With our golden hearts, we Guardians will protect this blessed land, even the serious of Stand Users, the dangerous of Conduits, and the unpredictable of mutants... And we’re ready to stand what we’re prepared for.” - Shirley Wilson

Backstory: In April 2018, when Rooke arrived in Unkrich to join a new police force called the Unkrich Protection Service, he has encountered a secret but ongoing supernatural occurrence called “Stands”, who are derived from the user’s fighting spirit and personality. Upon meeting Kaden Kaskade, who wielded a Stand, Rook encountered more ally and enemy Stand Users too along with his old friends from previous departments, who were investigating Stand Users too and are revealed to have Stands. Upon realizing the large amount of superpowered people around the city including Conduits, mutants, and “artificial beings” (those given powers through indirect means), the police officers and Unkrich investigators formed the Unkrich Guardians (ウンクリチュ・ガーディアンズ Unkurichu Gādianzu), all with a purpose of protecting their hometown of the danger they are now facing.

Profile: The Unkrich Guardians are a group of investigators and police officers acting as the protectors of their hometown, separating themselves from the Unkrich Protection Service to take down criminals and villains with strange and mysterious powers that pose a threat against the town, or worse, the rest of Eurasia if they can’t be stopped. Unique from other allied teams, they are all Stand Users (besides Rook), making them separate from the police and their jobs easier as they can all fight against their enemies. More so, in order to activate their Stands (or their full power), the Guardians have to break an item symbolizing the Stand or their personality in general. The leader is Shirley Wilson, who looks after the team and gives out important missions and orders, while the field leader is Rook, who investigates with his partners alongside leading the frontlines against their enemies.

Kaden Kaskade (カデン・カスカデ Kaden Kasukade) (Каден Каскаде)/KadeKade; Age: 35/36, Height: 5'11", Weight: 181 lbs, Blood: B-, Instinct: Fixer Upper

-Other Information: Arcana: XI The Lovers, Talents: Helping others in need, including in anything his Stand does, Habits: Losing his temper when his hairstyle is insulted, with worse-case scenarios resulting in damage or destruction in any part of town, Hobbies: Changing his hairstyle, combing his hair, and reminiscing about the past, Favorite Food: Raspberry-flavored zefir with sesame honey dumplings. At some times, Kaskade would eat the mochi with his front teeth and spit out the filling on the zefir for him to mix the flavors together, often leaving a chewy and sticky taste on his mouth.

-(Former) Occupation(s): UPS Detective, Stand User

-Appearance: Kaskade has black hair in a hairstyle similar to Prince’s in 1999, dark blue eyes, purple studs on each of his ears, and a handsome face of a diamond jawline. He wears a navy blue and purple-shaded police uniform, with the jacket unbuttoned and pinned on the top to reveal green shirt with two zippers over a yellow undershirt, purple shoes with green socks, and several gold accessories that include, but not limited to a modified anchor and two hearts on the left and right side of his collar respectively, a peace sign and heart pinning his open jacket on the right and left side respectively, and gold bands on his wrists above his sleeves. Kaskade additionally has a diamond symbol on his shirt split into four diamonds, which are white, blue, pink, and yellow.

-Profile: Kaden Kaskade, born in May 4, 1983, is not your usual police officer when it comes to fighting bad guys, but a Stand User wielding a powerful healing Stand, Shining Emerald which he gained when he only four years old. However, his early days of gaining a Stand were not that easy, as he suffered a fever he thought he would never recover from for 50 days, in which he finally summoned his Stand for the first time. While unaware of this power, Kaskade had a normal life with his childhood friends and even had his face and hairstyle inspired by Prince, even irrationality taking offense if any antagonist dares making fun of it for no apparent reason, intentional or not. However, this life won’t last long as his uncle was murdered by an enemy with supernatural powers, Kaskade swore to protect Unkrich from those who would threaten innocent lives or worse, even joining forces with his new friend and partner and other allies to form the Unkrich Guardians.

DORA RA RA RA RA RA RA RA RA RA RA RA RA RA RA RA RAA!!!!!” - Shining Emerald

-Shining Emerald's Appearance: Shining Emerald (シニング・エメラルド Shainingu Emerarudo) is a bubblegum pink-bodied humanoid, with a powerful build and tall stature (about two heads above Kaskade) clad in tall emerald green headgear, part of a mask (occasionally resembling a Corinthian helmet) and matching armor-like plates on many large surfaces of its body. Black cables with purple highlights join the back of its head to its upper back and small multiple holes on its palms can be seen. It bears a silver and green heart motif between the top of its head, its chin, shoulders, celiac plexus, belt, and knees; with pairs of gray short spikes protruding from its shoulders and ankles. It is shown to have multiple pink irises that form a ripple-like pattern make it look like its eyes are dilated and wears a transparent mouthpiece of a greenish hue along with having a four diamond symbol on its chest similar to Kaden’s. When attacking, it shouts, “DORARARA!!!”

After Kaskade is pierced by the Arrow, Shining Emerald now has bioluminescent armor and lines from the diamond symbol spreading around its body.

-Powers and Abilities: Shining Emerald is a very fast and powerful Stand that can outpace the most violent of Conduits, beat down the most destructive of Stand Users, endure the most brutal of mutants, and use its powers resourcefully against “artificial beings”, only being held back by its limited range of 1-2 meters (Shining E can go farther, but is limited to obtaining and searching for items). Thus, Shining Emerald is a powerful Stand in close-quarter combat whose capabilities are enhanced by its unconventional power of repairing broken items, making it a redoubtable and unpredictable Stand in a fight, but also an invaluable fighting partner as it can effectively heal any wound.

Shining E possess two unique abilities of restoring objects back to its previous state of history through contact and sealing wounds through a emerald green liquid which has the same healing properties as its restoration. It can repair damage, heal injuries, revert chemical changes and complex structures to their raw components (e.g. a table into its constituent timber, the asphalt into oil, damaged clothing into materials used to make clothing, and pen writing into ink). It may also fuse objects, for example, a person with a rock (as with killer and clone Doug Alonzo) or book (like Quinn Beck), parts of a clothing machine with a sewing machine (making the clothing he likes efficiently), two tree branches (producing Densuke Watermelon with Tsuo’s help), and a piece of gold to the ground (making it impossible for anyone to lift it). When restoring a divided object, the user is able to control which part acts as the starting points for the rest to gather towards. Feats of this nature include trapping an enemy by restoring pieces of a broken crate around them; exposing a Stand formerly bound to an object; sending glass-shaped debris with his blood against someone’s back containing the same blood belonging to him; creating a giant barrier and slope made of concrete; and tracking by restoring a severed limb, forcing it to seek out and reattach itself to the body from which it was cut off. If this ability is used while Kaskade is in a foul mood, its target may become warped as a result of improper restoration. Shining E cannot heal its user, cure illnesses (as victims are not considered damaged), retrieve things erased by space-erasing Stands, or restore life to a dead organism.

Using a green sticky liquid forming out of its hands, Shining E can seal broken objects or wounds (including its user), stick objects and people together, temporarily energize people, use it as a bouncing protectant for its user, and act as an artificial skin-armor. The liquid itself is not supposed to act as a shield or a cosmetic, but it is very strong enough to support the weight of 4 people in a elevator and allows Kaskade and others to jump high and walk on walls to reach the top of buildings. According to Jonah, the substance itself has the feel and taste of emeralds (much like edible diamonds) liquified into a substance, hence Shining E’s name.

After being pierced by the Arrow, Kaskade is granted a new ability for his Stand, now called The Invincible Shining E (無敵のシャイニング・E(エメラルド) Muteki no Shainingu Emerarudo). With this power, Shining E, now being the opposite of Killer Queen, now has the power to reverse time of various events to have Kaskade go back a certain time of 60 minutes to stop something bad from happening, like saving Rook from Killer Queen’s bubble bombs, protecting many of his friends from Chariot Requiem, countering Bites the Dust, and preventing Alice from getting grabbed by Keira again in order to activate Bites the Dust once again. Though unlike Keira, Kaskade can only stay in the reversed timeline for 6 minutes before instantly going back to his current time period (though he can simply go back exactly six minutes). He can also restore and reverse rotting, rusting, erosion spread of disease, burning, stumps, and dead life (only on non-sapient or non-sentient beings), but cannot use his time reversing powers much as it wastes most of his Stand energy. However, previous actions caused by Kaskade’s meddling from previous timelines are fated to happen in the new timeline, just like Bites the Dust, so Kaskade doesn’t have to worry about having his friends endangered.

Tsuo Koma (駒 つお Koma Tsuo); Age: 35/36, Height: 5'9", Weight: 147 lbs, Blood: A+, Instinct: Transition

-(Former) Occupation(s): UPS Detective, Stand User

-Appearance: Tsuo has long blonde hair neatly combed back and blue eyes. She wears a green double-breasted uniform with “III” symbols on her collar, metallic wristbands, and white Xs on the gold buttons of her shirt, a light green hoodie underneath her jacket, and brown shoes with gray laces. When excited or angered, Tsuo’s hair raises upwards and illuminates a greenish-hue along with her eyes while Japanese writing starts to appear on her body, going by stroke by stroke.

