, Habits: sneaking into others’ houses for no apparent reason, Hobbies: Exploring the unknown, meditating, drawing people, Favorite Foods: The kind that people would follow these days (such as instant foods and sweets), expect for greasy and sticky foods as they would always make a mess whether it is at home or at work. He also goes to restaurants to try different kinds of foods of his liking, and would bring his friends here to eat with them.

-Appearance: Jasper wears a long scarlet overcoat and a light transparent pink jacket buttoned to the left side over a black cardigan with a red ruby outline on it. He has two brown satchels that he carries over his shoulder. He also wears gray pants and shoes. When he uses Fearless Endeavor (大胆不敵 努力(フィアレス・エンデバー) Fiaresu Endebā), Jasper sports a much cooler and confidant demeanor and puts on a pair of dark sunglasses.

-(Former) Occupations(s): Michigan State University Student, S.A.R.A. Intern, Astrophysicist, Geologist, Grimsborough University Substitute Teacher

-Powers and Abilities: Jasper has high control over both magic and psionic energy, which helps him go on par with magical enemies and attack in long ranges. Using his powers, he can create hex bolts that results in unlucky and chaotic curses and psionic projections that can rip multiple Chariot Sentries apart. He can also teleport, use telekinesis to make himself float mid-air, control any object he sees, and tear apart anything that stands in his path, read the minds of others or communicate with them, instill fear of victims by exploiting their memories and feelings or force them to sleep, create impenetrable barriers and force fields, and maintain a mental connection with his boyfriend (later husband), Amir. With the Emotion Gear, Jasper can fully manipulate the emotions and mental state of his enemies by making them act like a baby, an old man, an psychiatric patient, or a animal.

In special cases, Jasper can also use and combine both his powers to create special abilities, most notably Ruby Burst, which is released as a volley of concentrated energy in the form of rubies moving at a seemingly unlimited range that are powerful enough to tear apart a super-powered being, though it can still be deflected, blocked, dodged, and reflected by other powerful beings, Scarlet Cutter, which is summoned as a red blade that cuts through everything, Vermilion Whip, which can be used for grappling great distances, saving others from falling, or reaching towards various objects, Crimson Warp, which creates portals that leads to different dimensions or locations, Fraction Maroon, which appears a multitude of deadly bouncing balls that only gives out a fraction of damage than expected and is only used for distractions, Construct Carmine, blood-like copies that infinitely spawn from nests of the ability and grow stronger depending on the duration of the nest, Thinner Wine, rendering Jasper intangible to enemies like a body of blood with the cost of his spiritual energy, Accursed Nobles of Desire, which is a giant field that corrupts and brainwashes crowds of people into following Jasper’s orders, and Noble Red Hex Barrier, which protects Jasper with various threads over a 100 meter range while shooting out multiple rubies in response to attacks. This special combination even changes Jasper’s body structure, allowing him separate and transform into multiple tendrils, enter the bodies of enemies to control them like a marionette and tear their insides apart, become intangible to and evade attacks, and create deadly and fatal traps for unsuspecting enemies to step in.

However, if some his plans don’t end well for him, Jasper will seemingly go under a psychological defense mechanism called Fearless Endeavor, which boosts his confidence to an extreme level to the point of restricting his emotions, including his worries and fears, physical and mental pain, and deliberately ignoring others in favor of creating plans. Additionally, for the same reasons as before, Jasper is highly resistant to attacks and deadly ailments that normal people can’t survive or endure from, and he utilizes his special abilities more often without fatigue for hours or more, making it more than a hassle, but a threatening combatant that uses distance as a method of combat.

The Tech God’s back, dudes! With a 101% rechargeable battery and these gifted gadgets, I’m ready to jump forward! But first, I gotta see if Sammy’s okay, and if there’s something missing too!” - Alex Turner

Alex Turner/Insider; Age: 30, Race: Mutant, Height: 5'7", Weight: 145 lbs, Blood: O-, Instinct: Droney

-Title: The Hair-Triggering Part-Time Stay-at-Home God of Tech

-Other Information: Arcana: The Creator (IV The Emperor), Family: Uncle, Mother and Father, Cathy Turner (wife), Sammy Turner (son), Talents: Created his own computer at high school, can deduce the diagram of any electronic, Habits: Unnecessary and abnormal hand movements when using an electronic, Hobbies: Testing his creations and inventions, upgrading a weapon or item for significant use, collecting superhero and fictional merchandise, Favorite Food: Sandwiches, especially ones with grilled cheese and ham and the BLT kind, but not ones with weird combinations that make it taste horrendously awful. He would often cook them with a pan, toaster, or microwave as he believes it is the best way to make a good sandwich. As his time at home would bore him, he would go out to buy instant foods for himself.

-(Former) Occupation(s): Stay-at-Home Dad, Tech Expert

-Appearance: Alex wears a blue visor and a silver, white, and red shirt with a white and red jetpack with wings and jet gray pants with dark green pocket bags and light blue sneakers. He wears two crimson fingerless gloves that extend to his elbows and has two silver pistols holstered on his chest. After ROZETTA’s defeat, Alex has now shaved his facial hair, but it grows inexplicably at various and inappropriate times, making it an occasional running gag whenever Alex tries to shave again.

-Powers and Abilities: Using his technological genius combined with his own natural powers, Alex acts as a direct counter to the enemies he gains knowledge from to win his battles. He can fly with his winged jetpack to move faster and soar to the skies and to improve his high-speed reflexes when doing so, and utilizes two fast-firing pistols that trades accuracy for much wider attacks and flanking enemies, but turns projectiles into visible speed buffs shielded from enemies. For close encounters and critical strikes, Alex uses an energy sword that can deflect lightsabers along with an lightweight electric bō staff of similar durability that used to be Dorothy’s until Alex destroyed and later rebuilt it during Cathy’s fight against the new Ad Astra. Using his former tech skills back in his tenure with the GPD, Alex can create, fix, or modify kinds of technology to make it effective against any problem he has. With the Speed Gear, Alex can fly fast enough to scale through urban areas, allowing him to plan nearly-reckless assaults to enemies. He also gains the Power Gear after Grace ditches it, improvising his weapons into better ones. With both the Power Gear and the Speed Gear, Alex has access to Double Gear, making him a formidable opponent against stronger and faster enemies. Droney (ドローン君 Dorōn-kun), Alex’s companion, is designed to be as not only as a partner and support for Alex and company, but is a useful scout and trickster when it comes to attacking from afar, using a recording camera, realistic but intangible holographic projections, stun tasers, heat bombs (ones that activate all pain receptors on the human body until the victim passes out or dies from the shock), laser turrets, communication screen, etc. to be more further use to the team. Alex claims that he has plans of reaching a total of 183 gadgets for Droney, which means making him six times bigger than before as Droney himself contains 30 gadgets inside, possibly having the chance of becoming a sentient, but rogue robot that can switch between humanoid and drone form (which Alex fortunately and unfortunately did for several days on April).

As a mutant, Alex has auxiliary joints inside his body and frictionless rubbery skin to make it extremely flexible and agile enough to escape handcuffs and to quickly pick a lock without trouble. His joints are also fast enough to move through the effects of time manipulation such as ROZETTA’s time stop. For some reason, possibly for being a mutant, Alex grows facial hair at various rates and doesn’t seem to provide anything useful for Alex or anyone else.

Being a hero reminded me of something. Not just the comics, but of how I was seen as and this permanent change. However, I see it now: I’m like them, I will protect this world no matter what!” - Dr. Grace Delaney

Dr. Grace Delaney/Infamous G; Age: 38, Race: Conduit, Height: 5'3", Weight: 138 lbs, Blood: A-, Instinct: MacGrath Phenomena

-Title: The Wondrous Spotlight-Stealing Lightning Posterwoman

-Other Information: Arcana: The Conduit (III The Empress), Family: Mother (lives overseas), Talents: Proving that cells can regenerate in the Arctic (albeit as a conduit), soothing various animals and distressed children, Habits: Swings around a butterfly knife with one hand, cutting herself in the process, Hobbies: Doing minor experiments, babysitting, speed fighting (especially at arcade games), Favorite Foods: Anything that is a vegetable and fruit or clears her mind like coffee, tea, seltzer water, or peppermint. As a Conduit, she doesn’t have to eat or drink for long periods of time as she can use the energy she absorbs as biological fuel, but as she is still human inside, her body needs to absorb the nutrients for sustenance. Had Grace go into battle absorbing energy without any nourishment at all, her body will be slowly drained and won’t be able to process the enhancements Grace will have.

