HELLO, EVERYBODY AND BY EVERYBODY, I MEAN THE THREE PEOPLE IN THE CHAT, AGAIN!!!!! I have come back from beneath the ocean in my coffin known as the 'NO INTERNET' coffin. Now I'm on a proper computer with fast Internet and I have finally learned my lesson to not abuse it. That being said, I probably won't be writing a blog for two weeks straight (lol). So again, I will be writing my reviews on not one, not two, but THREE episodes that I haven't written a review for.
I will start with the second part of Anubis. Now as I have said before, I loved the fight scenes in the previous episode. The fights in this episode are on par with that. I especially loved the Evil Polnareff segment. Then again, it kinda bothered me that Star Platinum could punch and parry TWO BLADES that were both showcased originally to cut through anything. I can't believe I felt bad for Anubis being beneath in the Nile. Speaking of Anubis, what a strange change in art style. Yet again, expected and unexpected stuff happened again. As I'm writing, I still don't remember if Jotaro used the Star Finger or Silver Chariot removed his armor in the manga.
And now for the review of the Bast episodes. I gotta say, I have never felt more awkward watching anything in my life and yet, these were probably my favourite episodes in this season. I really love Mariah due to the sole fact that she's a female villain. They added more of her weird face spasms which was nice. Although these episodes weren't as extravagant as the Anubis episodes, they are still cool to me and I really wish Araki would add another female hero to Part 8 as adding female characters could unlock a lot of potential (and waifus for creepy people). Man, I feel like Joseph gets the most number of embarassing moments in his life.
So yeah, enjoyable as expected. Man, when am I ever gonna say there are bad episodes. If I did, I would probably quit watching Jojo. I'm never going to say that. I would seriously punch someone if somebody talked s**t about it and that person misunderstands it super hard and compares it to other lovable anime such as Tokyo Ghoul and stuff like that when that guy can barely comprehend what is awesome about Jojo. So besides that threat that someone just made, I am very happy to be back. Hopefully if I don't misuse my Internet, I will be back for another review of the upcoming episode, The Creepy 'Sethan' Part 1, next week for L83 and MetallicKaiser to comment on and... yeah, that's it.