-Profile: Tsuo (born March 28, 1983) was a childhood friend of Kaden Kaskade and Harris Caihong, who all spent time together as an unbreakable trio of friends, promising themselves to protect and take care of each other. Tsuo herself was the most humble and quiet out of the three, usually being polite and kind to people, but being threatened by people she doesn’t know about. This led to Tsuo getting herself nearly killed by an Arrow shot by an unknown attacker (Denise Daniels) when she was 15, only to be saved by Kaskade by the last minute and gain an unknown Stand in form of a boombox. She would later figure it out herself for the next 20 years and then fully unlock its true abilities, now joining her friends and new allies to form the Unkrich Guardians.

It’s simple as that, master. Three Freeze: I’ve rhymed “three” with “free”.” - Soundwave X3

-Soundwave's Appearance: Soundwave (サウンドウェーブ (音波) Saundowēbu) appears in three forms for its master to freely use. Initially, Soundwave appeared as a green and white boombox with purple speakers, black wheels, and a purple Decepticon logo, the latter foreshadowing’s Tsuo’s possible anger and violence.

As X1, Soundwave takes the appearance of a green and bras three-section larvae-like creature with a boombox body similar to its inactive form. Its oversized first section serves as a head and two small shelled arms are attached to it. The head is covered with a dark green shell on top of which a crystal-like purple spike is visible, and the face is nearly entirely covered by brass metallic blinkers, only leaving a brass beak visible. The second section is a boombox-like torso with a dark belly. The third section is equipped with a set of small black wheels and a large serpentine tail with a dark green and black belly and a clearer green back covered in swirling black spots and at whose end is a metallic brass rattle.

As X2, it is now humanoid, being taller than its previous form, standing at a height of five feet. It is fully clad in a green and purple shell-like armor decorated with brass metallic striped protrusions at the crotch and other places, the most prominent piece being a green large high collar fused with shoulder weights with a white "S2" written on the back which covers the back of the head and the shoulders along with white sound-shaped knees and feet which extend to half of its lower legs. X2’s oversized head has a now revealed face, its brass metallic striped eyes, yellow nose and small green robotic mouth being revealed. It still has a long organic tail with a black belly and green back, and a detachable brass kunai-like stinger that transforms into sound when attacking.

As X3, it is now a completely humanoid Stand now similar to Tsuo in proportions and height. X3 takes the appearance of a robot with the same brass metallic striped eyes but now sporting human lips and green irises. Its body is covered in multiple purple striped protrusions and pads mimicking human muscles and several of them merge to form a thick line-like crest at the top of the head. X3 also has two X-shaped holes on the sides of the head along with a Decepticon dent on the back of its head. ACT3 now possesses a white armor around its body, being similar to a robot, with the number 3 printed on its chest and has its boots now a dark green. Its tail is now vestigial, a single long black flexible spike protruding from its behind.

-Soundwave's Personality: In it’s previous forms prior to X3, Soundwave shows no personality, only following its master’s orders when commanded too. Tsuo can even talk through the Stand and control it on her own if she wants, allowing her to spy on people from afar, making sure no intruders are here, and warning her allies about incoming threats.

In its current form, X3, now sentient, possess a polite tone to Tsuo, usually calling her as Master and following her orders. She is also acts the same to Tsuo’s friends, usually having chit-chat with them, helping them out in fights, and hand gesturing them at times of victory and fortune. Being derived from Tsuo’ hidden vulgarity, X3 has a tendency to curse and act cruel, violent, and insulting to people who antagonize its master. It is also shown to have sarcastic wit when talking to them, to which it mostly directs to antagonists just to spite them. Although not having a Stand Cry like Tsuo’s friends’ Stands, X3 usually says its favored special ability like a battle cry.

-Powers and Abilities: As a boombox, Soundwave is shown to only blast out pieces of weird but catchy music that Tsuo likes for some reason, though she was unable to look forward to it as she was unable to break it open.

While lacking in power and speed, X1 has a long range of 50 meters, making it useful as a scouting Stand. X1 can write anything on any surface or person. If it is an onomatopoeia, typically in Katakana, a sound related to the onomatopoeia in question is produced. If it is a sentence written in Kanji, the words will influence the target's state of mind. For instance, Tsuo could convince her sister, who was on the verge of suicide, to stop and trust her by using the sentence “Believe in me!” on her. The sound and words are said to not really be heard but to be as if they came from inside the person. The sounds vary in volume, but will increase the longer the sound is active and reverberates to a person more strongly if the sound is written directly on them, which drove Maru Kobayashi crazy from the attack to the point he is unable to think straight and barely move his body at all from the intensity of the sound until he admitted defeat. The effect can be broken with enough willpower, as Boy George dispels the writing that Tsuo put on him after being hit several times by her negative rejection comments. Being part boombox, X1 can emit multiple blasts of sound that was able to leave Eddie stunned and vulnerable to physical attacks to the point he is placed in catatonic state, which could mean that X1 is able to somehow affect the person’s mental state in some way.

Although X2 is still physically weak, it now possesses a stronger and more versatile power than its previous form, making it more suited to direct confrontation. It is also shown to be slightly faster, foreshadowing X3’s speed. Soundwave’s second form increases its sound abilities beyond its first form's capabilities, now writing a sound effect on any surface. However, unlike X1, it is only able to shoot sound effects from its tail, limiting it to only one sound effect at a time. When the sound effect is touched, an effect related to the sound is produced, either affecting the person who touched it or the object which the words are inscribed on. For example, “BANG” speeds through like a bullet, “CRASH” knocks away the opponent, “WHOOSH” emits a strong gust of air, “SIZZLE” generates heat (but not enough to make fires) and burns upon contact, “KABOOM” blows away the offender along with various objects, “BOING” bounces someone into the air, “BZZT” electrocutes the opponent, “SWOOP” leaves opponents flying into the air, and “SPLASH” drenches the offender in non-existent water.

X3, the latest and current form of its previous forms, is way faster and powerful than them, but now has a much shorter range and is still no match for stronger opponents like Killer Queen. X3’s signature ability is 3 Freeze with which it applies a “freezing” or stopping effect by greatly increasing the weight of its target by punching it, typically adopting a fighting stance while joining the hands together while doing so and producing an aura. For example, Killer Queen’s Sheer Heart Attack is forcibly sunk into the pavement by this ability, and, according to its user, the effects were as if there were 40-50 kilograms of weight on her left hand. The weight increases do have drawbacks; 3 Freeze can only affect one thing at a time, and the effect ceases if the target moves more than 5 meters away from X3. The closer the target is to X3, the heavier it becomes, making it enough for Sheer Heart Attack to crack and bleed from the intensity of gravity while futilely attempting to kill Tsuo and X3. However, X3 is obviously not limited to this ability as it seemingly implies that it can rhyme any words with “three” like “Three Freeze”. Because of this, X3 displays several abilities that rhyme with “three”, such as “Three Knee” (delivering a powerful knee to the opponent to send them flying helplessly in the air), “Three Beam” (firing out a laser beam that stuns the opponent), “Three Breeze” (boosting Tsuo into moving as fast as a motorcycle), “Three Piece” (delivering three powerful strikes enough to have sound bursting through the opponent), “Three Glee” (dance in fast movement Glee style to dodge enemy attacks or to distract others), “Three Tree” (raises Tsuo upwards as if she’s levitating, but she can fall down if she leaves the spot she’s on), and “Three Scream” (emits an ear-piercing shriek that is powerful enough to shatter a layer bulletproof glass along with the wall around it).

Harris "Harry" Caihong (ハリス・カイホン Harisu Kaihon) (哈里斯彩虹); Age: 35/36, Height: 5'10", Weight: 180 lbs, Blood: O-, Instinct: Split Decision

-(Former) Occupation(s): UPS Detective, Stand User

-Appearance: Harris has black hair combed back with silver sideburns, brownish-gray eyes, and two scar-like rainbow colored lines forming semi-circles around his eyes. He wears a blue modified police uniform, featuring a double-breasted jacket with lighter piping, which he decorates with metallic, golden, rainbow-like emblems, including a yen (¥) sign on the right of his collar and a dollar ($) sign on his left (more accurately, a cifrão; with two vertical lines). He also has a larger dollar sign on the middle of his chest, mostly showing the color blue. His right shoulder has “四十万” (“Sìshíwàn”, which is 400,000 in Chinese) printed in large, white letters between his shoulder and elbow, mirroring the “$400,000” on his left. Additionally, he has two green and yellow sagging belts, dark green shoes, and a purple tank top under his jacket.

-Profile: Harris Caihong (born April 4th, 1983) wasn’t the sharpest tool in the shed, and was also a man with bad luck, his family falling into poverty by the time the Cold War ended. Because of this, they were forced to move to Unkrich, which was still a developing town by the time acting as a current for nearby residents from cities to commute. There, he met Kaden Kaskade and Tsuo Koma, who would all become an unbreakable trio of friends promising to look out for each other. Unlike Kaskade and Koma, who lacked sufficient fighting spirit when gaining their Stands, Harris discovered his abilities on his own from pricking his finger on a Arrow, but didn’t realize them until he reached his preteens, gaining a deadly Stand called, “Mano a Mano”. With his Stand, Harris swore to protect Unkrich with his allies and partners, forming the Unkrich Guardians to do so.