-(Former) Occupation(s): GPD Lab Chief, Bureau Coroner, Physician of the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station, Cell Researcher, Scientist

-Appearance: Grace wears a yellow shirt with black sleeves and blue and pink stripes and greenish-brown pants and gray sneakers. Her red hair now has white highlights and she has a gray strap that holds her amp. Her hands are often seen with lightning along with ice crystals on her right hand and pink flames on her left hand. When throwing out a barrage of punches, Grace shouts, “DORARARA!!!”

When charged, Grace’s hair is raised upwards and she emits a lightning white and yellow glow around her body.

-Powers and Abilities: Due to being struck by a purple lightning, Grace has high control over electricity, electromagnetism, ice, and fire, making her a Conduit. She combines her fighting skills with her powers and has more abilities such as turning into electrical energy to travel through wires, trapping and impaling enemies in ice, lobbing a fire grenade at a certain area, affect a wide array of nearby metals with electromagnetism, initiate a barrage of lightning-infused strikes, etc. However, Grace has to commonly rely on a power source to make her powers last longer, but enemies with high energy levels can be opportunity for her to quick absorb it. Grace is also skilled in parkour, able to catch up to her targets and enhance it with her powers. Grace can also regenerate her wounds and others’ wounds using her cells, which are transmitted through her powers, and restore destroyed or altered objects by using her electricity to put the pieces back or change them back into what it was before. She can transfer some of her powers to her friends and fly in great heights. Additionally, Grace has superhuman durability, which makes of great use if combined with her regeneration. With the Power Gear, which acts as a limiter, Grace becomes a near-invincible being made out of light and electricity that can fight through countless enemies and destroy everything in its path. However, by unlocking MacGrath Phenomena (マクグラス現象 MakuGurasu Genshō), letting Grace transform into a destructive electric being spawning infinite amounts of elemental energy, with a deepening cost of her lifespan when it ends. In this form, Grace’s elemental powers become much stronger than before with no, even controlling the weather to create lightning storms and hurricanes and manipulating the atmosphere to weaponize and combine gases for further lethal and poisonous attacks.

Grace can also absorb the powers of other Conduits, although they have to be from a natural Conduit in order to have access to it. Grace must also use sources of the powers she now has in order to keep them functioning from time to time. As Grace has recently gotten the absorbed powers, she is limited to a few abilities with them, but can either develop her powers for long time or use Core Relays, which came from an unknown future via a time portal, to gain new abilities.

*sighs* Good grief, it’s the same as always... No need to be all so jumpy, I’ll take it from here.” - David Jones

David Jeremiah "JoJo" Jones; Age: 39, Height: 5'8"/5'10", Weight: 165 lbs/181 lbs, Blood: O+, Instinct: King Platinum: The World

-Title: The Ever Desserted Officer with Fists of Platinum

-Other Information: Arcana: Star Platinum (XVII The Star), Family: Has a large family, but lives alone (used to live with his ex-wife, Charlotte), Talents: Eating 10 dozen donuts in under five minutes, lock picked through every lock he could find, sharp accuracy when shooting, Habits: tactless behavior, getting distracted by goofing around, Hobbies: Walking with Astrid and talking to others, fishing, cosplaying (is especially good at cross dressing, but hates talking about it), Favorite Food: Cookies, pies, donuts, cupcakes, cakes, butterscotch, hot dogs, pizzas, burgers, fries, fried fish, and any other things he could name. He usually has a very large appetite and would always go after the latest one on stock or one that is labeled “limited edition”. He also likes exquisite and sophisticated food, but would often eat it as quick as possibly without even tasting it first.

-(Former) Occupation(s): Junior Officer, Restaurant Employee, Boy Scout, Inspector, Stand User

-Appearance: Jones ditches his brown jacket and wears a black overcoat with a golden chain and buttons of the same color. He also wears two purple and green belts, white pants and aqua blue shoes. He later wears a purple hat with a green star and a golden palm and his shirt now has a purple star with several black and white katakana that say “ORA”.

After ROZETTA’s defeat, he now wears his regular uniform like he did during the events of The Conspiracy, but he is a bit taller and now wears a white extension to his jacket, making it more like of a trench coat, and a black cap that reads “JOJO”. He keeps the two belts and a memorable photo consisting of the original team taken in 2013 inside the pockets of his shirt.

ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA!!!” - King Platinum

-King Platinum’s Appearance: King Platinum (キング・プラチナ Kingu Purachina) is a Stand created from Chief Samuel King’s soul when he became a manifestation of Jones’ fighting spirit after his near-death experience after Zoe’s death, although it is assumed that Jones first had the Stand when he was born. King Platinum of the manifestation of Jones’ courage, violence, morals, hope, and willingness to stop at nothing standing in his way. When Jones first had this Stand, it was a small purple spark that wanders aimlessly and later turns into a purple featureless humanoid figure. When fully revealed, King Platinum resembles a tall, well-built man of similar proportions to Chief King, if not more muscular with a purple and platinum face and body. He has long, flowing black hair with a darker shade above its eyes and on the front plane of its nose, blurring the distinction between his hair and head. The spaces under his eyes and on his cheeks and chin are a darker color and divided clearly from the space around its nose and mouth. He wears a dark purple cap on its chin, and a metallic gold headband in three pieces, the central green piece of which is shaped as a vertical ellipse. A wavy line runs from each arm to the front of its torso, continuing down its legs. He has a minimal range of clothing and armor, including a short, red circular scarf, gold shoulder pads with a white spiral design, long black gloves with gold studs on the back, white knee and elbow guards, a loincloth of the same color, and black knee-length boots. He can also transform into Samuel King.

After ROZETTA’s death, King Platinum now has cyan shading all over the dark purple parts of his body and his clothing turns white. He also has two gold clocks embedded on his gloves that are raised to the elbows, referencing the late antagonist’s Stand, and a hidden inscription of “The World” tarot card on his chest, which glows gold when time is stopped.

-King Platinum’s Personality: Jones has described Star Platinum as very violent. It is silent, except when it throws punches, during which it cries “ORA ORA ORA..!” loudly and repeatedly. With a relatively human face, it may scowl and smile. Initially, King Platinum has no personality to speak of and acts by instinct and self-preservation, even attacking close friends of Jones like Cathy to prevent her from reaching its user and sporting a wide, disconcerting and very malicious grin, but later gains Jones’s stoic visage, with its future smiles only serving to warn the person the smile is aimed at great, imminent pain. After Jones is taken out of the hospital, King Platinum later becomes obedient to its master and occasionally follows his commands, mainly attacking an enemy.

Samuel then starts taking control of King Platinum, making him fully sentient and retaining the authoritative but passive traits he used to have when he was alive, but has softened a bit from his involvement with the Crimson Order and always acts on his master’s orders, but he can do things on his own if he wants to.

