Wounds (ウゥンド,Wundo, also written as 傷 Scratch) are a special Stand-like abilities that are featured in the light novel JORGE JOESTAR.
Wounds are similar to the concept of Stands, though mainly focus on stopping the cause of the users trauma and pain. There are people who wield Wounds like Penelope de la Rosa and Steven Motorize.

Wounds are similar to Stands, but they do not have infinite power, nor allowing their user's will to control their destiny. Wounds work just like Stands and are able to be used in combat. In Chapter 3, at his house, George decides to name Penelope's special ability a 'Wound' because of all the trauma she's been through. [1]
Wounds can manifest a persons trauma, but can also harm the user themselves. For Steven Motorize's case, his wings cause severe back pain and bleeding; though Penelope's Wound does not seem to harm her in any way. A Wound's power also depends on the users pain or injuries, like Antonio being able to shed skin and create clones of himself because of how fast his skin could grow after being abused by his mother.
Wounds can also activate by themselves, making them somewhat sentient, and can attack other people without the user even knowing. [2] Stands are also able to have Wounds, when the Arrow stabs Whitesnake Ultimate, its Wound develops into a Requiem Stand, C-Moon Ultimate Requiem.