GUROOOOAAAAAAAAA!!!!!” - Mano a Mano

Mano a Mano's Appearance: Mano a Mano (マノ・ア・マノ Mano A Mano) appears as a white and red-striped humanoid figure typically in blue and gold armored attire similar to football pads, though it has several gold spikes jutting from them. A blue towel-like object drapes over its shoulders, with a multicolored $ symbol on one end and a matching ¥ symbol on the other – corresponding with Harris’ own fashion theme of currency symbols and rainbows. On each side of the Stand’s face are white blinders that are curved on the middle to show its yellow headlight-shaped eyes (formerly covering them as a result of Harris’s impulsive demeanor). A blue and yellow jetpack with 10 large rainbow blinkers (which glow to resemble the amount of space erased from the Stand) is also strapped on Mano a Mano’s back, although ironically, most Stands can always levitate in the air without the need for gadgets. The jetpack is shown to be permanently connected to the Stand’s back, as Harris can sustain damage on his back if Stand Users were to attack his jetpack. Its right hand has spiderweb-like lines on the inside, along with two green and purple bumps on its palm, and its left hand has three blue crystals protruding it, evenly spaced to each other to form a patterned circle around them while emitting blue lightning. Its Stand Cry is, “GUROOOAAAA...!!!”

-Powers and Abilities: As a close-ranged Stand, Mano a Mano is a powerful Stand that can physically keep up with Shining Emerald, but is not very fast, although it uses a jetpack for increased height, reaching long distances, and charging speed. Theoretically, it would be one of the most strongest Stands with its space erasure and releasing, though Harris’ forgetful behavior and mediocre wit dampens its potential.

Anything Mano a Mano’s right palm touches when it does a swiping motion with its arm is erased from this universe, be it physical matter, energy attacks, or space itself. Similar to Catherine Kelly’s void and Julia Brine’s Protozane scythe, this ability effectively removes whatever is in the Stand’s path from existence in accordance with the user’s will. Objects that are subjected to the ability appear as if an extremely sharp blade had sliced clean through them. Harris also states that not even he knows where the voided objects go (though the jetpack on his Stand explains otherwise). Whenever Mano a Mano erases something, the voided space is usually immediately filled and “stitched up” by adjacent space and objects, effectively removing any traces of the removed object’s existence. The space elimination and this curious property gives the normally short-ranged Stand substantial ranged capabilities, as it can simply remove the space between itself and a target to bring them closer or have Harris come to them, to which Harris refers to as “teleportation”. However, that last property is not always portrayed as it was shown that Mano a Mano swiping through the ground could leave craters. This power has several weaknesses. Because the elimination is concentrated within Mano a Mano’s palm and it must make a slightly slower swiping motion, it is possible to grab the arm and block it and for a faster opponent to evade it or attack the arm, but Harris is able to perform multiple imprecise hand swipes in conjunction with his Stand’s barrages during battles, going as fast as them either to endure attacks or to get close to the enemy. Mano a Mano also can create a portal to the dimension where objects are erased (actually stored) by ripping something open with extreme focus and removing the stitches of an erased object as an extension to its erasing abilities, commonly creating a circle to enter it. It can also suck in other nearby people if Harris grabs them here. The dimension itself is shown to be a vast empty space-like environment, where erased objects, meteors, stars, black holes, gases, and nebulas faraway exist here. Harris, who is immune to the dimension, cannot bring the stored objects back to his world, but he can create another portal to get himself out of here.

The only way for the erased object to come back is for Mano a Mano to fire it out from its left palm (as a result of Harris developing his abilities), though the object in question is always seemingly random or the recent one that Harris erased, but it becomes a deadly weapon when launched in long distances and high speeds, being almost as fast as a bullet when releasing it, the space eliminated by Mano a Mano included, which has enough force to crush parts of the skeleton point-blank and send victims flying long distances as if their inertia is nonexistent. However, the time to release the objects depends on the amount of mass Harris has erased, even requiring 20 seconds to shoot out a car tire. Even parts of space or matter can be released too, which can boost Harris in the opposite direction or shoot out partial objects respectively. The objects released by Mano a Mano can be even restored by Shining Emerald, which can also restore the space of things erased by Mano a Mano.

As Mano a Mano possess a jetpack on its back, it allows Harris to fly upwards or towards a certain direction albiet with little to no control whatsoever or any idea of where Harris wants to go. It’s “fuel” is the space erased by Mano a Mano, allowing Harris to give himself an advantage when reaching his targets. However, the jetpack comes off with two weaknesses: it cannot use matter as fuel due to their mass, and it can reflect damage to Harris’s back if attacked.

Shirley Wilson (シャーリー・ウィルソン Shārī Wiruson); Age: 40/41, Height: 6'5", Weight: 213 lbs, Blood: B-, Instinct: Celtic Radar

-(Former) Occupation(s): S.T.A.T.U.S Q.U.O Field Expert, Unkrich Guardians' Leader, Stand User

-Appearance: Shirley has a blonde hair and beard, green eyes, and a surprisingly young face that makes him look like he’s in his late 20s. He wears a maroon trench coat with black buttons, a khaki shirt with light green spots and a S.T.A.T.U.S Q.U.O badge on it, brown trousers, a purple, pink, and green belt, jet gray boots or tobacco brown shoes depending on the environment he’s in, and blue fingerless gloves. He also wears tan biker googles or black shades whenever he drives a vehicle and sometimes keeps them on his head.

-Profile: Shirley Wilson (born June 1st, 1978) was the great-grandson of the late Maggie O'Malley, who was a relative to his other ancestors, Maddie O'Malley (who was a Hamon, Spin, and Stand user) and Charles Dupont (who died six months after marrying Maddie). Because of his heritage, Shirley was given both Hamon and a Stand, naming the latter “Dupont Purple” after his dead third cousin-once-removed, Armand Dupont. Being the man who worked with S.T.A.T.U.S Q.U.O to stop the X-Forcers, Shirley has other interests to catch up to, including investigating the mysteries of Unkrich with the former members of the Bureau. This lead him to meeting up with Rook and his new friends to form the Unkrich Guardians, becoming the leader of the group to both protect the city and solve the mysteries surrounding it.

You all seem familiar with these vines, don’t you think? Sure, it’s not as good as yours are, but I have something special just in case...” - Shirley Wilson

Dupont Purple's Appearance: Dupont Purple (デュポン・パープル Dyupon Pāpuru) appears as multiple, purple, thorn-covered vines that comes out of Shirley’s body. If one were to look closer into the vines, they seem to be a glowing pulsating pattern around the thorns. What’s unique about Shirley’s Stand is that it can be used in conjunction with his Hamon.

Powers and Abilities: As a Hamon User, Shirley can do a variety of diverse and vibrant abilities with it such as increasing his sliding speed, blocking physical attacks from brawlers, transferring his Hamon to an object to enhance it, and easily damaging the undead, artificial beings, Redstones, and mutates. These abilities are enhanced further by Dupont Purple, whose vines are relatively weak, but provide Shirley with considerable divination ability, enabling him to divine and materialize any type of information, such as an image, a location or even thoughts. Shirley demonstrated that he can use the vines as ropes, whips, and lassos, whose movements he can control at will. Their length and resistance make it possible for Shirley to swing from place to place and to tie someone up. The vines have limited resistance as a sufficiently strong Stand or even a strong Redstone mutant can break them, but are dexterous enough to manipulate a video game controller.

Dupont Purple’s main ability is to divine information. By using any object or material in conjunction with Dupont Purple, Shirley can display any information he wishes to see. This includes creating psychic photographs with a Kameroid 260, producing physic videos on a television to form a sentence or show the inside of one’s body, analyze machinery to see if it has been tampered, conjure a map out of dust from a paved road to gain a location on a desired item, and having the wind’s direction blow at Shirley to warm him of incoming threats. Shirley can also transmit Hamon through the Stand as an extension to his body, using it to trap and kill beings of negative energy or protect himself from them by wrapping his body with the Stand as if its barbed wire as body armor.

Carmen Martinez (カルメン・マルティネス Karumen Marutinesu); Age: 42/43, Height: 5'6", Weight: 145 lbs, Blood: A+, Instinct: Deus Ex Machina

-Other Information: Arcana: II Priestess, Talents: Being good at her job, fixing automations, performing karate, Habits: Being overcautious and overprotective, Hobbies: Watching martial art films, cleaning her camera, playing chess, Favorite Food: Grilled foods such as kebabs, even enjoying them with her family. Despite this, Carmen often loses her appetite due to disinterest and the high risks of her job, and neither has time to cook nor enjoy the taste of the grill after a long day’s work. Moreover, the stress and bloodlust that once acts as a detriment at Carmen somewhat fuels her like an organic machine to the point she doesn’t need to eat for dozens of days.

-(Former) Occupation(s): Photojournalist, Investigator, Unkrich Guardian's Co-Leader, Elite Force Detective of the Bureau, “Stand User”

-Appearance: Carmen wears the same attire as she does during her tenure with the Bureau, but now has a silver lightweight camera and three yellow bracelets that spell out “PEG” and “AJA” on the left and right arm respectively, referencing her “Stand”.