-Powers and Abilities: King Platinum is a very fast and powerful Stand that can deliver a barrage of fast and precise punches that no one can outmatch despite having a fighting range of 2 meters. Although King Platinum commonly attacks to either knock out the antagonist painfully or to send them flying into places unknown, the full extent of its powers are shown when Jones gets pissed and if King Platinum is way close to Jones, which is enough to fatally injure or kill a superpowered being. It is very precise and has eagle-like eyesight, being able to react and catch a bullet quickly and see several passengers inside a plane far from the sky. It also has an interest for self-preservation, nearly saving Jones’ life several times from danger even if the user is unaware of it. Another ability, “King Finger”, extends two fingers to perform surprise attacks and launch projectiles against enemies, but an enhanced ability, “Shooting Star”, extends King Platinum’s fist to reach out to enemies, although the frequency of these abilities decrease as the intensity of battles increases. King Platinum can even extend both his arm and fingers, but doing it can cause Jones to have bad cramps that may lead to internal bleeding and exhaustion due to him concentrating his Stand energy on a certain body part. Jones also has more abilities and techniques like “Platinum Rifle” and “Star Spark” that are powerful, but they can drain him of his stamina if he uses them for too long. As Jones relies on King Platinum to fight, he rarely fights hand-to-hand besides using his handgun in case an opponent is far from his Stand’s range. However, if he’s provoked to unreasonable amounts of aggression, Jones fights and beats up his enemies in a violent fashion without using his Stand (including others who are on a higher level than him), which includes constant heavy pistol-whips that can be crippling for seconds, headbutts with enough force to cause a concussion, grabs that target the eye, throat, or skin for agonizing pain, jabs that directed towards the sensitive parts of the body, and bone-breaking punches and stomps that deliver the same pain as King Platinum’s fists. Due to his unorthodox and unethical methods towards his enemies and compared to other officers who grab and tackle down suspects to cuff them, Jones’ fighting style is considered by others to be brutal, confusing, and atrocious, yet deviates from other fighting styles and gives Jones a slight advantage whenever his opponents stagger or unintentionally leave themselves in the open.

During his battle with ROZETTA, Jones is shown to slowly develop some of his archenemy’s abilities such as ROZETTA’s five-second time stop as KP and EH are the same type of Stand (per Jones himself), only being able to move two seconds in stopped time. Compared to ROZETTA’s intimidating traps and various means to slaughter her enemies, Jones uses King Platinum in a defensive position, such as keeping the knives away from anyone and himself or to strike ROZETTA if needed when close to her. After ROZETTA drains Denise’s corpse of her blood, steals Jones’ brother’s heart and implants the Meteor Gear inside of her body to power up Eyes of Heaven, King Platinum is now named King Platinum: The World (キング・プラチナ ザ・ワールド Kingu Purachina Za Wārudo), now gaining the ability to stop time for 5 to 9 seconds, separating and assembling objects with his fists, awareness and prediction of enemy movement, and becoming immune to some of ROZETTA’s powers. Jones now rivals his archenemy but is still undermined by the ever-increasing power of ROZETTA’s Meteor Gear and later the awakened Eyes of Heaven, which is infinitely faster than the entire team and completely counters King Platinum’s time stop constantly.

However, after absorbing hundreds of souls of the Aloki Indians and the victims murdered directly and/or indirectly by The Crimson Order, ROZETTA, DreamLife, Ad Astra, Denise Daniels and other allies collaborating with them, Jones’ Stand is now named King Platinum: End of the World, who possesses ROZETTA’s current ever-increasing time stop limit and the same power as her, being the same type of Stand as Eyes of Heaven that Jones mentioned about. Compared of Eyes of Heaven’s use of light beams as projectiles, King Platinum can also use its fists to launch purple fiery projectiles that can go over 100 meters. Upon the end of the time stop, Japanese words can be heard, Sono Chi No Kioku. These are actually trigger words that dramatically increases King Platinum: End of the World’s speed and power to over multiple times more than light, enough to destroy ROZETTA even if she uses Eyes of Heaven against Jones. Aside from all of the powers King Platinum: End of the World has, it’s ultimate power is to resurrect everyone killed by ROZETTA’s plans with its fists and release the remaining souls to the afterlife that have died long ago or wanting to live free with the exception of Samuel’s soul as it is the manifestation of Jones’ fighting spirit. Using it strips Jones of all of his new powers he gained during his fight with ROZETTA, but he still keeps his Stand and its original abilities.

After ROZETTA’s death, Jones has unlocked a few abilities that enhance his Stand’s overwhelming power and can use King Platinum: The World at any time. When stopping time, Jones can use his Stand’s enhanced strength to easily defeat enemies without trouble, go after them in short distances, dodge or push away incoming projectiles, grab people and throw them away, and perform surprise occurrences to anyone. King Platinum also makes Jones levitate in the air for brief periods of time, and is shown to do almost the same thing when punching opponents, temporarily giving them awareness of the time sto before stopping while they’re actually going to fall at normal speeds when the ability. His striking range has also increased to five meters, which gives Jones a chance to reach his target right away without further interruptions. King Platinum can make the time stop longer if he has to, although it can put a strain on Jones’s body the longer he uses it, and could forcibly cancel it if Jones becomes severely injured.

We’ve solved the conspiracy before, and now... we’re going to protect this city.” - Secret Agent Rook

Secret Agent Jeffery Rook/SCAR; Age: 27, Height: 5'9", Weight: 167 lbs, Blood: O+, Instinct: Synchronizer

-Title: He Who Will Silence Their *Self-Insert Trump Card*

-Other Information: Arcana: Leader (0 The Fool), Family: Unknown (prefers not to tell), Talents: Solving murders, planning and winning battles, being the leader, Habits: Twirls his weapon rods around, loiters around an area picking up unnecessary junk, Hobbies: Solving puzzles and riddles, interacting with friends, cleaning and handling his equipment, Favorite Food: Nothing in particular. He wouldn’t care less about what kind he’s eating or what does it taste like, but would savor the flavor if he wants to give himself the satisfaction. His moments of eating are usually due to his friends suggesting to go somewhere else to eat or being gifted with food by others. Whenever he comes home from work exhausted, he would always eat from the fridge or grab a snack and/or instant meals to compensate, despite being a decent cook at times. In case his supply is empty, he would spend the whole night buying large amounts of food in stores and markets, burning large amounts of money that are either given by people or simply stolen by criminals.

-Appearance: Rook’s appearance is truly unknown due to his common habit of switching clothes depending on his choice, besides his physical appearance. One thing that stands him out are a belt of nine different colored rods (initially four) called Gunrods (ジュウロッド Jūroddo) that can transform into guns; his pistol is the orange rod, his shotgun is the red rod, his sniper rifle is the yellow rod, his assault rifle is the indigo rod, his grenade launcher is the green rod, his bow is the pink rod, his machine gun is the cyan rod, his directed-energy weapon is the purple rod, and his transforming staff (his main weapon, which often becomes a sword) is a steel blue rod referred to as StealBlue (スティールブルー SutīruBurū). Commonly, Rook wears a steel blue shirt that he wore back five years ago, a black police jacket with a gold name tag and three police badges from his tenure of the previous two LEAs on the left side along with multiple rank badges on the right side, black pants, and gray and red sneakers. His distinct physical appearance is his nearly outgrown neck-length dark brown hair, with his bangs nearly covering his eyes and being swept to both sides, steel gray eyes, slightly pale skin despite being healthy for unknown and very complicated reasons, and acne scars all across his face. He also has glowing blue stream coming all across his body, which is derived from an unknown power called Synchronizer (シンクロナイザー Shinkuronaizā), the source of his powers.

Due to his appearance, some of his allies would comment or make fun of his mundane features openly or behind his back, being referred to as “Darth Edgelord”, “Pizza Ghost”, “Broken Speaker”, or “SCAR” (while used as a codename, there is actually another reason why Rook is called that way). By designer’s choice, this is supposed to have Rook, the protagonist, stand out from other heroes in different stories as not all of them are supposed to be perfect in everything, including in appearance and personality.

-Power and Abilities: While lacking in terms of strength compared to his comrades, Rook is armed with set of weapons called Gunrods that morph into four different weapons: a pistol, shotgun, assault rifle, and sniper rifle. His pistol can switch into a semi-auto/SMG/magnum mode, his recoiless shotgun can hold any type of shotgun shell, his heavily modified assault rifle can hold various gun modifications and accesories which includes a drone launcher, a CornerShot, a targeting scope, a dual bayonet holder, and a ammo copier, and his multi-sight sniper rifle can switch into night vision, x-ray, infrared, etc. He also uses different types of examination of forensics as his powers as well his offensive and tactical techniques due to his talent of solving various cases. With the Power Gear, the player’s guns have more power to tear through crystals and metal instantly without the need to waste more bullets and his forsenic powers have increased.

