In NO way am I a Bruno fanboy or a Giorno hater but I felt as if Bruno had out-shined Giorno in part 5. I mean it felt like Buccialati was the main protagonist instead of the deuteragonist during the whole part (at least in my eyes).
Don't get me wrong I love Giorno but he seemed too seccondary and bland in terms of being the main character. Yeah you could argue that it was because Buccialati was the leader of the gang at the time but that's no excuse for the main character to be overshadowed by the supporting cast. I understand that he has a calm personality , he gives a suggestion here and there and that he finished off Diavolo but I JUST didn't think it was enough to WOW me in his case. I know that the same could be said for Johnny and Gyro but unlike Giorno , we actually see Johnny prgress as the main character to get to where he is at the end of SBR(I think araki did that on purpose). Where as Giorno kind of weasled his way to the top(due to Bruno dying in the end).
Moving on to the main topic, I believe that Bruno would have been a great Joestar. He has the look, a strong and versatile stand, he's loyal and honorable. Plus he even has his own battlecry(ARI ARI ARI).
Regardless of my thoughts above,Vento Aureo was an amazing part even with Giorno as the lead.