-Profile: Carmen Martinez (born September 7th, 1975) was a investigative qjournalist known for winning the Pulitzer Prize in 2010 after exposing a group of criminals discreetly working in Grenadia who attempted to take down South America along with various subjects that were either war, assassinations, or murders happening around the world. She is then recruited by the Bureau to put her skills in the test, which lead her to an unexpected adventure with her allies to defeat SOMBRA. Sometime after the Bureau disbanded, Carmen continued her photojournalist work until she met up with a man named Shirley Wilson, who wanted to go to Unkrich with her to find out more about a strange phenomenon happening. There, Carmen is not only greeted with familiar and new friendly faces, but was also given a Stand by a familiar enemy that gave her sister a Stand also. Now realizing how serious the mystery is, Carmen and the others formed the Unkrich Guardians (serving as co-leader for the group) to protect the city from various superpowered people they will face.

There, only 38 meters to go, and we’ll get there!” - Carmen Martinez

-PEG's Appearance: PEG (PEG(ペグ) Pegu) appears as a polished wood brown and plastic-white android with black wiring and copper gears concealed under a purple dress. It has light blue eyes and a detailed human face, but sports a mini-cannon for a mouth. Its gray limbs, clawed digits, and digit-less feet give out the illusion they are floating near each other while there is a gray orb connected to them (serving as the joints), and a gray and blue circle on its wide upper chest, which holds a big camera drone made of plasma energy inside. When attacking, its Stand Cry is, “URYAAAAA!!!”

-Powers and Abilities: While Carmen’s Stand is not supposed to be a combat Stand due to its separated appearance per speculation (although it is strong enough to outmatch a mugger skilled with an army knife), it can be compensated for PEG’s ability to visually locate people and places with its camera drone, a purple ball of plasma-like energy generated from its chest (even though the Stand can go as far as Camren can imagine). It also has a mini-cannon that shoots a neon green paint only visible to Stand Users that is hard to remove to track and can find people easily. In camera drone mode, its main body stays inactive for a while, but the drone can follow the person endlessly and track their location no matter the situation. When it takes a picture, the main body prints it out to show Carmen the visual picture of the person or location she took. However, it can be spotted by both Stand and non-Stand users if they are suspicious and it can easily destructible to physical weapons, causing Carmen to suffer chest pains and lose sight of the victim for a period of time. PEG is also capable of finding lost items and missing people by simply analyzing the area and tracking them to their latest location, making things easier for Carmen to adapt with.

When taking a picture, Carmen can warp parts of her body or attacks coming from her weapons into it to go to the current location of where it is taken, giving out the sense of surprise against enemies at any location where the picture is hidden. Carmen can also warp herself and her Stand to other photos even if they are not taken by her and are empty (often acting as teleporters in her words), but if her physical body is sent into a place very far from her current location, Carmen can only stay here for 7 seconds until she is sent back. Carmen also can’t warp into physic and supernatural photos like Atom Heart Father’s photo or the ones made by Dupont Purple or other non-realistic and illusionary images such as paintings, television, hallucinations, and picture film, and any damage to the photo taken by PEG can damage or destroy its location Carmen was warped to, forcing to warp her back to her original spot if the damage reaches her.

In reality, the seemingly limited abilities are nothing more than a superficial façade that hides the bloodlust pulsing through Carmen’s veins: the one that fuels one that only wears the name of a Stand into a dangerous entity that can counter any Stand User. In other words, PEG is, in truth, a Divine Artillery Balancer registered as Deus Ex Machina (デウス・ゼクス・マキナ Deusu Zekusu Makina) that is designed to slaughter and eliminate rogue, dangerous, or powerful Stand Users by using and amplifying its wielder’s negative feelings to evoke an intensee desire to murder people wielding a Stand in battle and an intense bloodlust of battling others, revealing its true abilities. However, as Carman acts as the weapon’s wielder, she can control it at will and will only stop it if its sentience goes too far. While it may seem sloppy in terms of fighting and memory, Deus Machina possesses destructive powers that directly counter Stands: blocking Stand abilities with its nails and claws, phasing through matter like Stands, but with physical interaction, stretching its limbs to reach Stands of a certain distance, attacks that can claw through your fighting spirit, going through the point of view of Stand Users to spy on them and teleport in front of them, and creating gears and plasma energy that negate any Stand attacks directed towards it.

Alexa "Alex" Martinez (アレクサ・マルティネス Arekusa Marutinesu); Age: 32/33, Height: 5'5", Weight: 131 lbs, Blood: A+, Instinct: Shift Squadron

-(Former) Occupation(s): TrendVid Vlogger, Stand User

-Appearance: Alexa is slightly shorter than her older sister and has long black straight hair and black eyes just like her. Initially, Alexa, who copies his sister’s wear, wears a black top with the logo of movies from the View Askewniverse, a red shirt over it with a yellow bullet hole star, a wide black buttoned choker, a brown jacket with gold wrist cuffs and markings, black pants, and magenta shoes. After gaining her Stand, Alexa now has her hair braided back with a few curls sticking out, two downward arrow earrings on her ears, and white letters “BAD CO. II” imprinted on her collar. She also wears a green double-breasted military jacket on the middle to bottom with “II” symbols on each shoulder, a light blue shirt with a white and orange Battlefield logo printed on it, and black pants with gray stripes gradienting to a green color. When appearing threatening to opponents, Alexa’s face darkens and her eyes glow a laser red.

-Profile: Alexa Martinez (September 8th, 1985) is the younger sister of Carmen Martinez and resided in Baltimore, US just like her. Although Carmen is usually harsh and strict on Alexa during her youth and fights with her from time to time (due to Carmen’s “older sister privilege” and Alexa’s former immature and energetic personality), they both love each other deep down and considers themselves family from time to time. Like Carmen, Alexa got to explore the world, but had a knack of vlogging herself on every place she visits, having been doing so for 8 years until she reached Unkrich, where things have become unexpected for her. After being shot by the arrow, Alexa was granted a Stand that she later shared from the enemy who shot her, but improved well after her death. With a vow to protect the city she loves, even if it means being inactive on her channel for a while, Alexa joined with her new allies to form the Unkrich Guardians.

All units! READY. AIM. FIRE!!!” - Alex Martinez

-Bad Company II's Appearance: As a colony Stand, Bad Company II (バッド・カンパニー・II (極悪中隊二) Baddo Kanpanī Tsū) appears as a total of 300 soldiers of larger sizes surpassing the height of dolls, the remainder of them wielding M16 rifles and 60 of them being Green Berets, 20 riding green M1 Abrams tanks, 20 riding Boeing AH-64 Gray Apache helicopters, and 20 riding tan Humvees. The soldiers all wear green and tan military uniforms and armor and have metallic skin that is shown on their face and hands along with yellow markings and red eyes.

-Bad Company II's Personality: The soldiers making up Bad Company II all serve Alexa without question and are seemingly silent, but all of them are not without a few traits on their own besides talking to each other and making basic maneuvers, as they are considered an upgrade from their previous predecessor. Although they are silent, the soldiers usually make quips at an enemy they’re fighting and are blunt, humorous, sardonic, and sarcastic, even to people Alexa’s allied with when fighting. However, they do show slight care for their team and will protect anyone when ordered to.

-Powers and Abilities: Being a colony-type Stand, Bad Company II is composed of many mediocre individual units whose power can add up when combined. Damage to one individual is not transferred to the User (beside scratching a part of her skin), though it is unknown if killing all the soldiers, helicopters, and tanks would kill Alexa too. Bad Company II is a group of hand-held soldiers and war vehicles and is equipped as such. Each of Bad Company II’s soldiers is armed with an M16 assault rifle, Beretta M9 pistol, parachute, four frag grenades, four stun grenades, smoke bombs, binoculars, a camera, walkie-talkies, and combat knife. The Green Berets have the same equipment as the soldiers, but with the addition of a rappelling rope which allows them to climb and scale up buildings and structures, a medkit that heals damaged soldiers, grenade launchers on their rifles, and riot shields. The helicopters are armed with machine guns and missiles, the trucks are armed with UV guns and cloaking devices, and the tanks have scaled-down shells. In addition, Bad Company II is also equipped with land mines, C4, automatic turrets, scramblers, and controllable drones. Being an upgrade from the previous Bad Company, the weapons of Bad Company II are far more dangerous alongside having the lethality weapons far from how realistic others would theoretically believe. The infantry’s M16s are able to pierce through a human body, shields, and walls, creating bullet holes; an explosion from a multitude of C4 and land mines are enough to destroy the legs of Superfly; weapons from a drone swarm can leave behind charred and bullet-riddled initials of the Stand in a wide area; UV rays from a Humvee can set a bunch of trees on fire and disintegrate multiple artificial beings and undead entities; a turret can shoot down and continuously damage and obliterate Chariot Requiem (making it hard to regenerate from the large amounts of damage); and a pair of missiles from one of the helicopters was enough to blow up Alvin-Dekker Conn’s arm. Bad Company is most effective when all of its units fire at once. Defensively speaking, the disciplined fire of the infantry can shoot down any projectile as long as they have the time to see it coming. Offensively, the combined fire of the infantry and all the vehicles creates an onslaught of projectiles able to blast away an entire army of artificial beings and dent and tear a durable bunker into pieces. However, this method commits all units to offense and leaves Alexa defenseless to attacks, but due to its increased size, some of the units can take on a defensive mode to protect her.

