Yo what's up everybody? I'm back with the review for "Hol Horse and Boingo"! Surprisingly, it's a Part 1-Part 2 episode. That was unexpected. But anyway, ON WITH THE REVIEW!!!
So Hol Horse shooting DIO? That scene was awesome. This episode managed to display the most of DIO's awesomeness. I love how Hol Horse managed to keep his composure up until the second DIO left the room. As soon as DIO complimented Hol Horse for keeping his composure and left the room, he just started sweating up to half of D'Arby levels of sweat. It's definitely the longest scene in the anime before the intro begins. As for the team-up, pretty good. I feel like if Hol Horse teamed up with just anybody, they'd win if it weren't for the fact that his team-ups had failed constantly. Boingo is actually quite funny in this episode with the airsick gag. Boy, am I glad that doesn't count towards being censored because that was really funny. And then the Polnareff scene. I wasn't expecting too much from that. I was honestly expecting the 'tongue' scene but... eh, what're you gonna do? They had to divide it.
So yeah. Good episode. Too bad it had to be divided into two parts. I was looking forward to a lot of comic relief from this episode but well, whatever. Not gonna hate on it just because. In fact, I'm looking forward to the conclusion of this team-up arc. Until the next episode, I'll see you guys on the next review. Stay Jojo'ed everybody!