Later on, Rook obtains four more weapons that grants much more in his arsenal (a bow, machine gun, grenade launcher, and directed-energy weapon), which changes his combat style from his powers from examinations using his forensic kit into a reliance on various weapons at his disposal. His bow can shoot ricocheting arrows that bounces off any surface until it pierces an enemy or loses power, his machine gun can home onto enemies with a high quantity of bullets and rate of fire at a cost of power and control at range, his grenade launcher is capable of accepting any hand grenades or small throwable weapons that are shaped into a oval or sphere, and his directed-energy weapon is powerful enough to rip through time and space. His only melee and primary weapon from the beginning, a transformable staff called SteelBlue acts as his primary one even in shootouts and incidents involving superpowered beings. While not effective in ranged as his Gunrods perform, SteelBlue is more powerful than his guns as it is connected to his Synchronizer, allowing Rook to switch between various transformations of his staff whenever he wishes in battle. In battle, his SteelBlue can be converted between a sword, spear, mace, axe, scythe, nunchaku, boomerang, trident, chakram, hammer, etc., which he uses with little ineptitude and can switch between them at any time he wishes to perform special combination attacks. For further mobility, agility, and height, Rook uses a jetpack, which is also fueled by his Synchronizer that makes it last very long and moves by Rook’s commands, in conjunction with his SteelBlue, giving him a bigger chance to deliver additional attacks in the air while making it harder for enemies beyond his reach to fight him on foot.

What does it mean when we’re profiled as good or evil? Do we believe in it? You and I can refer myself as both, but there’s always a mask for me to hold it in.” - Nathan Pandit

Nathan Pandit (नाथन पंडित)/Duonce; Age: 38 (biologically 37), Race: Corrupted Human (formerly), Height: 5'11", Weight: 174 lbs, Blood: AB+, Instinct: Kestis' Kyber

-Title: The Saber-Ho Veterinarian with a Negative Case of the Shits

-Other Information: Arcana: Force (VIII/XI Strength), Family: Grandfather, Sarah Pandit (Sister), Shansarakha Pandit (Uncle), Talents: Taking care of pets, nurturing nature, Habits: Acting like a feral beast such as moving his fingers or feet, breathing irregularly, or being in a irregular position, (Former) Hobbies: Tennis, acting vía voice, learning about various animals, reflecting on his mistakes in calm places (currently), Favorite Food: Anything that will make a good breakfast to carry around, or at least what he has been doing for a couple of years or so. As a result of his corruption and later rehabilitation, Nathan has lost all interest in everything besides his regret on the mistakes he made and hatred of the past. This includes his favorite foods too, as he has little to no interest on the concerns of his diet or health besides eating instant or packaged foods.

-(Former) Occupation(s): Grimsborough Police Department Coroner, Mighty Zooniverse Vet, Orchid Fanatics Club Member, Terrorist (against his will), Freelancing Veterinarian

-Appearance: Nathan doesn’t have any grays on his hair anymore and has flickering sparks of white inside his eyes. He keeps his pink shirt and green shorts, but he now wears a tan coat with a black regular and white inverted N on the right and left side respectively and long socks that extend to his shins, with black and white words, “MISTER” and “NEGATIVE”, on the right and left socks respectively. He also wears an ID badge with his name, “Nathan P.”, and another copy of his name in Hindi on the bottom on the right side of his coat. When Nathan switches to either his dark or light side, his dialogue turns black or white respectively.

In combat, Nathan dons a sky blue poncho and carries two black and white lightsabers strapped on his legs. Depending on which blade he uses, his body will glow white veins (white lightsaber) or take on a negative texture like his former form (black lightsaber).

-Powers and Abilities: After being rehabilitated from his traumatic experience as a corrupted terrorist, Nathan has gained the ability to negatively affect the enemy with various status effects, such as poison, attack/defense decrease, dizziness, amnesia, stun, bleeding, confusion, burning, freezing, nausea, infected, delirium, intoxication, etc. This allows Nathan to easily fight his enemies while they are in a disadvantage, but the conditions could vary as they may have a chance of being immune to the effects or adapt to them. Nathan can only use a maximum four effects per enemy per day, so as he has to be careful of what he’s choosing as the effects are random and can last for 3 hours. To place a status effect on the enemy, Nathan has to attack them first (even with weapons) when they’re in his range, allowing corrupted energy in the form of a projectile to come out of his body to infect the enemy with the status effect, which is able to go way far from Nathan. Nathan can also transfer his aliments to a chosen target, affecting them and replacing the first placed effects on them if Nathan attacked them first. As his body hosts corrupted energy, Nathan cannot heal or boost others’ abilities.

To make up for his downsides, Nathan wields two lightsabers gifted by Alex that channels the positive and negative energy inside his body, controlling his body by using them to deliver attacks that are slow but are very focused on targeting enemy weak points. Much like in the Star Wars movies, he utilizes standard Force abilities that allow him to manipulate his surroundings, but can also access powers related to darkness or light depending on one of the lightsabers he utilizes in sync with his corrupted body. When Nathan feels like using two lightsabers in the heat of a battle, he must activate Kestis' Kyber (ケスティス・カイバー Kesutisu Kaibā) in order to do so, thus allowing him to attack with two lightsabers while using both light and darkness to gain the advantage in battle. However, due to him using both lightsabers at once, it slowly corrupts him and is mostly at risk of destroying his body, slowly killing him as he continues to amplify his powers in battle.

What if I’m the one who’s going to be next? Do I expect myself to pray for God to save me? Think again! I will grow into a cop, and then a hero, like my father before me!” - Mia Loukas

Mia Loukas/M. Interceptor; Age: 24, Height: 5'6" (6'6" with Breaker Vermelha), Weight: 135 lbs (over 150kg with Breaker Vermelha), Blood: B+, Instinct: Breaker Vermelha

-Title: The Protégée-Cognitive Rookie Pursuer

-Other Information: Arcana: The Ranger (IX The Hermit), Family: Roy and Sherry Loukas (deceased parents), Talents: Helping out in investigations, knowledge of developed settlements, Habits: Borrowing people’s cars, Hobbies: Fixing and handling cars and electronics, going to spas, metal detecting, Favorite Food: Freshly-grown foods, most notably cabbage, corn, and potatoes for her dishes and meals. She has a low tolerance for junk food or snacks derived from vegetables themselves, but wouldn’t mind to try sugary candy. She also consumes diary, protein, and grain products and uses them to make her favorite meals her parents used to make.

-(Former) Occupation(s): Grimsborough Police Department Beat Cop, T-Mobile Employee (via stolen identity)

-Appearance: After her resurrection, Mia has now ditched her police uniform and a shaved head (actually a bald cap), making her nearly unrecognizable besides her face. She wears pink sunglasses, a white dust mask, a black shirt with a pink T-Mobile logo, black gloves that seemingly connect to the shirt, black pants, and white sneakers. She also wields a stolen M1911 with an orange flame pattern.

She later dons her police uniform after returning back to the police department, and now wears black gloves with her index fingers exposed and a white hairband. She also wields a pistol, shotgun, submachine gun, and revolver. When predicting something, her body emits a red glow. She also has underlined dialogue during these moments. The same applies to when she uses “Breaker Vermelha (ブレイカー・ヴェルメルハ Bureikā Verumeruha)”, a black and silver mask that greatly enhances her body’s physique and size with a redstone drug. In this form, Mia dons a black trench coat that hides a vest holding various tubes and machines designed to last longer in her alternate form and a cover for her head that connects with her mask. Additionally, she can carry around large firearms too heavy for a single man to use for more firepower.

-Powers and Abilities: Mia can be considered to be the weakest out of the Crusaders as she lacks any offensive powers, but utilizes a precognitive ability to support the team at any chance and also utilizes a gadget that necessary for the toughest of battles. Derived from her paranoid personality and desire to help others, Mia has the ability to read precognitions in various periods of time depending which person she feels is in danger or something bad that she thinks is going to happen, which can warn Mia of incoming danger against various people including Mia herself or show what’s going to happen. While the power is bound in Mia’s body, the precognitions shown are universe-wide and can show various futures, mostly ones that are tragic and unfortunate. The visions Mia sees lack in detail and simply show the end result, leaving Mia and company to figure that out. However, it can be helpful for Mia’s plans as it may show some of the misfortunes of people who may confront her. Sometimes, these predictions are always fated to happen and cannot be changed no matter what, as they serve to warn Mia what would happen. When in a skirmish or constantly locked on by enemies, Mia begins to see red afterimages of their future movements, giving her the time to briefly make her move to avoid their attacks or sight.