Another advantage to its increased size, Bad Company II can also scout around buildings and targeted spots without a problem and can communicate with each other to inform their status reports and current situation of the environment they are in. This gives them the opportunity to sneak behind enemies on all directions and perform surprise attacks that they will survive, but they might have a chance of straying from their orders if they are not familiar with the environment, usually requiring them to use a map to know where they are and notepad to know what orders they’re given. The amount of energy required for Bad Company II’s activity is so immense, that Alexa becomes physically weaker, gets tired easily, and is less proficient on the orders of her troops if many are far from her, and she may even fall into unconsciousness when one soldier were to stray far from the city, so Bad Company II must be always close to Alexa for her to maintain her energy against bigger threats.

Abrax Tiakken (エイブラックス・ティアッケン Eiburakkusu Tiakken); Age: 26/27, Race: Android, Height: 6'0", Weight: 180 lbs, Blood: B-, Instinct: Future Shock

-(Former) Occupation(s): Landlord (in disguise), Unkrich Guardians' Second-In-Command, Motorcyclist, Stand User

-Appearance: Abrax has short slick black hair, black facial hair, black eyes with a electric blue spark, lightning scars on the back of his head, and black shades to cover his eyes, all which are concealed under a black hood with a shadow casting down on it. He wears a black leather jacket with a gold collar, matching buttons, and a matching lining on it along with a green pattern, a glowing electric blue and white shirt underneath it, a badge of a red, yellow, blue, and gray UFO similar to ELO’s symbol, black pants, and green shoes with electric blue soles. He also wields a gold electric knife with an electric blue blade that he uses with extreme agility.

His motorcycle, a Lucaliti Electric, has an electric blue, rubber red, and lightning purple color scheme similar to his Stand and also has boosters on the center of the rear wheels along with yellow surface treads on the wheels. Abrax’s motorcycle is shown to run on electricity, as he uses his Stand to recharge it and power it up, and can run up to speeds of 250 miles per hour. Abrax also claim that the motorcycle must go at exactly 88 mph to either go back or forward in time in 6 minutes, but it is unclear whether it is an upgrade or another Stand ability of Abrax’s.

-Profile: Abrax Tiakken (born June 27th, 1992) is a man of an American origin but an unknown past, having been owning neighboring apartments in Unkrich for years. He claims that his family owns these apartments, but it is likely false, given his secret and suspicious behavior. However, one important and public thing about him is that he wields a sharp and electrical Stand named Electric Light Orchestra and he was born with it unlike some of the residents of Unkrich, who gained Stands through the Arrow or having their family members shot by it. Seeing Rook and company’s superpowered human situation, Abrax decided to join forces with them to form the Unkrich Guardians, where he serves as second-in-command and acting as the informant for his allies.

-Electric Light Orchestra's Appearance: Electric Light Orchestra (Electric Light Orchestra(エレクトリック・ライト・オーケストラ) Erekutorikku Raito Ōkesutora), usually shorted to ELO (E(イー)L(エル)O(オー)) has a gray and black robotic humanoid body of futuristic design covered with gold pieces of armor and electric blue energy coursing through the veins and several parts and sections of the body while forming musclular tissue, sporting a similar build and height as Abrax’s. It has electric blue pupil-less eyes (which are only revealed in a gold helmet), three scorched scars on the back of its head (similar to Abrax’s; it previously had an “8” symbol and gold fins planted on it), a black strap containing electrical capsules, silver spiked rods integrated on its hands, a blue and black UFO symbol, a gold knife case on its right arm (with the knife in question being owned by Abrax), and a white satellite that can appear on its back. ELO also has a electric blue electronic brain-shaped machine inside its head, which acts as the source of its power and Abrax’s brain, which can lose its color if it is drained of its power. What’s unique about the Stand is that it can emit an electric blue fluid when injured, unlike others who bleed out red blood or become dented or broken like objects. It’s Stand Cry is, “BAZA BAZA BAZA BAZA BAZA BAZA BAZA BAZA!!!”

-Powers and Abilities: While being like all other close-ranged Stands, ELO possesses high range when using its electrical powers and works well when using or exploiting nearby electronics. ELO can generate and fire out unlimited amounts of electricity that are similar to the likes of lightning and maintains properties of it: being able to conduct to metal, be insulated by glass, oil, rubber, spread through liquids and gas, create burns and fires, and emitting loud sounds when using it. However, ELO’s electricity is not like real electricity, as it can charge up and enhance electronics such as vehicles and phones without overloading them, detect an attacked target by the electricity they have, form defensive and offensive electric projections, last for a long time on the ground, make sharp turns in attacks, and stun enemies temporarily (even though it would normally kill or burn them). ELO also possesses gadgets that are extensions of its powers such as conductors on its hands to absorb energy from objects and deliver bursts of energy, a knife case for it to generate an electric blue blade on its right arm, electricity capsules that can release electromagnetic electricity enough to cause a blackout on a designated area, hijack communication from afar, and a gold body durable enough absorb blows from Stand users and other telekinetic and gravitational forces. ELO is also shown to transform into a UFO at times, which is faster than its base form and can lift up people and heavy objects with a electromagnetic beam that puts them in stasis, commonly to move them away from others, but this leaves Abrax vulnerable and defenseless if used improperly.

Despite its incredible power, ELO is not without a few weaknesses. As ELO uses a form of electricity, it can be easily absorbed and siphoned by strong devices or people with these powers, slowly draining ELO’s body too and making it increasingly weak as the electricity is a part of its body. While it can handle fast opponents in a fistfight (being as fast as lightning), ELO is very vulnerable to having its brain struck, which may disable it and Abrax of their powers and may even die if it is destroyed or damaged further. Even placing the Stand on a chokehold or slicing the “arteries” of its body can “deoxygenate” ELO and Abrax himself, preventing the former from continuously producing electricity, though it can use it’s “blood” to blind enemies and save itself.

Inspector Jessie Rooke; Date of Creation: January 28th, 2017, Height: 5'7", Weight: 132 lbs, Blood: O+, Instinct: Gathering Stardust

-Other Information: Arcana: 2X Order, Family: Unknown, Talents: Solving murders and other crimes, interacting well with people, Habits: Sweating profusely and shaking her hands, Hobbies:

-(Former) Occupation(s): Homicide Detective of various LEAs

-Appearance: Rook’s appearance is truly unknown due to her common habit of switching clothes depending on her choice, but the most defining about her is her being the opposite gender as she stands out from the original male Rook and she is known to wear two badges consisting of one from S.T.A.T.U.S Q.U.O and another from the UPS. She later gains a Galactic Corps badge after being recruited by a new team of intergalactic space agents. In terms of physical appearance, the female Rook both compares and contrasts with the original one, having dark brown hair, albeit way longer and lacking the bangs, oval-shaped glasses placed over her steel gray eyes, smooth but slightly pale skin despite being of average height and weight, although suffering from old scars from her previous tenure with the S.T.A.T.U.S Q.U.O. In battle, she wields a power called “Purple Royale”, which manifests into a double-barreled rifle on her right hand and a blade on her left hand connected to several ropes and strings, and an “XX” inscription emits a purple glow when she activates her powers.

-Profile: Sometime after the Bureau disbanded, a DNA sample of Secret Agent Rook was discreetly taken by an agent of S.T.A.T.U.S Q.U.O, who wanted to use Rook’s abilities and skills to solve countless murders and crimes like he did before. Eventually, a clone of Rook is born, albeit in a female body with different memories for unexplained reasons (which neither Kevin Ripley nor John Doe and even the Chief would want to know about), and is instantly recruited into her designated LEA. After defeating a extremist-filled terrorist group along with a widely feared team of killers and the mastermind behind the destruction, Rooke went to Unkrich, Russia to discover a strange phenomenon happening here, where she meets a group of new allies who are Stand Users along with old friends who are like them various other people with different types of powers. Determined to solve a case like she always did, Rook and company form the Unkrich Guardians, where she acts as the ace detective and field leader of the group to solve mysteries happening in the town.

-Powers and Abilities: Unlike her allies, Rooke possesses no Stand ability, but wields a

Jonah Karam (ジョナ・カラム Jona Karamu); Age: 41/42, Height: 6'1", Weight: 220 lbs, Blood: O+

-(Former) Occupation(s): Field Expert of the Bureau, Investigator, Hired Gun, SANDF Soldier (rogue), Stand User

-Appearance: Jonah retains the same attire from his tenure during the Bureau and hired gun days, but he now has dark facial hair and a few eye-bags (which disappear when he utilizes his Stand and throughout his stay in Unkrich), and wears a turquoise undershirt, matching armbands, and a black belt containing multiple gun clips along with a long-bladed Damascus knife holstered on his left leg.

-Profile: Jonah Karam (born February 14th, 1977) was a man who felt freedom and enjoyment, but not that type of person one could always be, but from the advantages he had as both a soldier and a hitman, but to gain these things, he must utilize a serious and cold-blooded facade to enjoy. However, the first sight of seeing and knowing Marina has placed doubt within his system, with the doubt later becoming realization after he met the Bureau, still pondering about his purpose and actions until at this time of need. With that, Jonah changed his loyalties to the team he was with, swearing to protect the world from SOMBRA. After the power-obsessed menace was defeated, the members of the Bureau parted ways, with Jonah proposing to Marina and marrying afterwards. Although they lived a happy life and had a daughter together, several problems involving Jonah becoming the victim of various “pranks” that later worsened into assassination attempts due to various people mentally affected by his actions or have a hatred of police adhering to SOMBRA and Marina nearly getting her house burnt down due to recording an extortionist’s actions for the public lead to a nasty divorce (though the couple regretted it anyways, but didn’t want to get themselves killed).

