Every single one of them is OP in some way or another.

It can bet on any thing such as which fist Star Platinum was going to attack with and grab his soul if it wins (due to Jotaro being shocked) it is stated that he could just rip Jotaro's arm off after grabbing his soul, if he were to fight anyone he could shock them with his mind reading abilities and tear their throat out.
Crazy Diamond's restoration ability is incredibly versatile as an offensive, defensive and supportive tool. I'm not sure about physical abilities I'm not a good scaler but he was able to catch a very rusty Jotaro off-guard and basically outsped and overpowered anyone else in his part.
Oops, I was wrong, there's the stand with hearts that's no OP in no way at all. It can sever a human leg with spinning nails and shoot them only up to 10 meters away.