Mia is shown to have some knowledge in technology and mechanics (although she can only parts of a car) and despite being very lacking in physical combat, is somehow proficient in using weapons in gunfights due to her predictions. Idolizing Rook, Mia utilizes four weapons at her disposal, all upgraded to help her become way better at combat: her pistol carries more rounds and fires faster, her shotgun can create a wall of multiplying pellets while blasting Mia away with its recoil, her submachine gun shoots straightforward and doesn’t require ammo to fire, and her magnum has explosive rounds that immediately home onto the enemy.

When Mia uses Breaker Vermelha, she transforms into a bigger berserker-like figure with various offensive abilities, albeit with her precognition being reduced to a mere tingle similar to Ramirez’s Spider-Sense. Due to her stronger form, Mia is unable to move normally or quietly, activate her original powers normally, and use her now smaller guns, but her enhancements make her a terrifying pursuer as she is strong enough to barely hold off a giant being, charge and run at the speed of a car over 200mph in a few minutes, resist and endure various bullets, explosions, accidents, and attacks that would be normally fatal, and leap towards higher and farther distances. Additionally, Mia can use various large and heavy weapons that she can carry with ease, such as a minigun with a special cover for her arm, a rocket launcher that can hold five rockets with an ammo clip, a flamethrower with acidic chemicals that can be used as a blunt weapon, and an anti-material rifle that is powerful enough to damage adamantium metal. However, despite her clothing’s durability, the machines and tubes empowering her can be ripped off with the right tools or gadgets to weaken Mia, who will slowly revert back to a way weaker form if most, if not all, parts connected to her Breaker Vermelha due to its side effects. On the other hand, the artificial redstone supply empowering its user will deteriorate Mia’s mental control of her body if used for too long (alongside a span of mental stability becoming more limited the more Mia uses Breaker Vermelha at full power), resulting in the supply ironically controlling her body, making her quick to turn on allies and attack and kill anyone by pure instinct. This state lasts for 3-8 hours depending on how much power Mia used for Breaker Vermelha, and if the time limit is reached, she will revert back to her original form with little memory of her berserk state.

No, I’m not running away. I’m not gonna scream. I’m not even hesitating! I’m done being a coward! Nobody’s making sacrifices now; WE’RE making a gamble, and this time, we’re doing the opposite!” - Zoe Kusama

Zoe Kusama (草間(クサマ) ゾエ Kusama Zoe)/Dangerous Woman; Age: 37, Height: 5'4", Weight: 118 lbs, Blood: AB+/S+, Instinct: Stein Version

-Title: The Turbulent Toasting Telepath

-Other Information: Arcana: Mask (XVIII The Moon), Family: Lives alone (parents currently reside in Japan), Talents: Social health experience (formerly), protecting others, Habits: Suffering from horrible memories (even as a “robot”), (Former) Hobbies: Shopping online, writing poetry, volunteering, Favorite Food: Anything sweet, ordinary, or healthy that she could think of, back before she went missing and later suffering a seemingly inevitable fate. While she and her boyfriend share their favorite foods, Zoe isn’t much of a sweet tooth and likes to try as much new things as she can so she can enjoy them in the near future. However, after the dark events leading to the purging of her memories, she believes anything important for her “needs” is not unnecessary.

-(Former) Occupation(s): Social Worker, Volunteer of Happy Paws, Stand User

-Appearance: Zoe Kusama wears her normal attire prior to her arrest. Her eyes become white whenever she is stressed out and she has a invisible shield around her body. Her head also glows purple whenever she uses her powers. Initially, Zoe has an unusual skeleton and body structure prior to her gaining a Stand, which is thought by others that Zoe is an alien from a different plant. However, this is actually the form of her Stand inhabiting her body, having been at its first stage of awakening.

After having all of her memories and emotions sapped from her soul after being defeated by Rook and being “reprogrammed” as a robot by Ritz, Zoe is given significant and unusual changes: her eyes become pitch black besides forming two light rings around them (one between her irises and pupils and the other on where the pupils were once here), giving out a blank stare, her mouth always has a neutral expression besides frowning or smiling at certain occasions, and her skin becomes a bit paler and as hard as a metal shell to give the appearance of a robot; she is described to be an “android inside a human body”, a “soft and sweet person lacking any flavor on the inside”, and a “plastic machine that barely feels like her”. In battle, Zoe wears a black tactical vest with long sleeves, buttons, and storage packets and white pants with a gold-like tinge and a black striped pattern. She also wields a gold spear with a cyan blue tip both in missions and daily life, which she can use to combine it with her Stand during battle. Although she maintains a neutral expression at all times, Ritz often does the emoting for her by acting as her.

You are special, Zoe. You have been gifted all of these abilities because you were born with them.” - Dangerous Woman

-Dangerous Woman's Appearance: Dangerous Woman (危険な女(デンジャラス・ウーマン) Denjarasu Ūman) has a feminine figure that resembles Zoe in proportions and appears in what seems to be a black and red striped catsuit/bondage outfit with bunny ears that covers her whole body. Her knees and elbows all have plus and X signs respectively and two lighter transparent holes can be seen on her suit, one on her stomach and the other on her chest. She has a pink face, green pupils with yellow sclera, a transparent mask that covers her mouth, and a red headpiece that has a white mark in the same location where Zoe and Ernesto’s heads are smashed in. She also has long red fingernails and a long red wavy scarf with pink metallic pieces on the end.

After Zoe’s personality is completely removed, Dangerous Woman takes on an artificial, robotic appearance. While retaining its article of clothing, Dangerous Woman contains various dangerous weapons inside of her body and can even fit and store a big spear inside.

-Dangerous Woman's Personality: Dangerous Woman is sentient like a few other Stands, but follows her user’s orders and is willing to protect her, and later grows passive when Zoe gains the confidence to fight. Being a manifestation of Zoe’s former hope and suppressed positive emotions, Dangerous Woman tries to convince and encourage her to face her own fears and offers her guidance in times of need. She acts very calm and collected in distressful events and doesn’t believe in failure or hesitation, even helping Zoe to keep on going no matter what kinds of obstacles they face. She is also shown to be aggressive and merciless to enemies in battle, occasionally taunting them to tempt them into attacking all the while using her powers to mutilate and kill them, albeit she can sometimes go out of control and may even harm other people too, symbolizing Zoe’s unstable and occasionally violent personality from the trauma she suffered from Ad Astra’s actions.

However, this component of Zoe’s fighting spirit also turns Dangerous Woman berserk and uncontrollable due to her user’s deteriorated mental health and inexperience of fighting, causing her to quickly turn against allies, carelessly attack while harming others, and attempt to kill Zoe without rational thinking, which comes from a hidden but dangerous desire inside Zoe’s soul that carries fear, anger, hatred, and suffering from an unknown source. After Zoe’s soul is wiped clean, Dangerous Woman acts nothing more than a blank slate, only following its “master’s” orders for anything she wants it to do.

-Powers and Abilities: After being injected by the superhuman serum, Zoe has gained the ability of telekinesis and other powers unknown to her. Zoe has no control over her newfound powers due to her poor mental health, but with enough concentration and focus, she can move objects barely under her control. Due to her death, Zoe has gained a defensive power that has a invisible shield forming around Zoe. The shield protects Zoe from harm, reflects damage inflicted on her, and pushes away people who try to get close to her. The only things that can break her shield are other users of the superhuman serum, Stands, and alien technology. If Zoe gets hurt by any of them, she will instantly regenerate her wounds, making her nearly impossible to kill. If Zoe becomes unconscious, becomes fatally injured or her brain gets damaged, the shield becomes indestructible and expands around her to protect her from all types of damage. Zoe can be also stripped of her powers if she is close to a source of power nullifying energy.