Jonah spent most his time in a lakeside cabin with his daughter at a forest in Oregon while frequently attempting to make food and money to survive. Unbeknownst to his daughter, Jonah wielded a Stand in the form of a gun called Iron Emperor, which he first discovered when he was a child. With that, he and Carol moved to Unkrich (unbeknownst to him, Marina was here too) to find more about Stands, and surprisingly found Rook here along with much of his allies, who all have Stands too. With the combined powers of their Stands, Jonah and the heroes formed the Unkrich Guardians to protect the diverse hometown from trouble (along with Jonah attempting to smooth things out and reconcile with Marina).

Get your coffin ready, 'cause the Emperor’s about to sign your eulogy with Iron.” - Jonah Karam

-Iron Emperor's Appearance: Iron Emperor (アイアン・エンペラー (鉄の皇帝) Aian Enperā) takes in the form of a fully iron-colored police handgun with futuristic elements. It has a long and wide barrel covered by a metal frame, a purple spinning cylinder (a bullet generator) inside a compensator connected to the frame, a targeting scope with red crosshair sights, and a sphere where Jonah places his thumb on it like a hammer.

Iron Emperor also comes with a matching separate sniper barrel and body with no sight and only the hammer, trigger, and grip. When combined together, the scope is lengthened, the hammer, trigger, and grip are gone, having been transformed into a bipod, and a stock is added to Iron Emperor. Transparent parts of the body show the inside of the barrel filled with purple energy. Jonah usually summons the Stand directly into his hand along with the longer gun.

-Powers and Abilities: As a gun Stand, Iron Emperor functions as a weapon for Jonah. Reflecting on Jonah’s hitman-like nature, the bullets shot by the Stand always ensures the kill. The characteristic ability of Iron Emperor, and its most dangerous is its ability to freely control the trajectory of its bullets as they are also a part of the Stand. Jonah is able to control the bullets with enough precision that he was able to circle around Hannah Simmer’s baton with no lag time, do a u-turn, loop over several times, perform several curves far from an enemy’s range, and have them navigate through a narrow conduit and a barrage of bullets without seeing them. Jonah can also lock a single bullet onto the enemy (avoiding all types of obstacles), recoil himself in the opposite direction the bullets are going, control the bullet’s speed to let the enemy’s guard down, and damage those who attempt touch the bullets. However, since they are still part of Iron Emperor, the bullets are still subject to limited range; although having a better-than-average range for a Close-Range Stand, Iron Emperor’s effectiveness still drops rapidly as the bullets reach the limits of that range, resulting in them disappearing due to loss of power or simply becoming easy to touch after it. The bullets can also be blocked or reflected back by various means, which makes it hard for Jonah to land a clear shot on the enemy. For point blank attacks, Jonah can summon it directly into his hand, allowing him to perform sneak attacks and in a contest of summoning speed, Jonah is able to attack first. Other Stand Users can even use Iron Emperor to either turn them against Jonah or to enhance their attacks, though the Stand can instantly turn against the opponent by shooting them if Jonah orders it to.

Jonah also uses a long-barreled part of Iron Emperor for more firepower and if in case his pistol won’t collaborate well in close-range fights. Iron Emperor’s longer gun is more powerful than the original one, but as it has no sight and acts like a close-ranged weapon, it has no control over the bullet and must be inactive for 7 seconds to recharge, though Jonah can sometimes compensate this by using his knife if the opponent doesn’t have a Stand at all. Jonah can even combine two parts of the Emperor to make a deadly sniper rifle of increased range, speed, and power capable of homing into enemies instantly and destroying everything in its path no matter what. An ensured shot can instantly destroy the target from the inside while harming others near the target, but the fired bullet has high penetrating power and is very capable of continuing its course by attacking more targets as fast as it can. While Iron Emperor is powerful in this form, it only has five bullets for Jonah to use before quickly reverting back to its two forms, as a sniper rifle like this is only used for the most serious and dangerous of missions. This conjunction also applies to other weapons too, as Jonah combined his handgun with Iron Emperor to inflict more damage on Misterioso with his bullets combined after unsuccessfully dual-wielding against it.

Marina Romanova (マリナ・ロマノヴァ Marina Romanova) ( Марина Романова); Age: 35/36, Height: 5'6", Weight: 130 lbs, Blood: A+

-Other Information: Arcana: XVI The Tower, Family: Natasha Romanova (deceased mother), Jerin Niviski (father), Lev Romanov (deceased grandfather), Ekaterina Romanova (deceased grandmother), Talents: Seeing through subtleties, mind manipulation, Habits: Describing people out loud, Hobbies: Making matryoshka dolls, counseling people, eliminating criminals, Favorite Food: Beef Stroganoff and hot pot dinners after a tiring day. Per her notes on them, they were described as “fatty, salty with tints of vegetables, reasonably hot, well spread and layered, sophisticated, satisfying, colored, soft and large enough to eat”. Due to the complexity of her dinner and its benefits, Marina often stocks up a lot of food to make them.

-(Former) Occupation(s): Psychologist, Profiler of the Bureau, Stand User

-Appearance: Marina wears the same attire during her tenure with the Bureau, but has her hair tied back and a different scarf of a turquoise blue color, and a longer skirt. When using My Generations, Marina’s skin briefly turns into a rustic silver hue along with having visibly dark hands.

-Profile: Marina was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia to the late Natasha Romanova, the head of COSMORUS working for SOMBRA, and Jerin Niviski, a leader of the Russian mafia who left his family when Marina was young. In her childhood, Marina was verbally abused and insulted by Natasha at stressful times, despite her attempts to please her even when she doesn’t realize her suspicious behavior. This made Marina unable to talk to other people and see herself as a detriment to them, but also sparked in her mind to read others and to know what they are. Although the tension between Marina and her mother waned, the former still has doubts of the latter’s sincerity at her attempts of reconciliation. After becoming a psychologist, Marina had gained a lot of enemies such as a Russian president, who was humiliated and forced to step down after Marina knew about his secrets. This led to her becoming a target by Jonah Karam, who was hired to kill her under the orders of the president (who was revealed to be in the leagues with SOMBRA in 2016). Despite Jonah intentionally missing her target several feet away from her due to personal reasons, Marina was struck in the collarbone by a Stand Arrow from an unknown individual that gave her My Generations and a nasty scar, although Marina believed it was just Jonah trying to kill her. She then joined the Bureau to defeat SOMBRA, which included her mother, who planned on using the satellite to shut down all electronics, and continued her job after the latter’s defeat. She also developed a relationship with Jonah, which resulted them into marrying and starting a family in New York, although it didn’t lasted very long, as the two were caught up in various problems not related to their relationship. They ended the marriage in bad terms (although the two still regretted that decision, but had no other choice).

Over a few months, Marina continued her job as a psychologist while attempting to recover from her divorce and decided to go back to her hometown to clear her mind and to possibly find her father, only to find herself in a colorfully peaceful town she has no idea about (and finding unexpected faces, which includes she knows who). After discovering that she now has a Stand and it wasn’t Jonah who tried to kill her, Marina decided to join Rook and company to learn more about Stand Users and to protect the town (while pondering if she can talk to Jonah or not after what happened).

TEKEEEKAAAAAAAAA!!!” - My Generations

-My Generations' Appearance: My Generations (マイ・ジェネレーションズ Mai Jenerēshonzu) appears as five separate silver spheres sporting rusted areas each with a black line pattern and a red star with a yellow outline. It also has white eyes with a white maniacal grin and a black number to distinguish all of them. Additionally Gen. 1, Gen. 2, and Gen. 3, Gen. 4, and Gen. 5, the names of the spheres, have the 5 stages of grief imprinted on their heads in blues Russian characters in a increasing order. When fusing with My Generations, Marina’s skeletal system and heart with the matching color of the Stand is visibly shown, with parts of the Stand making up the joints and heart while Marina’s irides and outer edges of them glow a bright yellow and dark red respectively.

-My Generations's Personality: My Generations are shown to very energetic and furious when fighting enemies, relentlessly chasing them and beating them down until they’re done. They are also psychotic and show no restraint of murdering their targets and destroying parts of town until they are satisfied, much like a T-800 Model 101 per Tsuo. Their Stand Cry is, “TEKEKAAAAA!!!”

-Powers and Abilities: Like Bad Company, My Generations is a colony Stand that consists of weaker units of the Stand (being 1/5 of their damage), but add up when combined altogether. However, damaging or killing one of them will result in Marina’s arms, legs, or chest sustaining the same damage or exploding as a result. While not very fast, My Generations becomes very dangerous to deal with if it comes in contact with an enemy, relentlessly attacking them without losing their sight on them and generating destructive amounts of energy to charge themselves up on each hit, slowly gaining speed. When Marina is protected by the Stand, it forms an orbit around her due to polar opposition between the five and an electromagnetic force field appears around her and can shock and repel anyone near her. Due to the constant movement and relentless attacking of the Stand colony, it is filled with an electric-like force that has enough power to decimate the entire street when charged up to extreme intensity. Marina can also use her Stand to lift herself up in the air if she wants to or is damaged in battle and as throwing projectiles at enemies to increase her range, although My Generations can be prone of causing collateral damage and increasingly lose power from being far from its user.