After obtaining Dangerous Woman, Zoe has visually change the shape of the material and structure of an object or surface for either offensive or defensive measures. The objects affected by Dangerous Woman are indestructible even to Stands, being stated by Dangerous Woman that they are more durable than diamond. Zoe’s telekinetic powers have also developed, making her able to crush and control enemies with only her fingers and manipulate and throw several small to big objects at them at heightened speeds, but it will take much effort to lift them that are planted to the ground or near Zoe’s limit. Even if Zoe is knocked out, Dangerous Woman will continue to stay manifested, but weak and slow enough to be attacked by other dangerous enemies.

DW has three modes (not counting her default form) that Zoe could use to her advantage: Be Alright, Into You, and Side to Side.

DW: Be Alright (DW: ビー・オールライト DW: Bī Ōruraito) allows Zoe to become automatically protected by any attacks towards her, but she is incapable of harming others other than reflecting damage. DW can also control the angle and direction of the reflected attack to hit any objects of her interest.

DW: Into You (DW: イント・ユー DW: Into Yū) can invade the minds of others when they are near her range. DW is very slow during the process, but she can easily manipulate the mental state of the victim.

DW: Side to Side (DW: サイド・ツー・サイド DW: Saido Tsū Saido) becomes quick and smart enough to perform difficult attacks on enemies, with the cost of her physical durability and activation time. She can also remember and solve things unrecognizable by Zoe and is very proficient.

Blue blazes and starlight smoke! You’re facing a Blaze of Glory now!” - Rita Estevez

Rita Estevez/Meltdown; Age: 32, Height: 5'10", Weight: 173 lbs, Blood: S+ (formerly B+), Instinct: Hand Polaris

-Title: An Incandescent Warrior with Polaris Fisted Vigilance

-Other Information: Arcana: The Vigilante (XI Justice), Family: Step-father, mother, deceased uncle, step-aunt, step-cousins, Hyde el Striker (maternal ancestor), Talents: Won various medals and honors for her bravery, technological expertise, Habits: Going into fits of rage when something irritates her, Hobbies: Cheating at unfair games (including death), cattle grooming, extensive training, Favorite Food: MRE and county fair food, including ones you can find in a rodeo or a gun show. While she may look like the one who’s always about training for the most serious of missions, she has an appetite for delicious food like Jones, and would always stuff her mouth with large amounts of it due to her high metabolism, even literally burning the food inside her body to break it down faster. However, Rita can be a bad cook when it comes to making meals (mostly due to her powers acting up whenever she gets excited), usually resulting in disgusting poor-quality food that is comically deadly enough to be considered a weapon of mass destruction (although tasting it results in burning, unconsciousness, and a poisonous taste in its mouth).

-(Former) Occupation(s): Field Expert, US Army Sergeant, Cattle Groomer, Inventor, Stand User

-Appearance: Rita wears the super suit (albeit zipped up) over her normal attire at the time of her “death” along with keeping her features from the superhuman serum. She also wears a blue mask over her face to conceal her identity along with blue gloves connected to the suit and a black choker with a diagonal pattern covering her neck.

After her reformation, Rita has her hair down and now wears a green long-sleeved jacket, a white T-shirt, black pants, and blue sneakers, which morphs into her super suit when she summons her Stand. Sometimes, Rita can wear her super suit in case she is investigating something important or is becoming alert of something. Thanks to the superhuman serum, Rita’s proportions have grown, having bigger breasts, wider hips, a 12-pack, thick and unnaturally smooth skin, a slightly stretched muscular system and skeleton, and very thicker cells from said body systems.

RATATATAATATATTATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATA!!!” - Blaze of Glory

-Blaze of Glory's Appearance: Blaze of Glory (ブレイズ・オブ・グローリー Bureizu Obu Gurōrī) is a humanoid being with blue skin that is concealed with black armor with several orange daggers and blue lines all over its body, with only its blue eyes being shown. It also has black diamonds, clovers, spades, and hearts with blue outlines all over its body and several cables and wires behind its back. Inside the armor contains a blue flame inside the chest area that is always protected and seemingly the true form of the Stand, controlling it on the inside while giving it immense power.

-Blaze of Glory's Personality: Blaze of Glory seemingly has no personality, but Stand User Rita sometimes talks through it when it confronts her enemies to make it more threatening. After Rita’s reformation, Blaze of Glory usually shows emotions occasionally such as annoyance, anger, irritation, or cynicism, which reflects on Rita’s toughness and soldier-like traits, but can be exaggerated into a superficially calm and over violent being that will kill without hesitation. It usually attacks with its fingers to target several nerves and pressure points on the enemy and when Rita finishes off her opponent, it will say, “Omae wa mou shindeiru” or “You are already dead” in Japanese.

-Powers and Abilities: Blaze of Glory gives Rita the ability to freely create and manipulate blue flames, flares, sparks, and explosions without any painful side-effects. Initially, she can also time travel backwards or forwards in 10 seconds to undo the mistakes she made and to be in a superior position where she defeats her opponents, making it nearly impossible for anyone to defeat her, although this is due to her mentally damaged state. Those affected by Rita’s ability will see her as teleporting and themselves instantly beaten by her, but those prepared, have fought her before, and think far into the future may have a chance of attacking her. Currently, Rita can still time travel, albeit at mere seconds and can get stuck in troubling situations. Rita is also immune to time manipulating abilities like Jones’s timestop, allowing her to attack her enemies freely in mere seconds without the effects of them harming her, retaining Blaze of Glory’s strength while quickly wasting her stamina. As Blaze of Glory is of very high temperatures, Rita can always stay warm and become immune to fire-related attacks (albeit can still feel pain) no matter the circumstances involving temperature and regenerates frequently when injured by things that can break her skin (which is very durable enough to resist multiple lightsaber slashes).

Despite her prowess and due to her arrogance and egotism, Rita has various weaknesses related to fire apart from her Stand. Throwing liquids containing oxygen such as water or blood at her and her Stand can slow down Rita temporarily, but it can short out her powers as the flames inside Blaze of Glory are the source of its power. While heavy solids like metals can be melted down into liquid by Rita, it can trap and encase the flames produced by Blaze of Glory or disable Rita’s body. Like other energy users, she can still have her energy siphoned by other powerful devices or entities and is unable to use her powers when she becomes stuck in gravitational or telekinetic forces, as they can easily deactivate both her and Blaze of Glory’s powers. Additionally, extinguishing Blaze of Glory’s flame can be enough to threaten Rita’s life as it represents her heart, both which are very similar to each other.

Initially, during her psychologically broken state, Rita can completely negate enemies of their powers and turn it against them, which includes Stand Users, but she must be ten feet near them to activate this power. Another powerful trait of Rita’s are a barrage of plain but destructively consecutive strikes from her palms, fists, fingers, feet, and toes that don’t do much harm at the enemy at first, only for them to be killed or incapacitated as Blaze of Glory aims for their pressure points, which are vital areas that cause a different effect for the victim if touched by Rita. The strikes are fast and powerful, but Blaze of Glory is incapable of moving for a period of time or using its other powers if it is careless enough, leaving Rita to use her own physical power to fight opponents.

You're definitely right, I AM lucky.” - Adamas Blank

Adamas Blank/Doc Blanc; Age: 21, Height: 5'9", Weight: 151 lbs, Blood: AB+, Instinct: Wild Hare Trigger

-Title: The 777 Inter-dimensional Gag Theatre

-Other Information: Arcana: The Cinema (X Wheel of Fortune), Family: Unknown, Talents: Being constantly lucky, dimension enthusiast, Habits: Collateral damage and chaos from her misadventures, Hobbies: Doing something that kills time, collecting weird items from dimensions, acting cryptic and subtle, Favorite Foods: Not much that she can think of. Her constant adventures and tendency to do something behind everybody’s back has often left her with little awareness of her hunger or thirst. However, she can enjoy any beverages or dishes if she wants, though only if they have carrots as an ingredient due to an addiction to her carrot-flavored electronic cigarette that she keeps with.

-(Former) Occupation(s): Grimsborough Police Department Intern, Grimsborough University Student

-Appearance: Standing at average height, Blank has brown short hair, black pupils and grayish-white irises with a black outline around the latter, moles on her lip and ear, and light skin. She wears a white shirt with blue collars, a gray and white hoodie-jacket with four pockets (two for the breasts and two for the waist) and two red overlapping “M” logos over a orange roundel that gradients to yellow on the edges, white gloves with gray buttoned pads attached to them, blue pants with black spots that frequently change into various colors (besides the spots), and gray Jordan sneakers with black spiked cleats. She is usually seen holding an orange and green electronic cigarette that is “carrot-flavored” Unlike most characters, Blank possesses formal punctuation in her dialogue, but it can switch to normal if she deviates from her demeanor or prepares to be involved in some kind of event. In battle, she wields a brass hammer with a spear-like blade on the top and two spikes near the head, two khaki CMMG Endeavors with 10-round magazines, a bronze durable cane that can be extended to long distances, and of course, her electronic cigarette. She also uses other tools of common use such as a piano modified with machine guns, a pen that shoots ink and other liquids, disposable flare guns that fire projectiles with the power to warp the space-time continuum and summon the power of a star, a drill that generates multiple holes on the ground, a safe vault that can generate or hold seemingly infinite amounts of temporary money, harmless explosives which can instantly drain enemies is of their stamina or send them flying, and a revolver holding several ricocheting rounds and shooting above the standard capacity of many revolvers.

-Powers and Abilities: With what seems to be luck on her side (actually a field of positive probability ions according to Candles and Lisa), Blank is almost always lucky to every bad situation she faces and exploits it to build up her plans. Being empowered by luck and the unknown that she was once in, Blank is very tough to kill even at the hands of stronger enemies, being strong enough to lift and throw a safe vault, fast enough to react to multiple weapons pointed towards her, and can endure physical strikes without trouble (but she can have part of her skin and flesh nearly torn off by very powerful strikes similar to Stands). Using the surrounding environment, Blank will always succeed in her plans, see everything go to her favor, and save herself from falling victim into misfortune, although it is very unpredictable and may potentially harm other people. However, powers that may affect anything in a worldwide or environmental scale may affect Blank too, and she is not immune to reality and dimension related powers, which strips her of her powers instantly. This doesn’t mean Blank is completely defenseless, as she constantly relies on a variety of tools and weapons of her own. Being very unpredictable, Blank can defeat her enemies in a unexplained or rather difficult to understand matter, but she has to make an elaborate plan first.

Depending on their distance towards Blank, people will be given an amount of negative probability ions lain dormant inside Blank’s field, which attracts them and other people to constant bad luck that wears out for a time depending on long they are staying in Blank’s field. Blank’s good luck can also harm people too as she indirectly gives them many negative probability ions that could lead them into unpredictable disasters. This can also happen to other allies too, though in a slightly negative way due to Blank’s positive relationship with them.

To be a hero! ...is to be whatever the fuck you want to be! People think you wake a hero, brush your teeth a hero, ejaculate on the soap dispenser a hero, and go to work a hero. Bullshit, from the last four or five moments, I think that whatever the hell we’re doing right here, it only takes a few moments to be a hero. Yep, some Russian dude said that.” - Raid Reynolds

Raiden "Raid" Lynn Winter Reynolds/Wade Wilson (both alter-ego and nickname, as Raid wants to stand out more); Age: Unknown (32-39, but most likely his late 30's), Weight: 210 lbs, Height: 6'2", Blood: O- (heavily altered), Instinct: Maximum Effort!

-Title: The Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious 4th Wall Jerk-Off

-Other Information: Arcana: Mercenary (XV The Devil), Talents: Does whatever the hell he wants, DUH! (Oh, BTW, look down here), Habits: Isn’t that obvious?, Hobbies: Slicing and dicing, happy time with ~cute and cuddly things~, and....., Favorite Foods: CHIMICHANGAS, ENCHILADAS, QUESADILLAS, BURRITOS, TACOS, AND ALL OTHER KINDS OF MEXICAN COMIDAS YOU CAN STUFF YOUR FREAKIN’ FACE IN!!! And of course, when I say Mexican, I mean ALL TYPES OF MEXICAN FOOD COMBINED WITH WHATEVER CRAP YOU LIKE ON THE GO!!!

-(Former) Occupation(s): Freelance Mercenary, Special Forces Operative, R101 International Mascot

-Appearance: Reynolds is a tall man (taller than all of the members of the Crusaders, with Rupert being one inch short) of a muscular and athletic build with bleaching blonde swept hair, a 5 o'clock shadow, and blue eyes, but due to a experimental accident, his face and body are permanently scarred and a bit red. He wears a smooth and durable red shirt with black patterns, two silver straps holding his katanas, black and red pants with a brown belt holding two guns on holsters, and matching sneakers of the former. He also wears a red and black mask with white magnifying lens similar to Deadpool and matching arm-length gloves that connect to his shirt. Commonly, the profanity in his dialogue is uncensored in contrast to the other main characters.

Reynolds’ katanas has black and red hilts and silver blades with separate gold words, “Bea” and “Arthur”, on the bottom. His gray IWI Desert Eagle Mark XIX handguns that are marked with yellow words, “Safety First”, can hold 7+1 .50 AE rounds that has numbers on the primers (counting down from 14 to 1). Reynolds also has a teleporter disguised as his belt and a holographic inducer app on his phone. Additionally, Reynolds wields grenades, sai, and knives, which are hidden in his suit.

-Powers and Abilities: Due to his experience in the military, Reynolds is widely known for his peak human speed and reflexes, which is greatly enhanced by the experimental accident, along with giving him other powers unknown but predictable for him to handle. With his katanas, guns, and other weaponry, Reynolds exhibits excellent proficiency in them and uses his wit and “maximum effort” to kill his enemies, though it can be pushed back by his constant insanity. Reynolds is also shown to have a degree on architecture, being able to know the inside of a building by simply predicting the inside and somehow having creative ideas to build a headquarters for the team, making the decision to renovate and upgrade the entire building formerly belonging to old Ad Astra for the entire team to use (despite the fact that the building belongs to the GPD’s former enemies), and building a house (albeit large enough to be registered as a “Wayside School” tower and having only multiple floors) in exactly 15 minutes for no apparent reason. He is even a good cook and artist too, being able to make chimichangas out of Hot Pockets and fried guts and paint a painting of Rook screaming in utter terror.

Reynolds also has the ability to heal from any injury in minutes or seconds depending on the severity of his wounds without showing any pain, but damage to his body and brain can cripple and disorient him. Even dismemberment can’t even kill him, but it can separate him from his body parts. The only ways to kill Reynolds is to either destroy his brain or drain him of his powers to let the cancer spread, with the latter being nearly impossible due to his unpredictability and dangerous responses. Reynolds can continuously shoot red lasers out of his eyes that are strong enough to at least heat up adamantium. The lasers can obliterate and burn everything in its path, but they can be easily reflected by mirrors, blocked by Stands, manipulated by space-time powers, and overpowered by a person able to resist or break through it. Reynolds can teleport too, but his range is limited and requires a specific location he can think of before going there, but this power can be enhanced by a teleporter, which can send Reynolds to any designated place he knows or easily dodge enemy attacks without fail. Using a holographic inducer app on his phone, Reynolds can disguise his body as someone else, but not the feel of it. However, Reynolds’ improper care for his tools and poor use of it often leads to them backfiring at times that Reynolds incorrectly predicts what would be expected for him.

On some occasions, due to his mental insanity, Reynolds can break the fourth wall to explain about his problems when nobody’s looking. However, people who notice talking think of him as a crazy maniac and try to stay away from him. Reynolds is prone to annoy others, spitting out nonsense that the opponent tries to ignore until they crack and break down under stress.