Like Al-Saif, My Generations can steadily increase its speed upon each blow or damage inflicted on them by the enemy, going to the point that they become way too uncontrollable to handle and automatically forcing them to form an armor around Marina, who gains new abilities as a result of this upgrade. With the armor, Marina herself is protected by an onslaught and destructiveness of Stand attacks such as Sheer Heart Attack and has her physical capabilities enhanced along with obtaining a variety of abilities from the Gen. spheres: jet boosters, ice-generating ski blades, machine guns, energy blasters, and a electromagnetic field generator. The duration time of the armor depends on how much speed the Gen. spheres have from being continuously hit, with the longest being 8 hours if placed in uncontrollable speeds, but Marina can also cancel the armor to preserve her speed for later situations.

-My Generations's Stats: (Destructive Power: A, Speed: E (steadily increases to A in battle), Range: C, Durability: A, Precision: E, Developmental Potential: C)

-Other Information: Arcana: VII The Chariot, Family: April, May, and June (daughters), Angela (former wife), mother and father, Talents: Code of honor and chivalry, containing heat and lightning as science, Habits: Performing destructive experiments, Hobbies: Any kinds of sports, making knock-knock jokes, enjoying music, Favorite Food: Fermented drinks of expensive brands and scallops, or at the very least, anything that limits his depression. After the mole has been discovered, Lars exceptionally feels the guilt of the burden chained to his legs that he shows little interest in eating anything special or healthy. Even after SOMBRA’s defeat, he doesn’t seem to eat as much as he would.

-(Former) Occupation(s): Scientist, Lab Chief of the Bureau, Investigator, Honorary Conspiracy Crusader, Stand User

-Appearance: Lars wears the same attire like he did during his Bureau years, but he now has the grays in his blonde hair dyed besides his beard and usually carries a yellow guitar with a golden glow that gradients into a silver color on the bottom half of the body. Sometimes, Lars can be seen carrying a bouquet of roses, which he throws without a second thought to make his entrance.

-Profile: Lars (born March 30th, 1970) lived a normal life like other people, but was bored of it. A nine, Lars decided to become hardcore on the things he likes to do such as playing extreme sports, sneaking out until midnight to play arcade games, pranking people he has never seen before, and watching sports games, S*M*A*S*H, and rock concerts personally. Eventually, his enthusiastic behavior was both a concerning and tiring matter to his peers, given complaints of the community and mediocre grades he’s been getting for a while. Lars did promised, but still continued his tricks less frequently than usual, although they did become worse than before due to his newfound knowledge of science. One time, he accidentally set an entire garden on fire, but was never caught for the act as he blamed an anarchist group for the trouble. This however, placed a weight of guilt on Lars’ heart and strongly convinced him to change his ways, thus becoming a scientist and then the Lab Chief of the Bureau, where he worked with the wife he loved along with his three daughters to fight against SOMBRA.

However, while the Bureau where successful in defeating SOMBRA, one of the tragedies that happened to him is his wife’s arrest, who was revealed to be a SOMBRA agent, much to his and everyone’s devastation. His daughters had no idea what happened to their mother, but Lars reassured them that she still loved them. Although he moved on from this incident and had a peaceful life, Lars still felt the ongoing presence of his former wife, which steadily worsened each day until he visualized the worst that he’ve never ever expected in the first days of his membership: King Crimson (キング・クリムゾン Kingu Kurimuzon), the very Stand of his worst fear solely known as Angela (アンジェラ Anjera). Angela herself wanted to show Lars and his triplet daughters that she can still continue “her and her family’s wishes” as long as she is king while leaving behind no traces of her past. However, Lars wasn’t having any of it and went all over the globe in search for the growing cancer of his past, keeping the kids under his family’s custody while a US-wide LEA spread throughout their home country. This persisted until he reached Arizona, where he finally faced Angela in Washington, D.C., resulting in a brutal fight that ended with a tie. After that, Lars went back to his daughters, wanting to see them again after so many months of absence before dropping all enticement and his quest of going after the monster he now interpreted as, not wanting anything more to do with her but to gain peace from this event. However, one day, the triplets suddenly start obtaining supernatural abilities, and Lars was met by a mysterious man known as “X”, who gave him a gift that gave him what is now called a Stand, just like his daughters. Wanting answers, Lars traveled to Unkrich with his daughters, and to his surprise, he met his old colleagues and new allies, all that have Stands. When the city was put under fire by new threats, Law joined the Unkrich Guardians to ensure the protection of the public welfare and stopping various criminals they see on their trail.

If you require victory, take it. This shall be your invincible path through your battles onwards.” - “X”

Silver Chariot's Appearance: Silver Chariot (シルバー・チャリオッツ(銀の戦車) Shirubā Chariottsu) has blue eyes and yellow sclera and appears as a thin, robotic humanoid clad in polished silver, medieval armor, armed with a cup-hilted rapier. Although Silver Chariot is thin, it wields heavy plate armor spiked at the shoulder pads and elbow pads. Silver Chariot has a distinctive helmet with a light green jewel embedded in the forehead and several pointed down projections protecting the mouth and cheeks. Chariot’s sword can be unequipped for tasks that require two hands. As a result of its previous User losing his limbs, the corresponding parts of Silver Chariot are replaced with metal spike-like appendages, which remain to be the same even after being given a new user. When unarmored, Silver Chariot reveals its thin, robotic appearance, and has yellow glowing eyes along with having its ribcage and joints colored gold.

Later on, due to Lars’ growing chivalry and loyalty to others, Silver Chariot has now regained its legs, but they are now gold and rose pink along with having red rose patterns to fit Lars’ personality. The pads of the armor are also colored gold and have rose red glowing heart-shaped jewels embedded on them along with Silver Chariot’s rapier. Even later, during the final battle with the killer, Lars fuses Silver Chariot with magic lightning crystal to greatly power it up. In this state, Silver Chariot emits a bright bluish hue around its armor while its eyes, accessories and rapier glow a lightning blue.

Silver Chariot's Personality: Like most Stands, Silver Chariot is devoid of any will or personality, serving Lars without question - though it does display a high learning ability, as Lars rarely gives it direct orders. It also shows no signs of stopping or slowing down when fighting, relentlessly fighting enemies to overpower them, indicating that it shows thrill in battle and is obsessed of becoming victorious, acting very merciless when it comes to tougher fights, possibly sharing this from its previous User. When attacking, Silver Chariot’s Stand Cry is “HORA HORA HORA!!!”

Powers and Abilities: Silver Chariot is a powerful, battle-dedicated close-range Stand that primarily fights with the rapier it is equipped with. All its powers directly assist the Stand in battle but have limited use anywhere else. It is an incredibly agile Stand, able to attack enemies with barrages of sword slashes and thrusts before the opponent can react. It can also use this agility, along with its sword, to defend and deflect attacks aimed at it or its user. Silver Chariot usually doesn't stray far away from Lars, but still had the ability to move several meters away from him to attack. Silver Chariot has the distinct weakness of not being able to see whatever its user cannot see, making it weak if Lars is in any way in a blind spot. Additionally, its previous user’s injuries has slightly decreased its notorious speed and durability, making it harder for it to face against stronger Stands, which resulted in its user’s initial death, though this weakness is likely gone after Lars developed this Stand, which gained new legs as a result.

Silver Chariot is an incredibly quick Stand, as it is able to appear in multiple places at once, due to moving at a speed faster than the human eye can process and creating illusory afterimages. However, Silver Chariot is weighed down by its armor and needs to shed it to reach its full speed. Its speed is high enough that it is able to skewer several falling coins and balls of fire in an alternating pattern in one thrust, deflect bullets shot at a point-blank range, catch up and cut Stands going into light-speed, strike down multiple lasers shot at it and even match a close-ranged Stand’s attacks like Shining Emerald. Even though the majority of Silver Chariot’s power is in its astonishing speed, it still has great destructive power, as it is able to slice through solid rock and thin metal plates instantaneously. Silver Chariot’s strength is shown to depend on the User’s health, as it can barely hold its own on King Crimson with X as his user due to his injuries, but can lift Lars and other people up effortlessly while fighting major threats. Silver Chariot’s speed is perhaps only matched by its precision. Despite having his Stand recently, Lars has enough control over Silver Chariot’s movement to be able to overall fight like an experienced fencer, to slice through various bullets, injure enemy attacking limbs, stab traps or activation buttons to deactivate them, or stab through a wall when predicting movement or sound. Silver Chariot’s oddest property is that it is clad in a heavy suit of silver armor. The armor lowers its speed, but also prevents it from being injured, as Lars does not receive the same injuries that the armor does as long as it’s donned. The armor is shown to be capable of withstanding extreme heat without melting, blunt weapons without sustaining dents, and the rushing waters it is submerged in for prolonged periods of time without rusting. This ability’s drawback seems to be Lars’ inability to see through Silver Chariot’s eyes. As a last resort, Lars is able to shed Silver Chariot’s armor in order to gain more tremendous speed (enough for six or more afterimages to appear), but doing so renders his Stand more to attack as a trade-off.