Boss, I'd like to make a full report.” - Gerald Stewart

Gerald Stewart/CopyRight; Age: 41, Height: 5'9", Weight: 195 lbs, Blood: AB+, Instinct: Unrestricted Copier

-Title: The Not-So Anonymous Grandmaster Printing Machine

-Other Information: Arcana: The Spectrum (XIX The Sun), Family: Unknown (but hates them for whatever reason), Talents: Doing his job, acting as other people (even females), Habits: Overdoing “it”, Hobbies: Baseball, assault and battery (only to others hostile to him), analyzing, Favorite Food: Doesn’t have any, as he would very much often copy others when spying on them to the point that he copies their meals, habits, activities, and very much anything he likes or doesn’t like for no apparent reason. Whenever he eats food without copying anyone, however, he is prone to complain about it without actually eating it, which is mostly the reason he falls in debt and sometimes gets kicked out of any restaurant he goes to.

-(Former) Occupation(s): Grimsborough Police Department Chief's Second-in-Command

-Appearance: Gerald has pale skin, black hair, and brown eyes and is clean-shaven from all parts of his body. He wears rectangular vantablack glasses, a formal and fully buttoned black suit with gold stars on the shoulders, a white collared shirt, a silver tie and belt, and bronze plated and polished shoes. He also wears an ID on the right side of his jacket along with a police badge and a gun holstered to his left. Gerald usually wears an earpiece and carries a walkie-talkie on the left side of his jacket, a light grey phone, and a matching briefcase. His dialogue words are lighter and have formal punctuation like Blank’s.

After obtaining his Stand, Gerald now wears four red, blue, green, and yellow armbands on his right arm, referencing his Stand, and four more armbands on his left arm, but in shades of blue. When in combat, the phone and briefcase are revealed to be convertible weapons that can transform into a pistol and baseball bat respectively.

Your actions have no effect on us. We will take them instead, with your chances of survival being at the minimum.” - Gerald Stewart

-Electric Boogaloo's Appearance: Electric Boogaloo (エレクトリック・ブーガルー Erekutorikku Būgarū) or EB is a white humanoid has a similar build and height as Gerald. He has black hair and brown eyes like his User and wears a red armor that extends to the back of his head with blue leggings, green and yellow arm guards that both alternate between colors. He also has a black circle on the chest area and four red, blue, green, and yellow arrows moving counter-clockwise.

-Electric Boolagoo's Personality: When utilized, EB acts like its user, but is a very silent individual. It also has self-preservation, as it automatically protects the user from attacks and usually has OCD, checking every part of its user’s body in concern for his health. Its Stand Cry is, “ORA ORA ARA ORA ORA ARA ORA...!” Although it is not a Sentient Stand, it seems to have keen sense of awareness.

-Powers and Abilities: As a second-in-command of the Chief, Gerald is shown to have plenty of years of experience as a detective when working on cases, being able to re-construct parts of a crime scene, notice slight details of pieces of evidence, and examine clues through use of his own forensics kit without any help from other detectives on the field. In addition to his skills as a detective, Gerald also works as a recon in investigations ordered by his boss, which includes spying on people, disguising as and replicating others, and acquiring clues vital to his investigation.

Electric Boogaloo itself is a fast but slightly weaker Stand when compared to the likes of the most powerful Crusaders. To compensate for its standard abilities, EB is considered standard and bland by others, he actually has a special ability: to automatically imitate and send back an ability used by the enemy, which is very unpredictable if they try to do a different attack or the same one again, similar to reverse cards used in UNO. This also allows Gerald to gain knowledge of the attack and counter it from now on, but memory manipulating gadgets or powers and any damage to the hippocampus can drain him of the knowledge. While the reverse psychology power makes Gerald seemingly invincible, the Stand is only limited to 20 counters per day and won’t fare well against those with powers that affect the environment.

-Reverse Card's Stats: (Destructive Power: B, Speed: A, Range: C (10 meters), Durability: A, Precision: A, Developmental Potential: E)

Trivia[]

  • The Crusaders are all symbolized through cards that are similar to their respective Arcana in both meaning and appearance, but are represented by Arabic numerals, of a modern take, and more elaborate and fitting for the characters’ personalities:
    • Rook - Leader (0) = Fool (The protagonist of the story, most usually the one who grows from the skills and bonds they have and act as the “jack of all trades” and leader of the group, alongside going through the true meaning of leadership)

    • Martine - Fatale (2) = High Priestess (A woman of mystery acting distant and quiet around those near her, but is willing to trust her instincts and passion to reach a goal. She is also chivalrous and mature, being able to rely on herself while acting hostile and serious to aggressive behavior, going to the point of striking them where it hurts)
    • Grace - Conduit (3) = Empress (While seen as introverted and cold, they are kind and caring about others, teaching them about important things such as morality, humility, consequences, the outside world, and independence, all while struggling to make others to accept differences and go on)

    • Mia - Ranger (9) = Hermit (A man who wanders silently without a doubt about the world as a legend or mere presence, but is self-conscious about himself and sees through various moments of his past and purpose to know who he is without dwelling into it)
    • Blank - Cinema (10) = Wheel of Fortune (Chances or finding your favorite film can be slim when making a gamble on their time and safety, but luck and fate can rightly fall into the hands of others who want what they are waiting for, while also learning the probability of new and certain events in familiar surroundings)
    • Rita - Vigilante (11/8) = Justice (A hero stays true to their purpose while committing themselves to fighting and punishing crime no matter how much atrocity the offender creates. Not only they keep a balance to the public system, they also teach others to stand up for themselves and be ready for the incoming troubles they will face)
    • Rupert - Walker (12) = Hanged Man (Sacrifices have to be made for the greater good and for others to learn from their actions and consequences, but the one making the sacrifice also learn about certain tragedies and the damaging toll they have inflicted from their sacrifice)

    • Reynolds - Mercenary (15) = Devil (A volatile trickster who is aware of the crimes and actions he commits, but does so anyway out of impulse or the decision to become the center of attention. However, he can form bonds with others and make deals with them, with the price of becoming the victims and scapegoats behind his tricks)
    • Ritz - Genius (16) = Tower (Anyone can change the world with the palm of their hands to they see as fit for fulfillment, but a certain doubt is placed in their minds as they inadvertently cause collateral damage to their surroundings)
    • Jones - Star Platinum (17) = Star (In everything distressful, one has full hope and faith of their life that they will remain victorious by continuously adapting their power in various ways to what the person sees as unimaginable)
    • Zoe - Mask (18) = Moon (A zero who sees themself as a zero at any other way, but still keeps up with the illusion by hiding their insecurities and manifesting a cognition of oneself, all while living in someone’s shadow that has been already gone. Overtime, but not too soon and not too late, the zero would realize their purpose and fight their life to hopefully reach it for their sake)
    • Gerald - Spectrum (19) = Sun (Colorfully, a hero can be inspiring and bold enough to be the one giving everybody the colors that forms their optimism, joy, inspiration, and success throughout their life. The hero himself, acting as the driving force, has high hopes of winning and is pragmatic of what, when, or where it will happen)
    • Chief Parker - Law (20) = Judgement (Every law controls every part of the world, but always decides on the good or the bad to maintain proper control)
    • ??? - Time (21) = The World (Similar to the world, time controls anything and everything, giving everybody growing potential over their lives to stabilize and progress forward. With time, one can complete what they have dreamt at the very beginning and now swear to an unbreakable oath that will stay within the hearts of themselves and their allies until the time comes...)
  • The new Crusaders have either left the police, weren’t part of the police at all, or lost their jobs after being resurrected from the dead. While Ritz is an exception, she usually works inside her creator’s home and is not actually associated with the police.
    • To symbolize their differences from the group, all of their codenames contain two words, with the exception of Nathan, Alex, Rupert, and Rita, all who have one word codenames each.
      • This makes sense however, as they all used to work with the police during Rook’s tenure in 2012-2013 and 2018.
    • Blank and Gerald are the only new Crusaders who don’t follow these traits, and were affiliated with the police before joining the team, and remained police officers without any other plans of leaving this job.
      • However, like the others, Blank has two words on her codename despite this, although it is most likely due to her initial indifference and doubts of the police. She is also the only Crusader to have part of her name known as a codename, only with “c” replacing the “k”.