Silver Chariot’s only ranged ability and a secret technique is launching his sword with great force and precision, capable of ricocheting off other objects and striking with enough force to pierce a human body. The major drawback of doing this is that Silver Chariot can only materialize one sword, so Lars must retrieve the weapon before being able to attack again.

In a desperate attempt to stop the killer during the final showdown and a subconscious desire to protect everyone dear to him, Lars tainted his Silver Chariot with difficult but powerful lightning magic, which is fitting for the Stand’s already excellent speed and is said to rend a demon’s soul. As a result, Silver Chariot has access to the element and properties of lightning, becoming a way more precise and deadly fighter while having limited control over it. In this upgraded form, Silver Chariot can unleash any shapes of lightning from its blade varying from spheres, projectiles, bolts, chains and grinders without bothering to shoot it and becoming quicker, faster, and nearly untouchable than any enemy can handle, even breaking through its range limit to decimate multiple hordes of artificial undead. It’s excessive use of lightning magic makes it hard to control the Stand as it not only gains an ego when fighting, but becomes a force to be reckoned with when lightning storms appear to randomly damage every part of Unkrich. There is no limit to Chariot’s enhanced offensive capabilities, but as lightning magic is difficult to control, its duration time is only five minutes, which can only go longer if Lars learns to channel and control the lightning himself without any repercussions to his fighting spirit. Theoretically, had Lars fully developed his Stand, it would become one of the most powerful Stands of the universe as it would have the power to slice through the fabric of the space-time continuum.

Are you serious? The power to dominate souls? So that means Requiem’s power came from its previous user’s wish...” - Tsuo Koma

Chariot Requiem (チャリオッツ・レクイエム Chariottsu Rekuiemu); Date of Creation: December 29th, 2016 (temporarily), November, 2017 (full formation; dystopian timeline), July 2018 (full formation; normal timeline),User: "X" (formerly) and Lars Douglas, Type: Requiem Stand, Automatic Stand, Namesake: Silver Chariot (prior form), Requiem (Mozart composition)

-Appearance: Now an evolved form of Silver Chariot, Chariot Requiem is now changed into a humanoid Stand of a light build and average height, standing at the same height as Lars, Rook, and Tsuo. Its most striking feature is that it is completely shrouded in shadows, appearing entirely black. It wears a large hat, one side folded over its top, a coat over which Chariot Requiem sports large rings serving as shoulder pads, a stylized belt, and a trouser decorated with braces around the ankles. John Doe notes that Chariot Requiem is fully materialized and thus ordinary people can see and interact with it. Its face is shown to have an arrow-like mark underneath what seems to be a large, empty eye. John even described it as having an appearance similar to “black plastic”.

-Profile: Chariot Requiem is the last resort for Oracle Carter, also known as X, to stop an ongoing extremist group known as the X-Forcers, SOMBRA terrorist and powerful Stand User Angela, and the notorious Assassination Team, all who go around the US for their own selfish and destructive desires. With the Arrow, X has only one shot of helping the S.T.A.T.U.S Q.U.O and possibly saving the world from eternal fear. Activating upon its master’s death, Requiem now wanders the world for a century with an aimless desire to not only search for something that can never be found, but a silent oath to protect the Arrow from any foe and ally. However, thanks to Angela’s destruction of Chariot Requiem and the team’s later successful retrieval of what remains of the Arrow, Kevin Ripley was able to use some of the small pieces along with the Berzelium specimen to awaken a new power hidden of him all the time...

After the threat was sealed and the timeline changed, another incident would not happen over a year after its formation until the battle between the Guardians and Akatsuki Yamiyoru (闇夜 暁 Yamiyoru Akatsuki), also known as Akira (アキラ) commenced, one of the Arrows used to create Killer Queen's Third Bomb: Bites The Dust (キラー・クイーン 第三の爆弾: BITES THE DUST(バイツァ・ダスト) Kirā Kuīn Daisan no Bakudan: Baitsa Dusto) would accidentally strike Silver Chariot once again, causing more trouble for the protagonists even further while unintentionally progressing Keira’s goals further than expected.

-Personality: Chariot Requiem is the Stand that both X and Lars develop when Silver Chariot is stabbed with the Arrow. However, in the dystopian timeline, as X died shortly after the arrow pierced the original Silver Chariot, the Stand survived and moves on its own, even ignoring its own former user when his consciousness is still active. Chariot Requiem seems to be nearly mindless, generally walking straight forward and ignoring outside stimuli; however, it will attack anyone who tries to take the Arrow from it, having inherited X’s priority of protecting it. X himself describes the Stand as “berserk” and “one who will be searching for something that he will never find”, even going through “mundane” obstacles to “reach it”.

-Powers and Abilities: Chariot Requiem is an automated Stand that follows its late User's final wish to protect the Arrow at all costs. It doesn’t show any combat ability, yet can be considered one of the most dangerous Stands ever featured in the Criminal Case universe due to its mastery over souls. However, it possesses a hidden but critical weakness. Like a few automatic Stands, Chariot Requiem is particularly resilient, being able to reattach detached limbs with ease, regenerate from gunfire, and survive a barrage of attacks from the heroes attacking Requiem. However, damaging it further to the point of disintegration can slow the regeneration down even further, as Requiem has to restore itself piece by piece for about a century to walk again.

Upon activation, Chariot Requiem puts every living being in a large area (at least the entirety of Rome) around it into a forceful sleep (except for those placed under suspended animation, are far away from the Stand, or are affected by another Stand ability likes Bites the Dust). During that sleep, Requiem switches the soul of one organism with that of the closest body, regardless of species. If a body physically dies, the soul currently inhabiting it will die too. In this case, the previous owner is able to take over their own body, provided it is still suitable for life. As Chariot Requiem is able to affect souls, it also affects Stands, as they are a reflection of the soul. The first known ability of Chariot Requiem is to greatly empower Stands, energizing them and making them more powerful than they were before the soul switch; it can reach the point where some Users can hardly control their Stands, making them go unwillingly berserk like Requiem. Secondly, Chariot Requiem can partially control Stands in order to protect the Arrow as it was commanded. Any Stand user who tries to take the Arrow or even affect it in the slightest will be attacked by their own Stand. Sentient Stands are shown to temporarily go mad and wish to kill their owners in a psychotic fashion as in the case of Soundwave X3. The response is always proportional to the attack; merely reaching out one’s hand will only summon another hand, while attacking the Arrow will cause a full-scale retaliation. If Chariot Requiem is attacked or has the Arrow stolen in any other form outside a Stand, it will engage the assailant personally, controlling the person’s soul upon contact until they lose the Arrow or is defeated.

With enough time, Chariot Requiem will begin to transform the souls of beings affected by its ability into the souls of unidentifiable, otherworldly beings, causing an accelerated body transformation. X comes to the conclusion that the true ability of Requiem is to switch the entirety of the people, animals, and plants of Earth with “something else”. The theorized result would be the complete metamorphosis of every organism in the biosphere, both in body and soul, into completely new and absolutely unknown entities. The effect of the violent transformation appears to be painless, as those transforming continued their activities without noticing that they were physically changing. If anyone looks at Chariot Requiem, they may notice that its shadow will always be opposite to the observer, regardless of any ambient sources of light like the sun. In reality, Angela discovers that what appears as Requiem’s shadow is the shadow of the observer’s own soul: the Stand manifests itself in this shadow. To accomplish this, it manifests a psychic light source which always hovers behind one's head and is only visible to the person to whom it is attached. A Stand can destroy the marble emitting the light in order to defeat Chariot Requiem, canceling out its soul manipulation powers and restoring everybody’s soul back to their rightful place. Alternatively, if one were to deprive Requiem of the Arrow long enough, it will slowly revert back to its original form.

Trivia[]

  • In order to fully summon their Stands, the Guardians break their respective objects symbolizing them in different ways:
    • Kaskade: Crushing or punching a green crystal shard.
    • Tsuo: Throwing down a boombox (X1), a cassette player (X2), and a IPod (X3).
    • Harris: Erasing a metal baseball with bolts and screws via Mano a Mano’s hand.
    • Carmen: Taking a random photo with her camera before tearing it into pieces.
    • Alexa: Shooting an ace card with a pistol (one that is part of the summoning).
    • Abrax: Slashing a energy fuse in half.
    • Jonah: Snapping out the bullet between his fingers with his teeth.
    • Marina: Breaking a flag with her knee.
    • Lars: Throwing seven burning coins and having Silver Chariot pierce them, despite summoning his Stand without any problem at all at times. In Chariot’s lightning form, he summons a rapier (channeled through his Stand) and slides his finger through the lightning-infused blade without harm while his Stand appears before him.
      • Rook, Shirley, and Lars are the only ones who don’t require to break an object to summon a Stand, as Rook doesn’t seem to have a Stand (despite being able to see Stands), Shirley activates Dupont Purple by transferring his Hamon through them, putting him in a state of suspended animation similar to how his colleagues would perform acts of death, execution, or suicide to activate their powers, and Lars is seemingly capable of summoning his Stand to his will, and often summons the coins for dramatic effect.
